Cette maison de ville magnifiquement rénovée de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale, un lit king size dans la chambre d'amis, un grand canapé-lit queen-size avec un matelas pneumatique en mousse à mémoire de forme dans le salon, ainsi que 2 salles de bain complètes. Cette maison de ville spacieuse et ouverte a un décor de plage et de décor de bon goût.

Profitez d'un barbecue avec votre famille sur le patio privé clôturé! Il s’agit d’une unité située au rez-de-chaussée offrant un accès facile à la plage, à la piscine, aux courts de tennis et au parking sans ascenseur ni escalier. Bien que cette unité ne dispose pas d'une vue sur le golfe, elle offre de nombreuses commodités pour votre séjour, notamment une cuisine élégante dotée d'appareils en acier inoxydable et de comptoirs en granit. Great Space and Location

Excellent for our party of 8! We loved that we had our own space, on the ground floor, while also enjoying all amenities of condo life! Would definitely book again!

Better then I thought!

Great place. I got a side house and loved it! Easy with kids had its own outdoor patio. Even tho it wasn’t “beachfront” “beach view” it was an easy walk! Would recommend!

We love the beach service too!This time we chose to stay on one of the villas and it was perfect for our family. Very convenient since we had a large amount of baby items to bring in. I do suggest that the couches be replaced soon as they were quite worn out.

We didn’t have to go in any elevators or walk a long way to get into our room. The downside is no view when you wake up in the morning. Another good thing was the back patio we could put all our things outside when we got back from the beach so there was hardly any sand that ended up in our room!

Our flight got delayed, we asked for a late check out but was not allowed to get it. We asked if we could keep our beach chairs for a few hours while we kill time and was denied. They wanted to charge us $49 for 2 hours to use the beach chairs. We came with a party of 12 condos, I really didnt see how allowing us to keep 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for 2 hours was big deal, but......

Unfortunately, during the peak season, a late check-out is hard to accommodate due to most of our units having back-to-back stays. We need housekeeping to try to get into each unit as soon as possible so the next guest can check in on time. Our beach service is managed by a 3rd party vendor and they have their policy in place that we have to follow due to contractual obligations. We do try to accommodate requests whenever possible to ensure that all guests have the best guest experience possible. We value you as our guest and we hope to have the chance to host you again. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My rental experience was less than expected. The AC was programmed not to go below 70 degrees at night. I was charged a significant amount of money and did not know there were obey saving limitations on the room. We slept HOT every night. Woke up numerous times sweating. The beach was full of guests. If you didn’t get out to claim your beach chairs early, you were forced to sit away from the beach and looking at other non apppealing views. I’ve been coming to Destin for 20 years, and this was one of the worse experiences that I had.

The AC is programmed not to go below 70 to ensure the longevity of the AC unit and to reduce any maintenance issues that can occur. We do require each unit to have at least one extra fan to make sure guests will remain comfortable. We do understand that guests go to the beach early to reserve their beach setup but we do have more than enough beach setup for all guests plus enough to have extra beach setups so everyone can enjoy the lovely views of the Gulf. Great stay at this property! Everything we expected plus more! First time experience at Destin!

We loved the apartment/condo with the patio attached. Had plenty of room inside and we used the patio daily!! Sun room was excellent also. We could have walked to eats and shopping, but didn't because we had 3 kids! We lived the proximity of beach and the chairs n umbrella included in rental! I left some toys in the patio box, which had a shell scooper for us to use! 5 star stay for sure! Kids and mom and dad had excellent experience at this rental! I think I loved this rental instead of balcony facing ocean!! So much more to offer. Staff was very courteous n attentive!! ❤️

May is a merry, merry month to visit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Early May is a great time to visit Destin. And the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club gives you a front row seat to scores of dolphins. At least it did on each day of this stay. We rented a kayak from the property and frolicked around with the dolphins as well as several rays and a sea turtle. This location is also in walking distance to some of our favorite eating stops.

Family Vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The property layout and location was perfect. The only complaint(s) would be that the pool was too small and the beds and hide-a-beds in the unit could probably be updated because they were not very comfortable.

Weeklong getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a busy week. Wasn’t sure how I would like a room without a view but the convenience of easy access made it nice. The air conditioner had some issues and we were hot for a day or two until we had to move to another condo. The staff were great and very helpful. The patio furniture needed replacing but overall the condo was pretty nice.
