We were very pleased with this condo. It was comfortable, clean, with a very well stocked kitchen. The access to the Rillito River Park was also a great bonus for early morning bike rides. The only negative, which is picky, was the loud air conditioning fan.
Condo was super clean. Had all of the things we needed - dishes towels etc. super close to great restaurants, Trader Joeâs. The pool was great for these Alaska girls escaping a long winter. The River Walk right out the gate was so nice. Over all we really enjoyed the location and facilities!
The only 3 windows looked out on the parking lot, brick wall or stairs to 2nd floor., so no view. No comfortable seating, sofa was saggy. The place was clean, & I will say owners were responsive to any issues I had. Best feature was location
This location was wonderful. The condo itself was less than perfect as it had few windows, no comfortable lounging/seating and the outdoor area was dismal. However, the proximity to the River walking/biking trail and St. Phillips Plaza made up for it in my opinion! And Amber was great - responded to all inquiries within minutes.
The unit is located in a good neighborhood close to shopping, walking and restaurants. The hot tub was perfect after hiking and golf, but the pool is not heated. Not a problem for us. Owners are very responsive and we had everything we needed. Very quiet location. The only negative is that the unit is dated and could use some upgrades. That does not affect the functionality.
Great location for walking on the river walk. Close to stores, but also easy to get on RT 10. Could walk to Trader Joe's and to the Sunday farmers markets without getting out on the streets. Would rent again.
I was staying in Tucson for an event just down the road at Rillito Race Track and the is couldnât have been a better location. It was also easy to check out all the good stuff an east coaster like me would want to see in the desert. The Property was clean and quiet, the beds comfortable and a great home away from home.
Condo is very comfortable , clean and conveniently located .
I usually stay in hotels when in Tucson but I enjoyed having the conveniences of a condo for this extended weekend stay. This condo was located only a short walk from St Phillips plaza with dining options and evening music . I enjoyed the easy access to all sites in Tucson and surrounding areas.
Was in town for my daughters U of A visit and location is only 10-15 minutes from campus. Owners were in communication up until we arrived. Property was clean and very detailed on the arrival and check out process. Would stay again and recommend to any one else.
Condo is so comfortable and location is amazing. Access to walk the loop, walk to the plaza with great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend Proof, best Italian and best pizza.
We highly recommend a stay at Charlie and Amber's condo. The condo is very clean and well appointed. You could not ask for a better location in Tucson, right beside the Rillito River Park Trail and close to shopping, the University of Arizona campus, and the Santa Catalina Foothills. Our hosts responded immediately to any inquiries and made sure our needs were met. Five stars!
This condo was so comfortable and perfect location to everything! The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We loved being able to cook our Christmas dinner and other meals.Walking distance to restaurants, shops, loop, farmers markets and church. We highly recommend and will be back!
We loved our stay here. We are both cyclists and the access to the bike path - The Loop - could not have been better. There are also several restaurants within easy walking distance. The condo itself was super clean and very comfortable with modern appliances.
I reserved this condo for my parents to stay in while they visited Tucson for the month. It is located right on the River Path, which my mother enjoyed walking along several times a day. Within a few minutes walk there are shops and restaurants at St. Phillips Plaza and Trader Joe's, which helped limit how much driving they had to do. My parents LOVED the pool and hot tub, which they used nearly every day. The only issue they had (and this is really minor) was figuring out the Nest thermostat to get the a/c to kick off and on. My parents are not at all technologically savvy, so they had to play with the thermostat a lot because the a/c seemed to run a lot. I imagine others may not have the same "issue." Overall a great condo for longer stays.
We so enjoyed our stay in Arizona even when it was sizzling hot. The condo was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. It was perfect for a family of 4. The best part were the owners. Amber was so very kind and helpful. She emailed to inform us of the increasing temperatures, just in case we weren't aware. Also, included tips to stay cool and hydrated. She knew we had two littles with us, so she gave great suggestions for fun, interesting places to visit (which we did). We will definitely be renting from them again when we return. Hopefully next time the weather will be a little more forgiving:)
We stayed at this condo for three weeks. We enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable. Location is very quiet. I enjoyed the walking trail very close by and the opportunity to walk to Trader Joe"s for groceries.
The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals, It is nice to be able to do laundry.
There are many things to do that are close by.
We had a very good experience.
We grew up in Tucson and are now raising our family here! We love the Tucson mountains and beautiful sunsets. Charlie is a contractor who builds beautiful homes and remodels. Amber is a nurse part time and stays home with the kids the rest of the time.
We loved this condo's central location, close to the foothills, University, and downtown. It's minutes away from great food, shopping, and activities. Plus, it's right on the beautiful Loop trail for morning walks or cycling.
