Divertissement deck taille avec barbecue à gaz, hamac pour se détendre et gazebo pour des séances de photos! la cuisine est entièrement équipée et les appareils sont neufs. We loved our 1-month stay in this wonderful home in a quaint and peaceful East Falmouth neighborhood. It's so evident that the homeowner has devoted great love and care in selecting "beachy" decor for the house and ensuring that visitors have everything they could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. The massive pond just off the backyard is equally beautiful and serene and the deck is a great place to have that morning coffee or just kick back and enjoy the surroundings. We also loved the many great restaurants, shopping, beaches and other attractions located nearby. We highly recommend this home to others looking for a great home away from home.

Wonderful house and the best owner!

We just spent the month on this property. I can’t say enough about the home and the owner. Everything you need is at your fingertips and if you have any questions or concerns Erika is very very responsive. We loved everything about the house. But like everyone else’s says the deck is the best! Everything was comfortable and clean! Counting the days until next summer!

Great Stay on the Cape

We loved the location of the house on the quiet, dead end street, close to Bourne Pond. The house was as described, very clean, light and comfortable. Our host was very responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great East Falmouth Property

We loved staying in this lovely home. The inside decor was so coastal and we could tell a lot of thought & love were put into the design. The back deck was a wonderful outside oasis for morning coffee or enjoying a lobster dinner with family. Our host was fantastic! She provided us with detailed information about the home & gave us so many wonderful recommendations of things to do during our vacation. She was very friendly & communicated promptly with us. She went the extra mile to warmly welcome us when we got to the house - so many kind & thoughtful touches. We all loved staying here & we would stay here again! Highly recommend this house if you stay in Falmouth!

Family Vacation

This is a child friendly home with a great location. It was 1.5 miles away from East Menauhant Beach which was so easy to get to. We were within walking distance to playgrounds and infamous Smitty’s homemade ice cream which was worth it. We were able to travel around Falmouth and Mashpee with ease. The house has a large back deck where we ate and let the kids roam free. It was ideal for a quiet night sleep and early morning coffee. Overall a great home.

The dream Cape Cod cottage

We stayed at the cottage for a whole month of September. The cottage is fantastic! Very conveniently located and it has it all. Erika thought of everything you may need on a vacation. The design is so beautiful! The deck with the most comfortable chairs, lounges and tables, and a pick view of the water! The 3 bedrooms have very comfortable beds. Very quiet. Well equipped kitchen and a great grill on the most beautiful deck Erika is a wonderful host, easy to communicate. We would highly recommend this places for short or long stays ! Thank you , Erika!

Family Wedding in Falmouth

Erika was so helpful, accommodating and a gracious host! Her home reflected her love affair with Cape Cod! All her personal touches were designed to make us feel comfortable and at home! The house was immaculate and the huge rear deck was an added plus! It was the perfect home for my family to gather around in preparation for my nephew’s Wedding! We had the best week! So much to see and do in Falmouth! Great restaurants, loved Main Street, beautiful beaches and a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard were just a few things we enjoyed! We have so many wonderful memories of our vacation week in Falmouth!

Fabulous property and location, great value for money

This is a really beautiful home to stay in. The photos do not do full justice to the warm and welcoming ambience of this place. The rooms are all a great size and thoughtfully decorated with charming, homely touches. The location is superb - so close to the beautiful beaches of the Cape and the charming harbour town of Falmouth itself. The external deck and garden area is excellent and the ideal spot for relaxation.The property itself is only a short walk through a wooded path to give access to Bourne pond which is very safe for swimming - wonderful birdlife spotting too with Ospreys, egrets, cormorants, swans etc. Also a short stroll to East Falmouth village for local shops, restaurant, great ice cream parlour, kids playground etc. The owner is extremely helpful in answering queries and very useful information is left in the property. Heartily recommend this property as an ideal rental.

An amazing trip and the perfect home base

First an foremost, Erika is awesome about communication. That is such a key element when using any Homeaway property. She had her home ready for us, everything we needed and expected, and quite a few extras that we hadn’t thought of, like beach towels. Her home and the access to the items she had on hand made our trip go smoothly. The home is the perfect location to visit all around the cape, or for someone looking to just stay at the home for a relaxing time. It is easy access to the highways, leading to either end and to any town on the cape. It couldn’t have been any more convenient. We traveled to Plymouth and to Provincetown and every little town in between. Of course, just down the road is an amazing homemade ice cream place as well as a handful of stores, cafes and restaurants. If we hadn’t wanted to see so much of the cape we wouldn’t have had go far for anything. The home is well kept, clean, and comfortable. It’s what you’d expect in a beach home if you had your own summer place. Board games, old school vhs movies, plenty of seating, and an amazing back yard. The first thing my daughters did when we got out of the car was to run around to the back yard and hop right into the hammock. I found them both there several times throughout our stay just swinging in it and playing with their iPads lol. This place would be hard to beat in terms of value for money, location/proximity to nearly anything, and comfort. We would absolutely stay here again...and if I can ever get my family back out that way, we most certainly will.

The home is a beautiful and well equipped 3 bedroom home. Beautiful backyard and deck area! I can’t say enough about Erica though! From the moment I booked, she was a wealth of information. She went above and beyond to help us in our planning and access of various things in the area. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the Cape! We’ve referred a friend as well!

Love, love, love!!!

This home was perfect for our family vacation! It truly was our home away from home! Located in a great neighborhood this home was beautiful, clean, roomy, and yet very cozy! The deck is extremely spacious and the backyard is the perfect size and private. As for Erika, the owner of this beautiful home, she is wonderful! She made sure our experience was memorable! Any questions we had were quickly answered. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect! We will definitely return!

Good place to stay -quiet neighborhood and great backyard.

Inside could be cleaned a bit better along window sills and under tables but overall it was clean. Everything was as advertised and owner is very responsive.

Was very upset to hear that Mike did not find my house up to his standards of clean as we strive to give our guest a great experience on the Cape! The house is professionally cleaned upon each guests departure with me doing a personal walk thru before the next guest arrival. For example some of the personal touches for Mike and his family, since we knew it was going to be a touch dicey weather wise, we left extra board games, cards and the like to help pass the time, along with a binder full of local area adventures that still be done in the rain. I will post a review from another site that we received the weekend after Mike's stay so hopefully put future renters minds at ease that the house will be spic and span. Thank you so much for your consideration and we look forward to helping you plan your Cape adventure! John (ABNB) We loved Erika's house for a long weekend to the Cape. We were 5 good friends spending time catching up. The deck and backyard are huge and perfect places to relax in the sunshine. Communication with Erika was so easy and fast. You are close to beaches, nice walks, and not too far from Falmouth center and other places of interest. Would highly recommend!! Thanks so much for helping make my 30th a great time!  Private Feedback: We had an amazing stay at your home Erika! So clean and perfect size to sleep all of us. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Great location and close to everything Falmouth has to offer. The remodel has been a labor of love. With all new hardwood floors, paint, appliances and home decor that is true Cape Cod style. The deck runs3/4 of the back of the house with three different seating/eating area.. The hammock is hung and just waiting for you to read a book in or swing the kids in! In a quite neighborhood that is close enough to all the action and fun.
