Welcome to Homer! Our accommodations are clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of Kachemak Bay, mountains, glaciers, and the Homer Spit.
The apartment is on the second floor above our own garage, has a private entrance, one full bathroom and two bedrooms (Queen bed, Full bed w/ twin). Fully equipped kitchen with dining table, living room, washer and dryer, internet and Roku (for streaming channels).

Homer is one of the most beautiful places in the world, with many outdoor activities, exceptional fishing experiences and exciting moose viewing!

This place was perfect! The view was exceptional - just like in the photo. We were greeted with a postcard with a personal note & great banana bread from our host.The house was very clean and well supplied. The washer and dryer were a welcome addition. We highly recommend !

We loved this place. The views, as advertised, were spectacular, but even better, the place was beautiful. So clean and well-stocked. I could have made a gourmet meal in the kitchen. The banana bread was delicious and a nice surprise treat. Highly recommend if you're coming to Homer.

The Best Alaska has to Offer

Enjoyed an amazing stay - Tanya's vacation home was everything & more. Rooms were immaculate, spacious & had all that was needed. Kitchen was greatly stocked, LR & 1 of the 2 BR's had the most spectacular views & getting to see the Moose & her calf's on the property made the experience more exciting. Highly recommending this listing.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your charming house in Homer and it completely exceeded ours expectations.The real star of the show was the view. From the large windows in the living room, and bedroom we had a sweeping panorama of Kachemak Bay, the Homer Spit, and the towering mountains in the distance.

Casa Paradise is truly an Alaskan paradise!!

Wow.....what a view of the Homer area from our windows. Great place to relax and close to town. Comfortable, well furnished for our needs, and amazing location. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing stay

Tanya and Marc went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and comfortable stay. Upon arrival we were greeted with an amazing view and home made banana bread. By far the best location and service we've experienced. We debated whether we wanted to go experience more of Homer or stay in the VRBO and soak up the beautiful view from the couch.

The unit was very clean, had a great view, comfortable beds, and good location. The owner left us banana bread in the kitchen which was a delightful treat.

This was one of the best house rentals I've stayed in. The views of Kachemak Bay alone made it worth it, but the space was also clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds were very comfortable (even the sofa was comfortable!) and it was so nice to have a washer/dryer available. The cookies were delicious, too. :) Beautiful place, thank you so much for renting it out at such a reasonable price!

Homer Alaska fun

I liked the place so i reserved for two nights. We are completely pleased with Moose View. Enjoyed the bed, shower, tv, washer, dryer etc.. Very nice quiet and great view of Homer spit. Will book again next trip to Homer. Host provided banana bread and it was terrific.

Best Place to Stay in Homer

Words cannot describe how nice this rental is. It has everything you need and more. The hosts could not have made it any more welcoming then they did. The banana bread was such a nice gift. The rental is immaculate and makes you feel at home.

Fantastic stay at Moose View

We stayed for 3 nights at moose view in August. The unit was very clean and inviting. It had nice decorations and had a lot of nice amenities that help make a stay perfect. The location is on the hill with the most wonderful view of the spit, katchemak bay and state park. We really enjoyed our stay here and was our favorite in our 2 week Alaska trip.

Amazing views! Excellent Accommodations!

Our family had an wonderful time at the Moose’s View & Tanya couldn’t have been any nicer or more helpful during our stay! The views are absolutely stunning from almost every window in the house & the space is very inviting/comfortable. It was easily the nicest property we stayed in during our trip & was absolutely worth every penny! We’d stay again in a second. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Amazing Stay in Homer

Moose View lived up to its names. Amazing views of the Homer Spit and a moose in the back yard grazing. Close to town, but up the mountain and quiet. Great hikes nearby. Communication with the owners was easy and they even took the time to bake us a loaf of bread and text us about a local market. Great set up for two couples.

My niece and her husband wanted to visit Homer because it’s been my favorite place to visit since I moved here mostly wanted to just walk the beach visit some shops/ galleries and relax this property was easy to get amazing views so we could hang out and gaze out at the magnificent scenery; beds and living room very comfortable. Had everything we needed. I highly recommend it!

Breathtaking Views

The views were unmatchable - absolutely breathtaking. The unit was clean and well maintained. Tanya left a sweet card and amazing banana bread! Check in and check out were a breeze. We even watched a moose out of our living room window. She was right in the front yard. Quiet neighborhood and about a 5-7 minute drive to the spit. 10/10 highly recommend.

Beautiful view of Homer from the couch! Loved watching the fog roll in and out. The kitchen was well equipped. The owner answered promptly. Would book here again.
