The studio has a pleasant terrace where you can enjoy the warm climate of the Costa del Sol.Decorated in an avant-garde and elegant way, the comfortable studio has WIFI, central heating, air conditioning, outdoor parking and television.The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.The property is located in El Paraiso Area close to shops and restaurants.The beach is very close, only 5 minutes by car and also in the vicinity there are several golf courses like Villa Padierna or El Paraíso Golf course which makes it ideal for golfers.From its location it is very easy to visit the emblematic town of Benahavís named Gastronomic Corner of the Costa del Sol.You can also visit Puerto Banús and the beautiful historic center of Marbella, as they are very close by car.
