Vous allez adorer ce condo tropical moderne en plein centre de l'île. Il est situé sur East Swordfish, à quelques pas du quartier des divertissements. Vous êtes à moins d'un pâté de maisons de la plage aussi! Emplacement fabuleux! Ceci est un grand condo 2BR / 2BA qui dort 6. Vous obtenez un lit King Size dans la chambre principale. La deuxième chambre est un lit superposé avec un lit jumeau et un lit complet. Il y a aussi un lit gigogne double que vous pouvez sortir sous les lits.

La cuisine est celle dans laquelle vous aimerez cuisiner. Comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. C'est vraiment charmant. Vous avez également un lave-vaisselle ainsi que laveuse / sécheuse. Vous allez adorer être ici. Si vous avez un groupe plus important, vous pouvez louer le Pueblo del Padre I # 6, situé juste à côté. Nous louons également le Pueblo del Padre II n ° 3 dans le bâtiment voisin.

Les activités à proximité incluent: golf, parc aquatique (saisonnier), pêche en haute mer, pêche dans la baie, pêche en haute mer, navigation de plaisance, canoë-kayak, kayak, randonnée, centre de remise en forme, golf miniature, parachute ascensionnel, jet ski, surf, planche à voile, musées Équitation, cinéma, vie nocturne et de nombreux restaurants.

S'il vous plaît noter que ce condo ne permet pas aux étudiants Spring Break. Durant le mois de mars à Pâques, ce condo est une location exclusivement familiale. Les groupes de jeunes ne seront pas autorisés à louer ici.

This place has roaches.

The actual location looks as advertised, and it is in a good location to the beach however, this place has an infestation of roaches. There were a variety of different roaches, small ones big ones and every part of the condo, the kitchen table, the counters in the kitchen restroom, as well as the rooms. I do have pictures and videos to support this however it doesn’t give the option to upload. This is definitely issue because you don’t want to bring these home with you so we had to spend a lot of our time ensuring They were not in our luggage. We bought food there and set it on the table and had to throw it away because of small small roaches. I did call the office to make them aware, however no answer nor did I get a call back in regards to the voicemail I left

Winter getaway

The condo was centrally located to access the beach which it was amazing and the local food and bars. People were very friendly. Felt safe and enjoyed the pool at the back. Grounds were very clean.

Very Clean and walking distance to beach.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. We had everything we needed. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach and Tequila Sunset. I would recommend to bring your own pots and pans if you plan to cook, the ones in the condo are worn out. Definitely would stay again.

Location was great

If you are just needing this place for sleeping is great. I do not enjoy the beach as much so staying in was a little difficult. Pool are had no chairs. Cooking utensils were really cheap making it hard to cook. Guest bathroom does not lock! (From the inside you think it locks but it does not) was okay clean as long as you don’t look at the dust on walls … and also there was no broom. We did have to call after hours bc light came out of pool (hazard) and they did come out asap! (8pm) So far that I do think it’s amazing! Overall if you are a beach person totally recomend it!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location. Condo was fairly clean. Disappointed that the washer and dryer were not working. Pool area was very clean but the water seemed a bit cloudy and the water was extremely warm. If you are on the second floor the steps are pretty steep so people with mobility issues might have a problem. Overall its a good location and condo. Despite the issues mentioned, I recommend this condo.

Pueblo Del Padre I #4 review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental company is amazing, Melissa is professional, and really works hard to get you taken care of. Every property we have stayed at has been clean and updated. This property however has slipped by and is a mess. The stairs going into the unit are very steep and have screws popping out that your sandals hang up on. The interior was probably once very nice but there is dirt and grime on every wall and baseboard. There is very limited furniture and places to put your belongings, we had to live out of our suitcases. The coffee table is on broke and on its last leg and the master bed is held up with cinder blocks. There is exterior furniture but it is broken and unusable. The air conditioner works but is very loud. The stove has a broken burner. There are also stains all over the living room rug. There are barking dogs every day around 8am below the unit. The pool is ok and the hot tub heat works after 6pm

Great location for our isolation vacation

The condo was in a perfect location for our stay. Walking distance to the beach and the grocery store. Perfect sized condo for my family of four. Really enjoyable stay!

Billie from rent on Padre Inc was very helpful!The unit was in a great location - walking distance to a lot of places including stores and the beach. We had everything we needed in the unit except we were only provided 2 rolls of toiletpaper. The place was overall quite clean however it does look like it needs some tender love and care. The walls and doors were pretty dirty and door hinges were squeaky.We were happy with our stay until our second last morning at 8 am when we were still in bed, someone came into the condo!We were quite frightened and uncomfortable. A man was there expecting to stay for the weekend. He said he was with the owner of the condo and that was how he had the code to get inside. This was very unprofessional and showed poor communication between the owner and the management company. We werent even really given a proper apology. No one reached out to us about this incident afterwards.

Great Condo w/ a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very clean, updated and comfortable! Plenty of linens were supplied for the entire stay. It was very convenient and awesome to have the washer and dryer in the unit! The 2 pools were wonderful and serviced frequently during the stay. The kids and I enjoyed swimming daily! The location is absolutely fantastic! The beach was less than a 5 minute walk and the grocery store was right behind the condo on the next street. Restaurants and bars were close by as well. We cooked during our stay and the majority of all cooking utensils and pans were available. Could have used 1 bigger skillet and a baking sheet. Dishes and silverware were great! Beds and bedding were comfy and bathrooms clean and updated! The owners and employees were friendly, kind and informative. They also went out of their way to ensure our stay was amazing! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is located within 5 min walk to the beach and 1 min walk to the main street - Padre blvd. Entrance is on the second story. It was nice and clean with spacious kitchen. One suggestion would be to add/update pots/skillet/glasses/utensils in the kitchen. Overall I had a nice stay and great communication with the property management.

Minimal cooking utensils, cook wear and prep dishes. Need floor light in master. Several maintenance items need attention. Microwave turn table, ice dispenser, light bulbs, broom/dust pan, kitchen faucet tightened to counter.

South Padre Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Swordfish location is really good. The property is in very good shape and is pleasantly appointed. We happened to stay during a week when the weather was less than optimal with wind and rain so we stayed in quite a bit. We felt very much at home. Close to the beach access which is very nice. One thing that should be addressed. Since we ended up having to stay out of the rain we rented tome Videos. The DVD player in bedroom TV played them fine until the last 1/4 of the disc. At that point it would stop frequently which was frustrating. Also tried to cook almost all of our meals there and pans were in less than fair condition.
