** VEUILLEZ NOTER: Les 6 et 7 juillet, nous organisons le festival d'art Stagecoach Run à la maison, tous les jours, de 10h à 17h. Nous sommes un arrêt parmi d'autres, dans le cadre d'une visite artistique autoguidée. En bas seulement - les chambres à l'étage restent privées, comme toujours. **
Cette spacieuse et charmante maison historique est votre chez-vous, une escapade relaxante dans la vie trépidante de la ville, un aperçu de la vie du village, une retraite d'écrivain, une base idéale pour explorer la campagne, une connexion proche à Oneonta (15 minutes en voiture) , Cooperstown Dreams Park (à Oneonta, 20 minutes en voiture), le baseball Cooperstown (All Star Village, 42 minutes en voiture) ou tout ce que vous imaginez! Situé à Franklin, New York (150 miles au nord-ouest de New York), vous pouvez louer la maison entière ou juste une chambre ou deux. Cette liste de location est pour notre suite privée de deux chambres avec salle de bain privée demi (toilette et lavabo), avec une maison partagée (si / quand il y a d'autres invités). Le reste de la maison est partagé avec tous les autres clients réservés à ce moment-là (il y a deux autres chambres qui dorment un total de quatre), donc vous partagerez potentiellement deux grands salons, une cuisine entièrement équipée, deux salles à manger, le salle de bain complète à l'étage / douche, et toutes les autres commodités de la maison. La plupart des clients ne dérange pas cela, mais si vous voulez une confidentialité totale envisager de réserver toute la maison, sous la rubrique "Franklin Guest House" VRBO.

Nous avons le wifi haut débit, donc le streaming du contenu sur vos appareils est certainement une option, mais pour les clients qui préfèrent la télévision par câble s'il vous plaît noter que nous n'avons pas de télévision ou d'accès par câble.

Aussi, bien que cette région soit bien connue pour avoir un climat estival très confortable et qu'aucune maison à Franklin ne dispose de climatisation, nous comprenons que certains clients ont besoin de contrôle climatique. S'il vous plaît noter que la maison ne dispose pas de A / C. Nous fournissons des ventilateurs pour chaque chambre.

Franklin House stay

Very clean, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Peaceful, and appointed and decorated with the eye of an artist. Highly recommend to sooth your soul!

Franklin Guest House/Retreat

How fortunate to find this wonderful "retreat"! Perfect accommodations-full kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. Anna was available if needed and spending time there was a combination of being in her gallery and a vintage farmhouse! Modern bathrooms and upscale kitchen! I would love to spend time again when returning to Cental NYS! Thanks Anna for making it a pleasant week!

Great location for Family weekend at Oneonta.

Easy access. Owner left detailed instructions. We enjoyed the Franklin Farmer’s Market on Sun. Nice neighborhood to stroll through with historic houses.

Perfect and peaceful

The house was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and so clean! A perfect getaway in a quaint little town. My daughter was thrilled with the toys she was allowed to play with and we had fun playing the board games. We loved the original artwork, big kitchen and cozy bedrooms. We felt very at home in Franklin and we are looking forward to coming back.

Historic charm with modern comfort

My wife and I loved staying at Anna's with our 6-yr old daughter. It's a beautiful historic house, elegantly upgraded with thoughtful modern touches -- an inspiring space. The glazed tiles and ceramic art were a pleasure to explore, and our daughter loved playing with the doll house and climbing on the dome in the backyard. We had a short, restful stay, and hope to come back to enjoy the peaceful setting and all this house has to offer.

Great week upstate

We had a great week-long stay in Franklin and the surrounding area. Anna was extremely responsive and we felt very comfortable during our stay. The house was perfect for our family. Our three-year old son especially enjoyed the toys, books, and drawing table.

Amazing Franklin Guest House

My Wife, 8-year-old Son and I stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful home. We liked it very much. Anna Sea is a talented artist and you get the bonus of being able to see her work during your stay. We talked at length about her art while we were there as we were fascinated by it. Her guest home is perfectly appointed, clean and has a great feeling to it. We are so happy we stayed there and plan on returning soon! Thanks So Much Anna Sea!

Just beautiful

Beautiful historic home with touches of modern throughout. Plenty of delights throughout the home that make a home go from good to great, including great art, comfy bedding, and nice soaps/shampoos/conditioners. Franklin, NY has great small-town charm. I would definitely return!

A perfect getaway

Our stay at the Franklin Guesthouse was absolutely perfect. We wouldn't change a thing about the house. Anna was so helpful and easy to work with. A pleasure to communicate with. She helped us with everything along the way and while we were there and she was incredibly accommodating. She truly went above and beyond what I've come to expect from most hosts, and that is exactly the type of host that will get us to return :-) The house was stocked above and beyond what could be expected with an abundance of clean towels, hand soap, dish soap and an excellent washer and dryer. There are multiple tables for dining and casual living spaces. A full stock of board games for family game night. The art around the house is so interesting and original and makes you feel at home. It doesn't make it feel as sterile as other houses, it makes you feel like you're really at home! The location is fantastic, just a one block walk from the center of town and a quick 15 minute drive from Oneonta. It's a lovely neighborhood to walk around in. Really, truly a fantastic stay and we look forward to returning!!

Great Stay in Franklin

This historic house was a great base for our family trip to see a production at Franklin Stage Co. It was clean and comfortable, and had all the amenities that we needed, including pots, pans, etc in the kitchen. It is in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. The beds had crisp, white sheets. The bathrooms are modern.

Cooperstown Allstar Village Baseball

I need a place close to Allstar Village for the week long tournament. The Franklin Guest House was 20 minutes away. They stay was very comfortable - didn’t miss the TV and the weather was perfect to keep the rooms cool as there was no AC. Anna was great!!

Wonderful Place

Wonderful place for us to stay while my son was at All Star Village, just a 15-20 minute drive away. The house was clean and bright, and easy to navigate. It had everything we needed. Anna was a great host. Communication was easy, and she even accommodated a last minute request. We loved our time at this house!

Exactly what I was looking for....

I wanted to get away from anything I was accustomed to back home and this house, the hospitality from it's owner, and the surroundings were exactly what I had hoped they would be. No TV, No traffic, just beautiful accommodations and beautiful part of the world!

Plenty of space!

Franklin House exceeded my expectations from the location to the space! Located in a serene town surrounded by quite the picturesque landscape this is the ideal place to relax and is only 45 minutes from Cooperstown Dreams Park (also a scenic drive). A well maintain historic home modernized in all of the right places!

Amazing guest house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this guest house. We were in town for a baseball tournament at All Star Village (only 20 min away). The house was very clean, and Anna had wonderful amenities. This would be a great house to rent out as a whole with one or two families.

Stylish and calm upstate oasis

Anna was nothing short of a perfect host - she answered my questions via messaging promptly and politely and my husband and young son absolutely loved her house! Not only was it spacious, but it had every amenity you could possibly need with the check in and check out being as seamless as possible. The house itself is clean and tastefully decorated for adults to enjoy and is also filled with toys for young children to keep themselves occupied. We joked that we would love to move in permanently :-) Thanks for your hospitality, Anna!

Quiet and relaxing

Existential!

Would have loved to stay longer and meet the owner(s). We got in late and left early the next day, the place was comfortable for this purpose. We did not get to explore the area, but it felt like it had some history. The home seemed to have everything to accommodate a longer term stay.
