Ce condo joliment rénové est au dernier étage et est situé directement sur l'océan! Il a été entièrement rénové avec une belle décoration et est équipé de tout pour vos besoins de vacances. Cuisine entièrement équipée, unités sans conduit AC dans le salon et la chambre à coucher, WIFI gratuit et un lit Queen dans la chambre. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon qui permet à 4 personnes de séjourner à la propriété.

Idéalement situé à distance de marche de la ville de Kona qui propose des magasins, des restaurants, des kiosques d’activités et Aloha en cours de route. Honl Beach est à quelques pas du complexe, un endroit populaire pour le bodyboard ou le surf, ou bien pour un pique-nique l'après-midi si vous souhaitez vous détendre.

Lovely view

Great waterfront condo with a beautiful view! Next to a small local beach good for surfing and boogie boarding. A quick walk to restaurants and a quick drive to Safeway for groceries. Well-outfitted kitchen, though other than salt and pepper there were no other spices, condiments, cooking oil, etc. so if you plan to cook you’ll need to pick things up.

Most beautiful view ever!

We had the most fantastic 9 nights in Kona. The apartment was exactly as written and photographed. The view (which was important to us) was perfect. The sound of the ocean each day was incredible. We watched the surfers, crew boaters, swimmers, fishermen, and shell hunters. We even had three beautiful cruise ships come in which was absolutely lovely. Fantastic location - you can't beat it for two people. Perfect.

Great location, aging property, priced well

If you are expecting a pristine, modern condo, you should quadruple your budget and look elsewhere but if you are looking for a comfortable, reasonably priced place on the water, within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping, this is a top option. It is a few years past update time and I doubt there has ever been a deep cleaning, but again, in this price range, you probably won’t find a better condo. Only real negative is the unusable wifi, but when you’re in paradise, do you really need internet?

A great place!

The property was exactly what we needed for a kid free vacation. It was comfortable and well appointed. We slept great and enjoyed spending time there. And the views were spectacular. I would highly recommend this property!

We really enjoyed staying at Ocean Front Condo for 7 nights except followings. 1) Sound of leak, a stream of water coming from shower head 2) Heavy smokers who are sitting in the garden facing to the shoer. I am afraid that area is designated for smoking

Our overall stay was good, no complaints. The room and property provided a fair value for the accommodations offered. The taxes and fees have become a significant portion of the rental cost, this is unfortunate.

Perfect Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Kona Reef during our anniversary trip and we LOVED it! The unit was so clean, and stocked with everything we needed for our 2 week stay. The concierge service (David) was awesome! It allowed us to book some great tours with so much ease during our time on the island. And the staff at Kona Coast Vacations were so welcoming. They were very responsive and made sure our stay was perfect! Thank you Kona Coast Vacations, we'll be seeing you guys next year for sure!

Oceanfront condo

The condo is great, amazing views and could not be closer to the ocean, approximately 30 feet! The unit is well equipped and whilst we didn't cook much it is a fully equipped kitchen capable of cooking dinner. The bed is comfortable and everything was clean on arrival.

The best honeymoon ever!

Me and my husband stood here for a week on our honeymoon. Best decision ever! Right in the town, easy walk to everything. Clean, the best view in the house. The grill area is amazing. We made many dinners. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful. Everything in the Unit worked well, no issues at all. Top floor privacy and view of surf break all day long.

Unit was clean and everything worked. We have stayed at most of the units at Kona Reef. We did note that other than a 1/3rd bottle of salt, there were no condiments requiring each to be bought. While we don’t expect all items possible to be provided, most other units provide enough items to supplement one’s enjoyment without each item being procured and those not, we always procure and donate to the unit. Just some food for thought. The Kona Coast folks were very friendly and accommodated most any request. They are a good management company. Thank you. Aloha🤙. Chris

Condo needs help

I don’t ever write a review on a condo but this time I felt I needed to. We rented the condo for 12 nights. We had rented another condo unit down the street but we noticed they didn’t have an elevator so we changed our reservation to stay at the Kona Reef because the description clearly lists an elevator. There is an elevator but for unit A32 you must also go up a flight of stairs. That information was not listed. The unit was also not very well equipped in the kitchen having only large plates and bowls and only one towel, 1 rag, one used sponge and one crocheted pot holder. There were no beach chairs or ice chests to use. We have never rented a unit on the beach that did not have some beach equipment. There were few supplies such as dishwasher pods (we had 4), garbage bags (we had 3) and facial tissue (4-5 in the box). When asked about this they quickly reminded us they only supply start up supplies. We are there for 12 days. They finally agreed to bring additional supplies out. The AC did not work from day one. We called Kona Coast and they had us to try a couple of things before they sent out the maintenance crew. First time I have ever been asked to find the breaker switch and reset the breaker. Kona Coast brought in a portable unit that must be vented to the outside, so you have this contraption with a hose vent and a 6” piece of wood the height of the door that fits in your sliding door, (therefore your door does not close all the way). This blows hot air onto the lanai so you need to adjust where you are sitting outside. Obviously this contraption has been used before as the board has the screwed on piping to vent outside. The unit was very loud! They also brought a swamp cooler for the bedroom but it smelled real bad and had the cord going across the floor so we did not use it. We have rented many condos in the islands for many years. Kona Coast Vacations did refund us 10% of our per night fee (less all other fees) for the trouble with the AC.

Very spacious and well maintained. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Couldn't ask for a better home away from home while in paradise.
