Romeo is a perfect choice for people who seek tranquility and relaxation outside the city walls. It is nestled between the Uvala Lapad bay with different kinds of beaches and the Petka forest park which is ideal for walking and jogging.

This modern and lovely decorated two bedroom apartment has a veranda with hot-tub and outside dining area and a terrace with sun loungers. Both outside areas are private for the guests. They offer a view to the sea and the Lapad bay.

Apartment Romeo has a parking place above the house, two terraces, hot-tub, 2 bedrooms (with double beds), an open space kitchen / dining / living room and bathroom.

Amenities include WI-FI, Sat TV, AC units in the living room and master bedroom and a fan in the 2nd bedroom, Safe deposit box, oven, ceramic cook top, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, cutlery, glasses, plates, dish washer, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine.

Several beaches are within 10 minutes walk from the apartment with main one, Uvala Lapad beach. Grocery shops, bakery, the Lapad promenade with bars and restaurants are 5-10 mins walk away.

Romeo is recommended for a couple or a family with children. one person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.

This is a great property to stay at in the Lapad neighborhood of Croatia. Clean, close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants, and it has a beautiful outdoor patio area. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We had a great time!

Ideal for a family with a great view of sunset beach. Ideally located, just minutes from the beach and to a bus stop that will take you to the old town in Les than 15 minutes ride. Maro was a great host, with useful tips and quick response to any of our inquiries. We certainly recommend Maro’s place for those who want to feel at home in Dubrovnik.

Romeo Lapad

Lovely clean property and owners friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our weeks stay. Location is beautiful and the Promenade has lots of beautiful restaurants. The beach coves are secluded with scenery that is breathtaking. The old town is only 10 minutes by bus.

We had the most wonderful stay at Romeo apt! The apt was spacious and we had everything we needed! Our host was there to greet us and give us a full tour and information about Dubrovnik which made us feel relaxed and happy! The apt had gorgeous views and a wonderful outside area to watch the sunset! Overall 10 out of 10!

Wonderful Location and View

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect view from the patio and hot tub. A number of restaurants are accessible by walking and there is a nice board walk and park at the bottom of the hill. We appreciated the great parking spot and access to laundry. We would definitely stay here again. Very kind and helpful hosts. Thank you for a great stay.

Lovely stay in great location

My son and girlfriend really enjoyed their short holiday in this lovely apartment. Local shops and restaurants, plus good transport links to Dubrovnik made it ideal. The veranda and hot tub were a bonus, which were both used a lot. The property owner, Maro, couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay.

Great apartment with a fantastic host

An absolutely lovely host who was so kind and welcoming. Vesna shared great local advise and tips. The apartment is very clean with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and the beds are super comfy. The location is perfect with a very short bus ride into Dubrovnik old town and the parking space was really convenient. The fact that this apartment has a hot tub was a real bonus, and we would highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic Relaxation

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. The hosts Maro & Vesna made the whole process stress free and organised everything for us and were super welcoming. The apartment was perfect for us both but can easily accommodate more visitors. The hot tub is such a bonus and the surrounding area and scenery is stunning. We will absolutely be returning to Dubrovnik and will definitely stay at this apartment again. It was wonderful and made our holiday much more relaxing!

Awesome communication with the hosts! They went above and beyond to help us. The place was in a great, quiet location that was very accessible. Stairs straight into town, near grocery and restaurants and beach. Pick up for excursions where just right in from of nearby hotel which was very easy. We loved how quiet the area was for sleep. Hot tub was wonderful and clean. Outdoor area was very cute and tidy. Everything you could ever need, we had. Again wonderful stay and wonderful hosts! Beautiful country and can’t wait to go back!

Amazing Stay and Fantastic Host

The other reviews have accurately captured our experience. Vesna and Maro proved to be exceptional hosts, ensuring our stay was delightful. The apartment was impeccably clean and provided all the amenities we desired. While the location necessitates navigating some steps, it actually adds to its charm. It is conveniently situated near the bus stop, a supermarket, restaurants along the promenade, and the beach. Truly an ideal location. Moreover, the apartment offered a serene atmosphere, both inside and outside the hot tub, with breathtaking views throughout the day. If you're contemplating where to stay in Dubrovnik, I highly recommend Lapad over the old town due to its proximity to the beach, port, promenade, and the ease of taking a quick bus trip to visit the old town. Additionally, Lapad is less crowded, providing a more relaxed atmosphere.

simply perfect

I stayed here with my 2 teenage daughters and we simply loved the apartment. It was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need (more than I was expecting). Vesna & Maro live upstairs but left us alone, unless we needed help with anything.- They are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The hot tub was a treat, the 2 private balconies were a great bonus (cushions, plenty of towels provided and washed mid stay), we loved the tortoises! air conditioning was heavenly to have. We felt very safe and my daughters happily wandered about on their own. There are 2 good supermarkets within 5 or 10 min walk- cafes, restaurants, beach etc also within 10 min walk from apartment. great location and very easy to get the bus to the old town etc. Just be aware that there are c. 160+ steps up from Lapad/ shops which many apartments have . It wouldn’t put me off returning and I think this is a great apartment in a beautiful part of Dubrovnik. If we return to the city I would definitely like to stay here again. It really was perfect for us.

Excellent Apartment Run by Fantastic Hosts

We stayed 8 days with Vesna and Maro in their perfect VRBO. We arrived and were met by both our hosts who served us cold homemade lemonade to refresh us after a long day of travel. The apartment, which is part of a 4 level building, each level an individual dwelling with private access and private patios, has all the amenities you require and we enjoyed every aspect and feature of the apartment. The outside patio areas were our favourite areas to relax, drink wine or coffee, sun bath, read our books and enjoy the view of the Lapad bay during the day and at night. The area and the property are both very quiet for sleeping at night, because it is removed from the busy areas below. An Uber from the apartment to Pile Gate in Old Town cost between $5 and 9 Euros, or the bus #4 cost 2 Euros to ride. We ate at a few restaurants in the area, shopped at both nearby stores for supplies such as sunscreen, beers and food, rented lounge chairs on the Sunset Beach just below the apartment and we walked the area to take in the tropical beauty. The apartment's AC worked perfectly and we appreciated the electric fan in our girls' room. Thank-you Vesna and Maro for hosting us so graciously and for being so helpful and kind to all of us. Our family absolutely loved Dubrovnik. We hope to see you again soon. We would not hesitate to rent this apartment again.

Magnifique ! J'ai tout aimé, l'emplacement, la vue, la propreté de l'appartement super bien équipé et le calme pourtant proche de tout!! Sans voiture pas de problÚme pour tout visiter. l'hÎte Vesna est Adorable et au petit soin, trÚs discrÚte mais la si besoins et nous conseille pour les visites ! Superbe appartement avec vue sur la plage de Lapad, Ă  2 pas de toutes les commodites et des transports en commun vers la vieille ville de dubrovnik. Le logement Ă©tait trĂšs propre et bien Ă©quipĂ©, idĂ©alement situĂ© dans le secteur, avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse, climatisation, machine Ă  laver et lave vaisselle. Sans parler des hĂŽtes, adorables, soucieux de notre bien ĂȘtre, pleins de bons conseils touristiques et de petites attentions dĂ©licates. The place to be a Dubrovnik !
