Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only recommendations I would make for this cabin would be in the theater room downstairs. It would be nice if the theater system was hooked up to the cable tv. In the downstairs bedroom, a tv needs to be added so that you can watch tv in the bedroom.

Family Vacation

Cabin was nice but some of the furniture needed updates. Resort maintenance very responsive to needs. There are three patios, but no yard for children to play. The hot tub was a plus. The resort does not have a swimming pool or playground. However, there is a lot to do in the surrounding area.

First time cabin stay

Awesome Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was amazing. It was very clean and in a great location. Only took about 15 minutes to get anywhere. We totally enjoyed our time. The cabin could use more silverware and pots and pans. Cooking for 12 was tough but we made it work. There was only 8 forks so some had to use spoons for breakfast and dinner.

Nice Property, Needed maintenance

The cabin was certainly beautiful; there were a few mechanical issues with the A/C, was too warm upstairs game room, got too cold in the theater. Some lights didn't work, ice machine broke. Gas grill was extremely dirty, had to cookoff crud for an hour before using. Theater was really nice, comfy beds.

From the reservation to checkout, the process was easy and customer service was great. Great place away from busy downtown

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience. Check-in and Check-out were painless, and Elk Springs made the whole process super easy. There were a few things (like in the bottom floor bathroom, you had to plunge it every other time you used it, the shower on the top floor drains very slowly, drains probably need to be cleaned; they provided linens and a pillow for the pullout couch, but no extra blankets so we were one short). Overall, we would definitely rent from Elk Springs again!

This has never happened to us and we have stayed with elk resorts before.
