NSB getaway

This was one of the nicest units we have stayed in on either Florida coast. Well maintained and well equipped. Great Beach and perfect location with easy access to everything. Will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful on the beach getaway!

Condo is beautiful, clean and right on the beach! Just walk out the back door to the pool and the ocean. Walk down the street a short walk and you are downtown and at the public beach. Great place to get away from everyday life for a while! We loved it here!

Amazing Stay!

This property was beautiful! Extremely clean and sitting on the balcony was wonderful watching the waves and seeing dolphins! Jen was very friendly and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back, it was the perfect peaceful vacation we needed! Thank you!

Room with a view!

This property is exactly as presented. The view of the ocean is spectacular. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our adult children and would definitely recommend.

Perfect rental

If I could give this rental and owner six stars, I would! Wonderful communication and a beautiful location made for a great week! The condo was extremely clean and the furnishings were extra cozy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. I would highly recommend this beachfront vacation spot!

Great location and perfect ocean view.

The condo was beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed. It is located close to numerous restaurants and shopping. The view is spectacular and even over a holiday week, the pool was not crowded. Communication and check in was seamless. I would highly recommend the unit. Perfect for adults and families with kids of all ages.

Great location

We would definitely stay in this condo again. It overlooks the ocean and the beautiful pool. The garage is close to the entrance to the building and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. It is within a 5 minute walk to Flagler and all the great restaurants and shops. The owners were helpful with anything we needed. Perfect!

Condo was clean, beautifully appointed, and i cant say enough how nice, professional and accommodating Jen was! Won’t be in NSB for a couple summers but when we do, It WILL be with jen at this condo!

Great Experience at New Smyrna!

Awesome Condo & Location!!

Condo was a delight!!! Great location & view. Short walk to Flagler Ave. is what we wanted. Parking in a private garage a plus!!! Would rent again as we had a private pool as well as beach access. 4/4 A+ rating. Owner was very nice to work with!!!!!

Amazing vacation at NSB!!!

Everything was fantastic!!! Beautiful condo that was well equipped and the most beautiful views. Three teenagers had a blast at the beach, pool and Flagler Avenue. Plenty to do in walking distance. Condo had assigned parking spot in garage that was perfect and super convenient. Will definitely be going back.

Perfect Beach Vacation!!!

We couldn't have had a better time! The condo was absolutely perfect! Everything you need is there. Jenn and Todd were super great to work with and responded right away with any questions. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more! The furnishings are beautiful and the views amazing!! We go to NSB often and this has been our favorite place yet!!!

Awesome place

The condo was fabulous. It was exactly as advertized and more. The kitchen had every appliance, spice, utensil, dishes and cocktail glasses etc that we wanted. There were plenty of towels, supplies and beach items. It was a fabulous place. There was nothing left out and it made it feel like home.

Spectacular

Everything about this condo is outstanding and I hated to leave. It has a great view of the ocean from the 3rd floor balcony. The inside is remodeled with higher end fixtures and controls and is very clean. Having bikes included also was a very nice tough. I will definitely rent here again.

Perfect Paradise

Amazing is the only way to describe our stay at Jen and Todd's beautiful condo. The views are spectacular and we enjoyed so many gorgeous sunrises and walks on the beach. The condo has everything you could possibly need! We loved the bikes and beach equipment including the chairs and umbrella. Jen's communication was excellent and the place was super clean and updated. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Jen and Todd.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL & WONDERFUL STAY

I do a beach trip every year with my cousin in Ohio. Jen’s condo was beautiful inside. The cleanest place we have stayed at so far. Jen was so nice and very helpful all the way from beginning to the end. She had everything that u need in the condo from beach chairs, umbrella and towels. Even had some nice fans in each closet that came handy . We had such a wonderful cousin trip and look forward to staying again next year for sure . Thank you so much for letting us stay in your special place.
