This beautifully furnished 5 bed 3 bathroom villa is situated right on Mickeys doorstep on the popular Indian Creek community. 1 mile south of Highway 192, approximately 2.5 miles from Disney and close to the new Margaritaville resort and a huge selection of superb restaurants and amenities.

Unique games room design with full size heated pool (charges may apply for pool heating), air hockey and Foosball tables.
With uninterrupted views of the fantastic conservation area to the rear, the screened pool area has larger than average decking with patio furniture and plenty of sun loungers to soak up that Florida sunshine. Enter through a bright and spacious hallway into the vaulted family area. The Villa has cable, telephone, free wireless internet connection and even a safe to lock away your laptop and valuables when your not at home.
The villa is modern and tastefully decorated throughout and is fully equipped with all utensils, linens and towels, etc..

Rooms comprise 1 x king with en-suite, 2 x Queen, 2 x twin rooms (4 beds) which share 2 further full bathrooms. Our home is managed by a local company who will help you settle in and assist you with any queries you may have 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This property was the best you can get , Disney themed , beautiful, past reviews don’t do it justice. I would as use anyone going to Disney looking for a villa to look no further and book this immediately. Great for kids too and adults . Even a games room. It’s beyond excellent, and I will recommend all day long . You will not find better .

Fabulous Five Star

This property was excellent throughout. As described and communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay. Our twin boys (10) loved the games room, pool and Harry Potter themed bedroom. They continually ask when we can go back! Our daughter (12) loved her very own queen sized bed, the pool and the large very open living space with plenty of seating for all, great for spending quality time with the family. My in laws had the master suite which i must admit i was jealous of, however my wife and I stayed in the bedroom at the front of the property and had use of essentially our own bathroom. The Air Con was the best, fabulous for me as I did struggle with the heat towards the end of our holiday. I struggle to think of much at all wrong with the property, we did think an extra drying rack would be useful although we managed with the ample hangers available to get things dry in the garage. We couldn’t find any wine glasses in the property other than plastic ones. We purchased some from Walmart for $6 problem solved. We left these so future guests can also use them (indoors only obviously). Overall we would highly recommend this property and host and we look forward to visiting again some time soon. Thank you for sharing your villa with us.

Amazing property

The pictures don’t do this properly justice, my kids and husband loved it so much, it’s spacious and beautiful, all of the rooms were done so nice. The game room was a hit for my family, and the pool is wonderful, and the size is just right. The neighborhood was nice, and it was easy to find, we didn’t want to leave. The owner responded to any messages I had, we will definitely be back as soon as I get some more money to rent it, hopefully when my son turns 18 in August.

Nice property

Nice property to stay near Disney. We had no issues during our short stay. It is small for a full family but when you aren’t there much it is a great place to stay. Clean and no issues other than a flickering bathroom light and that is just being picky. Recommend this house for small family. N

Nice Vacation Spot

Property was easy to find, ample parking and well kept. A couple of items that distracted us was only one set of towels for each person and no washing soap for starting the sheets on the day of departure. There were also no hand towels in any of the bathrooms. On the plus, great stay for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Would stay again.

Great place, nice layout

No complaints. We would stay again. Steps from Disney!!! Harry Potter room was a big hit. Seriously a nice place for a family or crew to congregate and sleep. All one level.

Nice property, near Disney and Celebration.

Great property, plenty of space, simple check-in and a responsive owner. The neighborhood was quiet and we had ample parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The house was well appointed (reasonable pots/pans/dishes, etc.) and just as the description/pictures online indicated. We enjoyed our stay!

Christmas Holidays

We spent the Christmas Holidays at this house. It has enough space for 10 peoples. The pool was heated (extra charge$) and we appreciate it. After 6:00 pm, the heater is off, so if the nights are cold, the water temperature will be cold in the morning. Make sure to take a good decision before you pay an extra charge for that service. Also, the house is very well located if you want to go to Disneys. Expect trafic to go to Orlando.

This house was great. My kids really enjoyed the pool and I loved how close it was to all the parks

We loved our stay here! The parks are so close by and stores and restaurants are all around us, yet the neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The pool is great and the size of the house was perfect for us. I would easily stay here again in the future!

Family holiday

Lovely villa in wonderful location. Communication and help from owners and management company during our stay during the hurricane was really appreciated. Villa location was safe and secure during Ian. Villa is well equipped and comfortable and would definitely recommend.

Relax and Enjoy

This was a birthday and graduation vacation and after 2 years it was a nice return to Florida. I would not change a thing. Even when it rained we enjoyed spending time playing family games inside. Thanks!

Perfect find!

This house fit our needs perfectly—lots of space and a short drive to Disney parks (about 15 minutes depending on traffic). Kids loved the pool and game room. We did heat the pool and it was wonderful! Owners were very nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location!

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The home is beautifully decorated as described, has plenty of room for a large party and is located in a location that is close to everything. When we arrived the pool wasn’t heated as expected. So I reached out to the manager and he sent someone out immediately to address and correct the issue. Which we appreciated because for the rest of our stay we were able to enjoy the pool. If I could recommend a change for the property I’d upgrade the mattress’s, pillows and the sofas. As me and the other adults found them to be very uncomfortable and slightly outdated which took away from our experience and the aesthetics of the home for us. This home did excite and entertained all of our kid’s during our stay. In fact the kids looked forward to returning to our vacation home just to play.

Fantastic

My family and I had a wonderful time at this villa! The pictures are exactly what you experience. My daughter (12) is a huge Harry Potter fan, so she loved the themed bedroom. Universal Studios is only about a 25 minute drive from this villa. My boys (7) loved the Mickey Mouse themed room. Magic Kingdom is about a 10 minute drive. The whole family enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing in the game room. We went in February, so we asked Gary to turn on the heat to the pool. It was a perfect temperature. Publix an Walmart along with many restaurants are located just a couple miles from the villa which is extremely convenient. My family and I will definitely return! Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us.

Great location to the parks

This property is in a wonderful location! It’s very easy to get to Disney (~15 minutes) and the Sea World parks (25-30 min as there is always some traffic on the highway). There is a Walmart, Starbucks and many restaurants just a few minutes away. The kids enjoyed the pool (we payed for heating. It was very warm!) and being able to hook up to the smart TVs in their well decorated rooms. We traveled with grandparents, and 2 families to include 9 people. We had plenty of space and privacy. Next time we go to Orlando, we will be renting again!

Best Vacation Ever

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the fun interior design and layout of the house. The master bath is awesome and the living room fit everyone comfortably after a busy day at Disney. Easy check in and the laundry area came in very handy. Would definititely stay here again. So close to everything!! Thank you!
