Church Street est située au cœur de Brighton. Vous aurez l'ambiance de Brighton en restant ici au moment où vous sortez. Les magasins commencent en quelques minutes de marche dans la plupart des directions depuis la maison, c'est le centre. C'est au cœur des ruelles et à seulement 3 minutes à pied de la gare. Il est situé près du parc de la ville de Brighthelm, qui organise régulièrement des événements musicaux en direct et des stands hebdomadaires de nourriture de rue. Une courte promenade sur la route du front de mer, les cinémas Brighton principal quartier commerçant et à distance de marche de partout où vous avez besoin.
Les théâtres sur la route près du Pavillon vous offrent de nombreuses opportunités pour profiter des divertissements de la nuit et tous les bars sont des restaurants que vous pourriez souhaiter juste une minute sur la route. L'emplacement de cette propriété est le meilleur que vous puissiez obtenir à Brighton. Le Earth and Stars d'en face est un pub qui a été élu en 2018 meilleur restaurant de Brighton et a remporté de nombreux prix, alors assurez-vous de réserver votre rôti du dimanche à l'avance. Amazing

Exactly like pictures and description, was able to fit 8 for a Hen Do, perfect location for beach and town etc. Hosts were really good during the welcome making sure we knew where everything was/ where to go if we needed anything.Only downside is parking but not unexpected due to how central it is. I'd stay here again if I ever planned another group trip to Brighton, an easy choice tbh

Fabulous house & location

We were a party of 7 friends celebrating birthdays, this house was an absolutely perfect find. Lovely decor, comfortable and you couldn’t get a better location for enjoying Brighton. Hosts are responsive and helpful - readily recommend this house to any groups visiting Brighton

Great place to stay

Superb house in a fantastic location. Super easy to get access to all the attractions/ amenities. Despite its central location the pub opposite didn't bother us either. House had absolutely everything we needed and more, would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable house in a brilliant spot for central Brighton.

Great Location in Brighton

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely holiday home in Brighton, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful tips about the local area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended

Great Location

Very central location and walkable to everything in the downtown Brighton area. Beds are very comfortable. The staircase is very steep but that is the nature of the houses of this age in the area.

Highly recommend

Check in process was really easy, we had to come a bit earlier and were able to leave our bags whilst cleaning of property continued. The house was exactly as described, right in the centre of Brighton and easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Brighton!

Fantastic stay

This was the perfect holiday let for our stay in Brighton. Very central location, about 10 mins to the sea but the walk back can be a bit of killer as it’s up a hill. House beautiful inside, some blackout curtains would have been a bonus at the back of the property for sleeping. Very close to the lanes and lots of amenities.

Sunny Side House

This is a sparkling, clean and very comfortable property superbly located next to the Lanes in Brighton centre. The VRBO description of the property is spot on. The Earth & Stars Pub opposite is excellent, but, for lighter sleepers, can perhaps be a little noisy late in the evening at weekends and with early morning deliveries. As hosts, Gregor and Tania were oustanding - kind, flexible and full of great local recommendations. Will definitely return to Sunny Side House. Many thanks

Family Gathering

The property was just as described with so much utensils etc in the kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. It was situated in just the right place, distance to all the places we were due to go, not very far. Ideally a map or welcome pack in the property would have been very helpful. But overall we had a very pleasant stay and was much room for 8 people

The pictures are perfect, true to life. The house is set out very well and caters for all your needs. It is decorated to a high standard with very comfy beds. The outside spaces are great especially the roof top one with the swing chairs. A spacious bathroom and a handy second toilet with a wet room for those on the top floors. The house is in a wonderful location, with everything within walking distance. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Brighton. Great communications with the owners aswell.

Perfect location, excellent accommodation

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was in the best location, less than ten minutes walk from absolutely everything, the seafront, the Lanes, shopping etc. The house was as described in the photos, very well equipped, everything had been thought of we didn't want for anything while we were there. The owner greeted me on arrival and showed me round, the house was clean and well cared for. He even very kindly allowed me in slightly early as the food shop had arrived early!! Some comments complained about the top floor bathroom, we didn't have a problem, there's a shower screen preventing spillage so suspect possibly it had not been used as designed. Highly recommend this house.

I love Sunny Side house for its truly amazing location and it's fitted with top-end end luxury fittings and bedding, amenities and fully equipped to make your stay truly special. Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Why this property? Well, firstly the location is the best you can get. The house is in the heart of the heart of the city. Also if you are looking for something, that next grade up from the usual stay, that has all the mod cons and latest furniture, bathrooms, kitchens, comfy breathable memory foam mattresses throughout the property, Egyptian cotton sheets on the beds, and fluffy towel for your comfort. Your stay will not only be comfortable but luxurious too. The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for a complete dinner party to just chilling with a cappuccino at the breakfast bar.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

2 Bathroom to cover all 8 guests that makes it super comfy.
Modern brand new kitchen with all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher, integrated fridge freezer, microwave and latest oven with sliding door disappearing door.
There is a memory foam based sofa bed for the 8th person that can spread out in comfort. BT broadband and full BT TV .
There is a rooftop balcony, with 2 swing chairs, if you want to take in the sun, or a courtyard area to smoke and chat on a balmy night. However, this is a residential part of the road and so being polite to the neighbours is requested with regard to noise levels.
