Offering direct access to the lakefront with boat mooring and peaceful natural surroundings to enjoy, this secluded holiday villa provides the perfect setting for a splendid Lake Como escape!

The detached modern villa is ideal for families and is fully-equipped to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

A spacious open plan living room enjoys direct lake and mountain views and is perfectly complemented by a mountain-view dining room and a separate fully-equipped kitchen.

A wonderful dining terrace to the garden also offers the ideal excuse for enjoying relaxed summertime BBQs and memorable alfresco meals in the evenings.

The villa offers a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a single bed with a pullout bed and a sleeping sofa in the living room that can be used as a double bed for additional guests.The internal layout of the holiday home is further completed by a spacious modern family bathroom, fitted with a bath tub and shower.

Outside the pretty garden provides guests with a tranquil lake view haven to enjoy, with the added luxury features of a private outdoor swimming pool, a private boat mooring facility and also private off-street parking.

The peaceful and sedate quality of Nesso provides the perfect tranquil setting for a restful Lake Como holiday, with a selection of cafes, shops, an ATM and restaurant conveniently provided alongside its romantic churches, castle ruins and beautiful waterfall.

Magical home on lake como

Beautiful spot and home with spectator views in small town of Nesso— with its waterfalls and famous bridge. Highly recommend the local butcher for all your needs — a small store but with fresh ingredients to cook and a wonderful owner Guiseppe Nice to have the pool to cook off after a warm day Would highly recommend this villa !

The villa was exactly as described on the site. It was a beautiful stay and very comfortable accommodations. Communication was easy and quick. Our family was able to enjoy the home to relax, the pool was wonderful, and we used the ping pong table and a stand up paddle board provided by the host. Everything was wonderful; we are thinking of coming back!

Generally as advertised

The property is in a beautiful location right on the lake, but maintenance and management left much to be desired. When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. The coffee maker died halfway through our stay, I called the management company and was told someone would be back to me shortly. Again I never heard from anyone again. The landscaping and hedges we very overgrown and made it difficult to negotiate the driveway and all the stairs on the property.

Misrepresented and in poor shape

Most importantly, there is only 1 batrhroom that is useable, and accessible from the inside. There is a 2nd bathroom that is unuseable, with a broken washing machine in it, and only accessible from going outside, down a set of outdoor stairs, and entering from by the pool. Secondly, there are electrical problems in the home: the stove was broken, and the power to the entire home would go out if you tried to heat up water and use the microwave at the same time. The interior heating units would not work either. Getting to the property is another major inconvenience, and you need someone to guide you down the narrow drive, around sharp turns to reach the house. However, the one positive part: the deck on the outside of the house has a nice view of the lake, and is covered. Overall, not as described, but clean on the inside.

5 stars for property and view, everything else a let down.

The property, lake access and pool were unmatched. We felt so fortunate to have this access during our stay. If this were all we would review, we would undoubtedly book again. The house was spacious, but came with almost no everyday necessities. There was not enough toilet paper, dish detergent, and no basic cleaning supplies to get through 4 nights with 4 adults. There were very clear instructions on garbage disposal and recycling, but we were not left with the requested bags to dispose of each type appropriately. There were absolutely no everyday cooking ingredients (salt, pepper, etc), and all had to be purchased from a market by us. We had to use bath towels to clean the counter after cooking. The smaller beds were uncomfortable for adults, the comforters in the closet were either not clean and/or stained, and there was a leftover sock in the side of one of them from a previous stay. Similar to previous reviews, we lost power frequently despite following direction in appliance usage. We reached out to the management company a few times and they were either slow to respond or did not return a call after office hours ending at 7:00pm.

Nesso home stay

A adventure passing all the villas on the walk to our villa.trying to determine which was ours ! It was such fun entering the property and being met with a breathtaking view of lake Como and the surrounding mountains at every turn! The pool was extremely clean and inviting . The dock on the water was just magical! Truly jewel of a property. We felt more at home in the house the longer we stayed. Nessa was surprisingly, only a short walk away. The bus stop was right at the top of the road. Bus took you everywhere. Though very busy on weekends. So expect to wait for the next one! And be crammed into a standing spot if any open. During the busy times. All part of the experience. Patience is a must! There is. Water taxi ferry that is in Nesso. Recommend at least to enjoy viewing all the Surrounding villages from the water. Top deck is best view. Windy but worth it. Be cautious of the return fairy times as they do not run as late as you would expect. Ferry back from Como city to Nesso was at 5 PM so leave early if you want to spend a bit of time in Como. There are no taxis. You need to book them or private drivers from Millan. We canceled our rent a car and got around great for the most part. Lots of walking! Uphills, but worth it! This house was a prime location for what we were looking for. Cooked at home a lot. We were not disappointed . We would recommend this for a smaller family like ourselfs. We had or 24 year old with us he also loved the property.

Perfect couples getaway

We stayed at this lovely and quiet villa for a week. It was perfect for an adult getaway. It was charming and relaxing, not in a busy area, the views were amazing, the pool was refreshing and access to the lake was unbeatable. We met the owner and her daughter, who were lovely as well. We hope to visit again!

Sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Was wir als störend empfanden war, dass im Beschrieb stand, es sei voll ausgestattet. Diese Ausstattung war aber sehr spartanisch, insbesondere in der KĂŒche. Bett- und FrotteewĂ€sche war interessanterweise im Doppel vorhanden, hingegen mussten wir alles, was es zum Reinigen/Abwaschen/Abfallentsorgung benötigt, zuerst einkaufen gehen. Der angepriesene Grill war da, jedoch kein Holz, bzw. Brennkohle. Es stellte sich heraus, dass alles verschlossen in einem Raum war, zu dem wir keinen Zugang hatten. FĂŒr den stolzen Mietpreis geben wir hier ein Minus.

Simply Amazing

Beautiful property. We met the owners. Wonderful people. The villa once belonged to a famous Italian singer. Grounds well kept. The views are amazing. We could not have had a better time. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner every evening at Tre Rose, a short walk from the villa. And not to mention that George Clooney’s villa is across the lake.
