Profitez de la belle vue sur le lac Spokane depuis ma propriété d'un acre qui dispose d'un quai privé pour la baignade et la pêche. J'AI MAINTENANT LA CLIMATISATION CENTRALE dans ma maison! Vous profiterez de 5 chambres queen privées et d'un futon queen dans la salle de jouets. La grande chambre principale et la suite donnent sur le lac au deuxième étage. Une autre chambre est également à l'étage avec une salle de bain juste en face du couloir. Il y a une chambre, "The Sportsman's Cabin", au rez-de-chaussée pour ceux qui ne veulent pas monter les escaliers. Une salle de bain complète est située au coin de la rue ainsi qu'une buanderie disponible pour votre usage. Les 2 autres chambres privées sont au sous-sol avec lumière du jour. "Child's Paradise", la salle de jeux du sous-sol est équipée de nombreux jouets et vêtements pour bébés et enfants de tous âges. Il y a un futon queen dans cette chambre et des matelas de couchage pour les tout-petits supplémentaires. Un lecteur VHS avec beaucoup de cassettes Disney est prêt pour les enfants. Dans la salle familiale du rez-de-chaussée se trouve une télévision HD avec une X-Box et une X-Box 360 et de nombreux jeux. Le téléviseur dispose d'une connexion Apple pour ceux d'entre vous qui ont un compte avec Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. Également disponible pour votre usage sont ma voiturette de golf, kayak, chaloupe 12 ', vélos et beaucoup de jouets pour bébés et enfants. Apportez votre propre bateau et placez-le dans le lac au quai de l'Association sous ma maison ou lancez-le à Willow Bay pour 10 $. La cuisine est aménagée pour les réunions de famille avec une grande table de salle à manger et une terrasse extérieure avec table et chaises et barbecue à gaz. Une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et un ordinateur de bureau avec imprimante sont disponibles pour votre utilisation dans la suite principale. La chambre principale et la chambre à l'étage ont également HD DirectTv. Si vous avez un petit bébé, j'ai un berceau portable, une chaise haute, une marchette et un siège d'appoint.

Nine-Mile Falls Lake House

We had a wonderful time at Lyla’s beautiful home. The view of the lake was gorgeous. The AC was very much appreciated!

Relaxing Getaway

We had 4 generations of family on this trip and the home was perfect for our group. There was something for everyone and we all had a great time. It was far enough out of town to be away from lots of neighbors but close enough to be able to run in for shopping, etc. Lila was super friendly and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we didn’t need anything.

This is our 4th or 5th time at this property. Every summer we look forward to our family get-together. It is made possible because of the thoughtful set-up that the owner has added to her home. It feels so like a "real home" and not some sterile hotel room. Our family is now from 6 yrs. to 75 yrs old and we all have a place to relax, converse, watch the kids play and even get in on the action. The town of Nine Mile Falls has some excellent amenities. The use of the owner's pier at the river is where we spend alot of our time. We feel very blessed to have found Nine Mile Falls 5 years ago!

Excellent family home with all the amenities!

Couldn’t have been better! The owner was so helpful, the house has more amenities/toys and fun things to use then expected, and it was a beautiful and accessible location. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation

We were able to get our adult kids and school age kids all together for a fun and relaxing few days. There was a beautiful view of the lake, spacious and lovely accomodations in a family friendly environment. The owner must be a very special person who knows what kids love to do... ..

Our third year. We love it. Nana and DaddyLane treat the kids and grand kids to the lake.

Wonderful for that family. All the stuff to feed a crowd. Sleep, eat, swim …… repeat. We use the blessings and NaNa mojo to add to the memories already made here. Thankyou.

Lyla is a delight. Her home is filled with her family and history and it is beautiful

We had a large family and this home was more than sufficient for all of us.. It is very comfortable and cozy with all of her family photos and reminders that this is a family home. Lyla is a delight and we couldn't have asked for a better location as it's simply beautiful and relaxing.

