Emplacement parfait pour les charters, les vacances en famille ou même votre mariage sur la plage.

Ce chalet historique a été récemment mis à jour avec de nouveaux appareils et accessoires de cuisine et de salle de bain, des téléviseurs LED, une connexion Wi-Fi et une terrasse agrandie. Son très moderne et idéalement situé au cœur de la broche Homer qui vous met à quelques pas (littéralement) des boutiques uniques, des restaurants les mieux notés, des vues magnifiques sur les glaciers, des chartes de pêche de classe mondiale, des plages de sable parfaites pour le mariage et tout ce qui fait Homer incroyable. N'oubliez pas de garder vos caméras prêtes pour la faune. Les loutres, les otaries, les aigles et même quelques baleines semblent de temps en temps poser. Des bateaux qui passent aux vues du coucher de soleil volcanique, ce chalet offre tout.


Notre cabine a des entrées extérieures séparées (uniquement) pour le haut et le bas de la cabine. Cela permet également de louer la cabine en série si vous n'avez pas besoin d'accueillir 7 personnes.

Si vous avez des dates sur notre calendrier dites réservées, veuillez demander car certaines personnes louent un seul étage.

Si un mariage sur la plage est votre raison de venir à Homer, faites-nous savoir comment nous pouvons vous aider. Nous avons la cabine front de mer parfaite pour la journée avec de nombreuses autres cabines à proximité pour la famille et les invités. Nous pouvons même faire une partie du travail des jambes pour vous avant votre arrivée.

A wonderfully unusual cozy combination of two separate rooms. They provided everything we needed for our 2 day stay right on the spit. We enjoyed walking to the lovely shops and restaurants.

We loved our stay! The location was walking distance to everything you need on the spit. Very easy parking and great local feel. The restaurant next door was a little noisy when we were trying to dose off to sleep at night but fortunately not a big issue for our family of four. We would definitely book again.

Absolutely amazing spot! Book this place!!! The price is worth it for the experience to stay right on the spot on the water! We stayed one night and this was once in a life time opportunity for us!!! Worth every penny!!

Too short,Would have liked to have spent a couple of days at this great location.Otters, eagles, cruise ships all viewed from the balcony while enjoying our evening cocktails.

We were only confused by the check out process. We were emailed directions to just call the property manager upon leaving so a cleaning service could be scheduled. Then at noon we got a knock at the door from the cleaning lady who left her cleaning supplies at the back door. We left as soon as we could. Which didnt ruin anything we just felt awful. Just know the email says one thing and the expectation is 10am checkout to avoid our tragic mistiake. Also my daughter and I loved the soaps. Our hair felt and smelled amazing. We have sensitive skin and everything there was lovely. The view, and feeling of the tide come in under the boardwalk is magic. Its a very well thought out, warm fuzzy place to stay.

We LOVE the Wheelhouse! My family of 6 adults were traveling in an RV but wanted our own beds for a night. The Wheelhouse was PERFECT! Three of us had to use steps to our quarters, but that was fine for us. After a day of fishing and visiting Halibut Cove, the fam came together to sit in chairs on the front boardwalk where we flowed easily to grab fish tacos, BBQ, mini donuts, ice cream, and whatever goodies our hearts desired! Then we moved indoors and played cards before getting a GREAT night of sleep! We did not want to leave! This was the perfect location to shop or hit up a dock for excursions as well as easy entertainment and food and drink for everyone in our group from ages 19-75. Our hearts are full! And the communication was stellar! We could not be more pleased and will be telling anyone/everyone who asks us where to stay!

If we stay in Homer again, this will be the place. It is small, but was perfect for us. Right on the beach, plenty of hot water and comfortable beds!!

We are a military family that has decided that Alaska would be a great place for our next adventure. With 7 kids everyday was an adventure. Now that they are grown I had to find a way to get them all home at one time and I know that Alaska will be what brings us all together again. Until then, we invite you to stay in our cabin, we would love to have you!

Right in the heart of the Homer Spit, on this boardwalk alone you will find: Food (from 4 restaurants including world-class entrees, artisan dogs, Thai food and ice cream), Fun (boardwalk games, a bubble station, beach bonfires and the swings underneath) Unique shops (with sea salt. t-shirts, art galleries and a candy shop) and best of all Memory Makers (our cottage for great getaway, photo stops with Big Bear or a submarine, the kiddie boat and even a tattoo parlour).

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The decor is intended to mimic the inside of a ship (hence the name, The Wheelhouse) and it feels so appropriate when you hear the waves just outside your door lapping on the shoreline. The view has been described as “amazing”, “unbelievable”, “incredible” and “breathtaking”. It is what you will fall asleep to and awake with each day. You may even catch a glimpse of a gorgeous bald eagle sitting on one of the rooftops, a cuddly otter floating by at almost any hour of the day or whale spout that can keep you focused on the ocean for so long you may forget time, so have your camera ready!
