BIENVENUE AU PARADIS!

Entrez dans ce plan d'étage confortable et ouvert, unité d'extrémité et faites comme chez vous. Cette unité surplombe la magnifique baie de citron. Notre position finale comprend un balcon supplémentaire au large de la chambre avec une vue à 180 degrés sur la plage et la baie. Nous sommes à moins de deux minutes à pied de la plage du golfe du Mexique et à quelques pas de la piscine chauffée. Profitez du confort de surveiller votre bateau stationné au quai. *** Cuisine récemment rénovée (juin 2018). Nouveau granit, réfrigérateur (machine à glaçons), lave-vaisselle, four et plus.

*** POURQUOI VOUS AIMEREZ CE CONDO

Cette propriété est une chambre bien entretenue et propre, une unité de salle de bains. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision par câble. Les fenêtres de la chambre sont pittoresques et lumineuses pendant la journée et équipées de stores assombrissants pour une bonne nuit de sommeil. Vous pouvez dormir confortablement à quatre avec l'utilisation de notre canapé-lit gigogne.

La cuisine est entièrement fonctionnelle avec un réfrigérateur, un micro-ondes, une cafetière, un grille-pain, un mixeur et tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires pour cuisiner un festin ou mélanger vos rafraîchissements préférés.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat HD. Si vous décidez de ne pas dîner sur la véranda, notre salon comprend également une table qui dîne confortablement quatre personnes. Cet appareil est livré avec télévision par câble gratuite et WIFI. Le complexe dispose d'une buanderie à quelques pas de l'unité.

*** QUE DEVONS-NOUS FAIRE AUJOURD'HUI?

Voici quelques suggestions (veuillez noter que la plupart des choses ci-dessous vous pouvez faire sans même monter dans votre voiture!):

Commencez votre journée en prenant votre café et en regardant un majestueux lever de soleil sur Lemon Bay directement depuis votre propre véranda. Faites une courte promenade et rejoignez le yoga du matin sur la plage.

Êtes-vous un amoureux de la plage? Promenez-vous dans la rue et allez nager. Récupérez des coquillages et des dents de requin. Prenez un bain de soleil et écoutez les sons apaisants du golfe. Faites une longue promenade sur les sept miles de plage paisible et préservée. Faire voler un cerf-volant. Pêcher dans les vagues.

Sports nautiques. Apportez votre bateau et garez-vous à notre quai. Vous n'avez pas de bateau? Profitez des nombreuses options de location de bateaux locales. Vous pouvez également louer des jet skis, des kayaks, des planches de stand up paddle et plus encore. Profitez de certaines des meilleures activités de pêche aux alentours, depuis notre quai, un bateau ou la Gulf Beach.

Nourriture, boissons et divertissement. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à distance de marche. Prenez un repas au bord de l'eau ou juste quelques boissons tout en écoutant de la musique live. Si vous êtes audacieux, vous pourrez même montrer vos talents de karaoké!

Enfin et surtout, terminez votre merveilleuse journée en admirant un magnifique coucher de soleil sur le golfe!

First thank you so much for how clean the room was. We went with a group and others complained theirs was not as clean. Also appreciate the key pad entry when others struggled with keeping up with keys or having to pick up or drop off keys so convenient not to have to worry about that. Great communication! Enjoyed!

50th Wedding Anniversary getaway

We absolutely loved our condo! I was so clean and had everything we needed. The Manatees come up to the end of our dock. That made our trip. Location couldn't have been any better. Beach was close and walking distance to the area bars and restaurants. John was so helpful, he got back to us right away if we needed anything. We will definitely be back to stay again Dori & Craig

John was excellent at communicating both before and during our stay. The condo was as pictured, and was very clean. Well stocked kitchen. There were beach towels and chairs for the beach which was great. Quick walk to the ocean. Would recommend to a friend.

Awesome view from the screened lanai of Lemin Bay. Good fishing off of the provided dock. Adequate accommodations for 2 people. Short walk to the beach across the street. Stayed 28 days and saw 25 sunsets. Easy walk to restaurants; laid back area. Small bathroom with updated shower, no sink area. Kitchen well stocked with cookware and utensils. Bedroom has large closet for storage with plenty of dresser space. Small but comfortable lanai. Kitchen in need of update, but owner is planning that renovation for this year. Owner is easy to work with and cooperative. We have signed up to return to this unit next year. Excited to see the improvements to an already conveniently located, well stocked and comfortable unit.

Great Condo with a beautiful view!

We enjoyed our stay very much at the Manasota Key condos. We had everything we needed & the kitchen was stocked with more cookware than I’ve ever experienced in other condos. The condo was clean & decorated appropriately with a beach theme. It is a beautiful area with a lot to do. We visited Boca Grande Island, Stump Pass SP, Siesta Key Beach & walked across the street to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. My husband enjoyed fishing from the dock & saw dolphins close by. We definitely look forward to returning again to such a relaxing & enjoyable place. John is a great person to communicate with. He checked with us the following morning after our arrival just to make sure all was ok & he responded immediately if I contacted him with a question. The week passed too quickly & we hated to leave. Enjoyable Stay - Awesome Views!

Bay Watch is an end-unit second-floor condo on Manasota Key. The condo was clean when we arrived and John was very easy to communicate with. The unit faces Lemon Bay and has awesome views from the screened-in lanai. The private dock looks brand new and there are benches for guests to sit and enjoy the water. There's a grilling area and picnic benches for your use just a short walk away. The unit itself is older. The lanai screen needs replacing and the kitchen floor tiles are cracked, but it looks as if the owners are making gradual updates and improvements. The bedroom is spacious and the king bed was very comfortable. There are plenty of towels, hangers, closet space, and extra pillows if needed. The kitchen is well-equipped with stainless appliances and all the essentials for cooking meals. The bag of coffee from a local coffee shop was a nice welcome gift! The pool area is clean and inviting and access to the private beach is convenient and easy to get to. There are older beach chairs and an umbrella for guest use on the lanai. There is a laundry room adjacent to the condo building. These are coin operated machines. Most of the machines are well-used and older but clean. It costs 2.00 per wash and 2.00 per dryer. It's important to note that the machines only take quarters and there's no change machine or laundry item vending machine for detergent, etc., so you need to come prepared if you're going to do laundry. There are a variety of restaurants and entertainment venues within walking distance. You can hear the music from the condo at night, but it normally quiets down between 10 and 11 pm and didn't bother us at all. Our stay at Bay Watch was during the off-season, so it was very quiet which is exactly what we wanted. It also rained a lot but we enjoyed watching the rain storms from our lanai at night while sipping some wine! Overall this was an enjoyable stay with awesome views!

A wonderful week - I highly recommend this condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful week at this condo. The screened porch was a wonderful way to spend the evening after a day on the beach. Everything you can possibly want is available…. if you don’t see something, you’re looking in the wrong place! The owner was even kind enough to arrange a week of 80 degree sunshine 😊

Best location on the keys

Another wonderful experience at El Galeon. Condo clean, furniture and bed very comfortable, well stocked with dishes, pans and even spices and a gift of coffee! Beautiful views and great location walking distance to food and live music.

We share a love for the beach. During some recent cold winters up north we were compelled to purchase a place that we could always get away to. We finally did and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. Now we own two and we love visiting and being able to share it with others!
