Brilliant service!

We had a truly wonderful time in Rovinj. The Apartment is great and the view from the balkony never ceased to amaze and delight us. Orjeta is a lovely host and we felt most welcome. We can only wholeheartedly recommend a stay here and hope that we may come back one day.

Beautiful apartment with stunning balcony

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. It was very tastfully decorated and had everything you would need. Location was perfect, and the views from the balcony exceptional. The host was very helpful, and was always happy to assist throughout our stay. I would recommend this apartment, just note that there are many floors and stairs.. Rovinj is a beautiful town, with many wonderful restaurants and the people were very nice.

The apartment is perfect: clean, calm, in the center of the old town. The balcony is incredible, a private view directly on the sea, in front of Santa Caterina island and perfext to appreciate the stunning sunset! We will come back for sure! Thanks to the host , she is very nice!

The apartment was superb it was immaculately presented catered for every need all small details were taken care off down to warm throws provided to sit out on the balcony in the evenings, beautiful crockery lovely toiletries a coffee pod selection of teas the list was endless the location couldn’t have been more central and the views from all rooms were just very special. We very much enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend we all hope to come back here again some day in the future and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else . Thankyou for your lovely appartment and your friendliness and kindness were very much appreciated.

There can't be a better place to stay In Rovinj!

Rovinj is a spectacular place to visit and staying at this property was the icing on the cake. To return to the comfort of the apartment and enjoy the incredible views after a day exploring the whole area, including the fabulous walks in the adjacent forest park, was just amazing.

The apartment is in a superb location right on the water overlooking the beautiful harbour. Fantastic restaurants and cocktail bars are all nearby making this place the envy of Rovinj.

We had a wonderful stay here. The building is in an amazing location next to so many things all by walking distance. We were traveling with a baby and our host made sure to have a cot set up for us and even a high chair. Very comfortable and clean stay. The host provided many great restaurant recommendations as well. And the views from the balcony are hard to beat

Great stay!

The apt is magical right in the middle of Old Town with spectacular ocean views off the deck. There are restaurants, cafes and shops right out the front door; yet the apt was very quiet and peaceful inside. The inside was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities one would need. We spent 10 days at the apt and can not wait to return, this was our favorite retreat in Europe by far!

The location so close to everything, the splendid balcony overlooking the sea and such stylish decor. Bathrobes were a nice touch as well as a great supply of towels, toilet rolls and excellent kitchen utensils. Our host was very friendly and exceptionally helpful, in particular when arranging our taxi back to the airport.

Perfect place to stay in Rovinj with great view of the sea

We loved this apartment, it’s the perfect place to stay in Rovinj. The view of the Adriatic from the balcony is amazing. The apartment is central in the old town, with bars and restaurants right outside the door, and the beautiful «beach» just a couple of minutes walk away (rocky formations where you can sunbathe, jump or use practical steps into the water). Although is is bustling outside the apartment, it is quiet due to very well insulated windows. The apartment, which is on three floors, feels very clean, airy and with a lot of attention to detail. The owners are very helpful and attentive. When there was a problem with the WiFi, it was immediately fixed. I cannot think of a better place to stay in Rovinj.

Great apartment in the heart of beautiful Rovinj! Very well set up, and beautiful views. Note there is no car access in Rovinj old town and lots of stairs to get in the apartment but this is an excellent option if you don’t mind that!

Fantastic apartment and host.

It’s rare to get an apartment that has everything you want and this did just that. The location was perfect, the views incredible with the sea on one side and the restaurants on the other. To be able to sit on the balcony and watch the boats going by, listening to waves gently lapping and enjoying the sun or sunset was an absolute bonus. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. The host communicated well and met us at the apartment for check in and out. Very friendly and helpful with details for parking and general information. Would love to return. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Most Spectacular Spot on Earth

Wow! The three story flat overhanging the Adriatic Sea exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and the views were spectacular. It is in such a convenient location but so quiet with wonderful windows! Our hosts were so kind and personally met us to let us in and show us everything. They even left us a gift of their fabulous homemade olive oil and amazing lavender! The place was immaculate and we even made a couple dinners after buying fish from the local market. The locals gave me a recipe and it probably was one of our best meals! The beds and shower were great! Our only regret is that we had to leave! Outstanding 10/10 on every level.
