L’Ea di Lavru is a delightful small holiday complex consisting of 11 apartments. It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds.

DISTRIBUTION: on 3 levels. 1. level: living room with 2 sofa beds (1 doble + 1 single), a large cooking island and a small balcony. 2. level: bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. 3. level: high terrace solarium (highest point of the complex).
TERRACES AND VERANDAS: spectacular terrace / solarium on top of the apartment with stunning views. Balcony from the living room.
VIEW: stunning sea view: From the living room and its balcony, from the upper bedroom and from the upper terrace you can enjoy the magnificent spectacle of the island of Tavolara that stands out in the middle of the Gulf of Porto San Paolo. Garden view: from the bedroom, from the living room and from the upper terrace.
NEIGHBORS: to its left it borders the apartment # 4. On his right he has no neighbors. From behind and in front it has no neighboring contiguous. Above no apartment. COSTS ALREADY INCLUDED in VRBO'S TOTAL CALCULATION AND PAID THROUGH THIS PORTAL: Initial cleaning: euro 80.00 – Bed linen and bath towels: euro 3.00 per person per night - Pet: euro 50.00 for the whole period. Small pets are allowed, however with prior authorization of the property
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL COSTS NOT INCLUDED IN VRBO CALCULATION TO BE PAID AT CHECK-OUT: Water and electricity: at meter reading. The average consumption is around € 2.50 per day per person. (The use of the air conditioner - hot / cold - causes an increase in cost proportional to the time of use).
REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: euro 300.00. It must be paid in cash at check-in and is refunded at check-out against the payment of water and electricity consumption and after checking for any damage.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES: Check-in from 18.00. Check-out by 10.00. Schedules can be changed upon request for a fee.
