The Batch est un bungalow moderne situé sur St Merryn Park près de Padstow. Ce magnifique bungalow dispose de 3 chambres, dont 2 chambres doubles, dont une avec salle de bains privative et la troisième étant une chambre lits jumeaux. Il y a une salle de bains familiale avec baignoire et douche. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour toute éventualité. La propriété dispose d'une grande véranda idéale pour se détendre. À l'arrière de la propriété il y a un grand jardin entièrement clôturé qui est sûr pour les enfants et les chiens.
Les installations du St Merryn Park comprennent un bar servant des plats, un magasin, un bar sportif (des horaires d'ouverture saisonniers peuvent s'appliquer). Il y a aussi des courts de tennis; aire de jeux pour les petits enfants, terrain de football et aire de promenade pour chiens. Le port de pêche historique de Padstow a de nombreux magasins, restaurants et galeries. Trevose Golf et Country Club un parcours de golf Ryder Cup est d'environ 5 minutes en voiture.

Beautiful property

Had wonderful stay, everything was great, well equipped, beautiful garden. Maybe would do with some storage in bedrooms or hooks for coats, but apart of that we enjoyed it very much.

Family Holiday

This holiday was a last minute decision so was so surprised to find this little gem was still available. The house was amazing and the photos did not do it justice - when i walked in i just thought wow!!- the property was so well equipped we couldn't have asked for anything more. The enclosed garden was wonderful for the dogs to have a run around, and looked very well maintained. The hosts were so warm and friendly with any queries I had and were always promptly answered. Would absolutely recommend this property, and the next time we are planning a family holiday to Cornwall this will be our first search.

The photos we looked at of this property do not do it justice, it was by far the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in for a long time, very spacious and furnished to a very good standard, beds super comfortable and kitchen well stocked with everything you may need to cook and prepare food

Lovely stay

Miles better than the pictures suggest, spacious, clean, homely, comfortable. Couples of niggles remedied immediately by the owners (emailed back within the hour) Fantastic location within minutes of several beaches Perfect location for exploring and enjoying Cornwall Need to drive to the coastal path (nothing to do with the owners)

The Perfect Place

The Batch is superb. We wanted for nothing, it is so incredibly well set up. We stayed as a family of 5 and were delighted at how excellent it was. This is the PERFECT place to stay in/around Padstow and Newquay. We loved the spacious bedrooms, the lounge is more than ample for a family, massive tellies in all the rooms, great bathrooms. The kitchen is VERY well supplied. The conservatory is a wonderful place to sit for a meal, play cards or chill out and read- all of which we did. The back garden is a fantastic spot as well and enjoyed sitting out there as well. I cannot fault this place at all. Out hosts were amazing with great communication as well. You will not be disappointed!

A very Merry Christmas

We had a wonderful time staying at the batch, its in great proximity to visit all of the North coast of Cornwall. The accommodation is well equipped and the beds are very comfy. It kept warm throughout our stay even tho it was winter with the heating on. Thank you very much for having us stay.

Dog friendly cottage

Lovely cottage, spacious, well equiped with an enclosed garden for our dogs. Just a few minutes drive from Padstow, sandy bays and costal walks.

September holiday for 5 adults

The property was a perfect size to 5 adults and could have catered for more. The amenities were great with a large tv in each bedroom and lounge. Kitchen was perfect. My only concern was the bed as my husband found it uncomfortable the description was a super king size which we have and we felt it was smaller. Also the en suite shower in the room had a plastic step which felt uneasy at times, but manageable. Having said that the other 2 rooms seemed to be perfect and the venue was a good price we had a lovely 10 days as weather was hot.

Great Cornwall Base - home from home

A home from home, cosy and fantastically equipped - even down to providing towels! The enclosed garden was perfect for the dog to play in when we weren't out and about. St Merryn Park is quiet, with a small bar/restaurant venue and an on-site shop. A small play park, tennis and football courts, and 2 huge fields to play on. It made a very welcome change from the normal hustle and bustle of holiday parks! I'm already sorting out the booking for next year, so be quick!

Fabulous week at this property, we love the area and have been many times. The property is perfect to explore the area, it is comfortable and has everything you need including excellent Wi-fin and TV in every room. The owner communicated very efficiently and check in and out was easy and as described. Throughly recommend.
