Ce bungalow de vacances est une base idéale pour explorer les Norfolk Broads, ainsi que toutes les activités et les attractions qu’il offre. Pas à pas. Tout au rez de chaussée.
Salon: Avec poêle à bois, TV TNT, lecteur DVD et lecteur Blu-ray.
Salle à manger.
Cuisine: Avec cuisinière électrique, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur / congélateur, lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse.
Chambre 1: Avec lit king-size et portes-fenêtres donnant sur le jardin.
Chambre 2: Avec deux lits jumeaux.
Salle de bain: avec douche dans la baignoire (pas de toilette).
Toilette séparée .. Radiateurs électriques à accumulation, électricité, draps et serviettes inclus. Bûches initiales pour le poêle à bois incluses. Voyage lit et chaise haute. Pack de bienvenue. Jardin avec pelouse clos avec coin salon et mobilier de jardin. Magasin de vélo. Parking privé pour 2 voitures. Ne pas fumer. S'il vous plaît noter: Il y a 2 étapes du porche arrière au jardin .. Cette spacieuse propriété de vacances indépendante, à un étage, est située à Potter Heigham, dans les Norfolk Broads, et propose un hébergement de choix pour toute période de l’année. Hickling Broad se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture et propose la voile et la planche à voile, ainsi que la réserve naturelle de Hickling Broads. Pour les enfants, il y a le parc d'aventures en plein air BeWILDear à Horning. Les plages de sable et les dunes de Winterton-on-Sea sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. En hiver, observez les bébés phoques à Horsey Beach. Explorez cette côte intéressante en visitant Happisburgh, Sea Palling et Cromer. Vous pouvez également passer une journée dans la belle ville de Norwich, où il y a beaucoup à voir et à faire. Plage 7 miles. Magasin et pub 500 yards, restaurant 800 yards.

Il y a une marche vers l'entrée. Le combustible initial pour le poêle à bois est inclus, puis disponible localement au coût. Deux marches mènent au jardin clos.

We enjoyed our week here .. a lovely place to stay . Very quiet which surprised us as you were very near to the A149. Lovely countryside on the doorstep .. on one of our walks we saw a barn owl, hares and a muntjac dear. We didn't venture out in the evenings as it was dark by 6.30pm. Unlit roads .. no street lights .. so you need a torch if you want to go down to the local shop or pub. We stocked up with wine and food from the big Tesco at Stalham (on the A149) which was 5 miles away .. it also had a petrol station. Lots of nice areas to visit .. you do need a car though .. and beautiful sandy beaches. The highlight for us was seeing the seals on Horsey beach .. here to pup. What an amazing gem! My husband and I had to rearrange our holiday plans and were extremely lucky to book this place at very short notice. Vicky the owner was incredibly helpful and very friendly. She went out of her way to make our stay as safe as possible with measures in place to ensure our time in the bungalow was comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean and exactly as we like things - well organised and everything labelled with clear instructions for a pleasant stay. Plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, a big range cooker, dishwasher and washing machine tablets plus spare towels, tea towels, cushions, throws etc all sealed and dated for hygiene reasons. Just like staying in a home rather than a rental property, Stileaway has everything - a shed for storage, washing line, outdoor chairs and covers should you wish to use them, washing machine, and dishwasher. Set in a wonderful location with a large well kept and secluded garden with easy access to the local shop and pub plus ample walks nearby and not too far to drive to the beach. My husband and I travel a great deal both in the UK and abroad and this is by far one of the best properties we have stayed in. We will be back! Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

A good house that feels like a 'home' rather than a 'holiday let'. It is well equipped and a good retreat near to lovely countryside, located in a rural residential village street. Close to the Broads (Potter Heigham boatyard is just the other side of the A149), good for walks, and not too long a car journey to nearby places for immediate shopping (e.g. Stalham, Wroxham/Hoveton) or beaches.
