Appartement privé avec 1 chambre disponible dans le bâtiment colonial classique du début des années 1800 dans le quartier de Charlestown à Boston. Premier étage avec terrasse privée, cour commune, câble / WIFI, parquet, barbecue. Professionnel, calme, immeuble de 3 unités, occupé par le propriétaire. Idéalement situé dans le quartier le plus historique et le plus recherché de Charlestown, vous pourrez rejoindre à pied le monument de Bunker Hill en 5 minutes. Facile à pied de l'extrémité nord, front de mer, centre-ville et Old Ironsides, tous dans les 15 minutes. Situé à quelques minutes à pied des magasins, des restaurants, du Freedom Trail, des parcs et de certains des sites les plus anciens des États-Unis. Boston est une ville à pied! Marchez jusqu’au jardin public, parcours du marathon, communes en environ 30 minutes. Le sentier de la liberté est à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la propriété. Les destinations touristiques telles que le marché de Quincy et le Fanueil Hall sont à 15-20 minutes à pied. Boston Public Garden et Beacon Hill sont à 25-30 minutes à pied et Fenway Park est à 35-45 minutes à pied en passant par tous les arrêts susmentionnés. Un endroit calme et paisible parfaitement situé pour accéder au centre-ville animé et aux sites touristiques. Sur la ligne de bus et à 10 minutes à pied du métro vous permettant de vous rendre facilement à Boston et Cambridge. Les heures calmes sont de 22h à 9h. Si vous recherchez un endroit pour faire la fête, veuillez regarder ailleurs. Cette unité est l'appartement des propriétaires et aura probablement des effets personnels au sein de l'unité, des vêtements, etc. (ranger). Nouvelle mousse à mémoire de reine, lit Casper, ustensiles, serviettes, savons, etc ... Le stationnement est réservé aux résidents de M-F de 20h à 8h. Il existe des places de stationnement pour les visiteurs ainsi que des garages locaux. Presque tout Boston est réservé aux résidents et / ou au parcomètre. Nouvelle porte d'entrée.

Great spot in Charlestown

Jeff’s place is in such a great location in Charlestown. So convenient to sights and restaurants. Definitely recommend it to anyone coming to town.

Excellent place in a fantastic part of town. Right near Bunker Hill Monument and Freedom Trail. Very walkable area with a lot to do. Highly recommended.

Charlestown stay

This was an amazing unit in a beautiful quaint neighborhood within a mile of downtown Boston!! Me and my boyfriend stayed here October 10-13. I was able to take my morning runs through picturesqu streets to the city landmarks.

Stay at Bunker Hill

The property was exactly as the photos depicted and Jeff was very helpful with suggestions for shopping and food. We were in town for the Boston Marathon and had time for sight seeing. The location was perfect to walk to the local historical attractions, and was a nice walk down into Back Bay and the North End! I would definitely recommend this location for a great stay!

Great Charlestown cozy ground floor apartment

Close to everything in Charlestown. Bunker Hill only a 10 minute walk. Great Restuarants walking distance. Cozy 1 bedroom with kitchen and living room. Highly recommended!

Great stay Charlestown

We had a wonderful stay at Jeff’s property in Charlestown. The apartment is sophisticated yet cozy. It’s in a nice residential location with plenty of dining options within walking distance, but it’s also easy to get around Boston from there. Jeff is a great host. All in all a fantastic place to stay and we highly recommend it.

Awesome time in Boston!

Jeffrey's place is great in a great historic neighborhood in Boston. It's a nicely furnished apartment, and it was cool to experience true city living for a few days. Jeffrey is also very helpful in offering ideas of things to do and answering any questions.

Charming and Cozy

Nicely updated Charlestown 1 bedroom near the Monument, restaurants and coffee shops. We walked to everything. Bathroom was a little small and mattress a little lumpy but overall a very nice place to stay for a few nights in Charlestown.

Great weekend near Bunker Hill

Great place. Loved the location in Charlestown and near Bunker Hill. We took nice walks to the North End with our dog. One suggestion: some drawer space to unpack would be nice. I don’t like feeling like I'm living out of my suitcase, even if we're there for only a weekend. But overall, a great place.

PERFECT location!

My husband and I celebrated our 9 year wedding anniversary in Boston, visiting from Brooklyn. It was our first trip to the city, and Jeff's place was the PERFECT location. We were able to park in a nearby garage for $60 total for 4 days, and walked / used public transit to get everywhere we needed to go. The space has everything you need for your stay, and Jeff was super communicative. The neighborhood is lovely, with amazing restaurants. We would definitely stay at Jeff's place again. :)

Beautiful apartment in historic Charlestown

We came to town for my graduation and wanted to stay somewhere with character but also close enough to the city to easily do things. Jeff’s apartment was the perfect base for our stay in Boston. The place was immaculate and we loved the historical decor including an antique sampler, maps of Boston and an antique letter. The bed was comfortable and for being in a large city, there was very little noise. Seemed we could be most anywhere in Boston in 15 to 20 minutes. Really hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Cute apartment and convenient for ride shares. Found parking right out front so that was great! Apartment had all the necessary items and host provided bottled water in fridge. Very nice touch! The bed was super comfy which is often difficult to find! Host was super responsive and helpful. Would recommend.