A very nice house in a very scenic area!

We enjoyed the house and the A/C! The deck was nice in the morning. This home is equipped with absolutely everything. The owner is willing to talk to you about your needs. Our family enjoyed it a lot. It should be advertised as 5 bedroom.

Great Property

So many good things to say about this home. It's like you walked into your own home--every cabinet is filled with all the items you could ever want/need. This is a spacious, beautifully maintained home. Owner was very quick to respond to all inquiries. Not right on the lake but the short drive down a gravel road was easy (kids loved the golf cart though you can use your own car) At the lake you were greeted with a private dock with trees to provide shade and warm lake, perfect for swimming, boarding etc....

Wonderful family getaway

The house was perfect for our family reunion, plenty of space for our large group and the house has anything you may have forgotten to pack provided. The dock access was great for our older members however not suitable for young kiddos unless they are strong and comfortable swimmers.

We will be back if you will have us.

Our family, especially the little ones, love this family home. The old grumpy cook, loves the kitchen and all the things to feed the family. We enjoy the swimming area and spend hours there. Thanks for the dock rest room. Had great fun on the canoe and used all the toys in the garage and kids room. The three, six and eight year olds love the basement. So thank you. PS - as a NWC 1978 graduate, I love your family pictures. We hope we are a blessing to our grandchildren as you are. Thanks for sharing.

Best place for family reunion

All of my family said this was our best place yet. They all had a great time, especially out at the lake. There was room in the house to go off by yourself if needed and room to have our family games and meals. I would recommend this place to anyone have a large get-together. Just notice...if you are limited to a wheel chair or scooter, there are stairs going down to the dock and then the ladder to get in and our of the water. It was my only disappointment.

2022 Washington Family Reunion

This was the perfect place for our family. We wanted for nothing, all we had to provide were the perishables. Loved the golf cart to help getting to the dock. Board games were fabulous. We had everything possible to keep the children entertained. As for the adults, two words….the deck, the view. Wait that’s four words! Couldn’t ask for a better host. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Perfect Multi-Generational Family Gathering Home

This was a great family friendly, toddler and baby friendly home with a great kitchen stocked with cooking gear and supplies, great separation between nice basement rooms suitable for mixed cousins and upstairs rooms for the parents, and lots of space for cooking, eating, talking and playing games. Not fancy, but everything in the home is nice, thoughtfully arranged, and homey. We would certainly stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home with a great view

The home was very clean and very well stocked! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving there! It is a nice home with a great view out the back in a nice neighborhood. My only complaint is that it would not sleep 20 people comfortably. There are 5 beds and 2 futons. After that it is sleeping mats on the floor.

Family Reunion

This property is well appointed. Had everything we could have asked for as far as supplies went- kitchen gadgets, flotation devices for the lake, etc. The back deck overlooking the lake was a great gathering place for morning coffee and dinners. A bench down the path from the house overlooking the water was a perfect place for solitude. There is a dock with table and chairs a short walk from the house- golf cart provided made the trek easier. Property owner, Lyla, was very responsive. The family rated this home at the top of all we’ve rented.

I am retired from the school district and was widowed 15 years ago. I have two children who are married and each has 3 children. My grandchildren live in Missoula, MT and Tucson, AZ; and therefore, I travel a lot and have decided to put my house on VRBO. I also wanted to share my home with other families so that they can make memories at a lake place.

My late husband and I built this house because we wanted to be at the lake and not live in the city. The house is on one acre and has 47 feet of Lake Spokane frontage with a private dock. Our children were in high school when we built the house, and they drove into Spokane every day to attend Northwest Christian Schools.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You will thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view from the upper master bedroom or the kitchen or family room. Also, you will probably see eagles, turkeys, deer, and other wild life. You will hear no traffic noise and enjoy the peaceful and quiet lake setting. Also, you will enjoy a large covered deck with a BBQ and a beautiful view of the lake.
