(avec le service gratuit de tramway Deluxe Golf Cart en saison pour transporter tout votre équipement de plage!) Détendez-vous sur la fabuleuse terrasse donnant sur la meilleure piscine sur 30A. Arrivez par ascenseur jusqu'à votre entrée privée de ce condominium de quatre chambres et trois salles de bain et demie. Votre paradis de vacances occupe tout le troisième étage de l'immeuble.

ATTRACTIONS DE ZONE:

Ce quartier de plage décontracté est l'endroit idéal pour s'échapper pour des vacances à la plage. Passez une journée à vous promener dans les boutiques et les sites de Seacrest - vous découvrirez tout, des magnifiques lacs de dunes aux restaurants gastronomiques. Ensuite, détendez-vous en vous promenant le long du sable blanc sucre de Seacrest.

Great location

This property was a wonderful location with easy access to the pool or the beach. Plenty of room for our 6 adults and two children. All of the instructions for check-in were clear and easy to follow. Would have liked more detailed information on the dining in the area - we had never been down there before and didn’t have a lot of information or insight as to how small places can be, kid-friendly, etc. We met a couple at the pool that were also VRBO hosts and ended up emailing us their book of recommendations which was extremely helpful. Overall 5/5 and would stay again!

The condo was beautiful and well stocked and maintained. We did have one issue with the dryer not working properly and it did take 2 days to get someone to come out to look at it. Apparently, the HOA has to be contacted for that and there was delayed response. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very roomy. We had a total of 9 people and never felt crowded. The 4 bikes were a great addition, we all loved having them and used them several times a day. One the last day there were not any umbrella set-ups available so we used our own chairs (which the unit had several) and we did have a problem with the "shoreline guards" telling us we couldn't put our chairs on "their side" but we were aware of the laws and stood our ground and had a fabulous beach day. Overall it was a great stay and we enjoyed the area very much and would definitely return again.

Much larger than I was anticipating!

It was incredible staying here. Loved the layout of the house. The really large common area encourages lots of community. And we loved that we could walk to Rosemary Beach or Alys Beach. Our girls LOVED that they could ride their bikes everywhere. Lots of sidewalks and bike paths. Everything is just so convenient. All cars drove slow and knew to look for bikes. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The only little complaint that we had is... toilet paper. We stayed 4 days and ran out of toilet paper. We searched and searched for additional rolls but nothing. It took away from our experience a little bit when I had to go buy something we felt was pretty essential for a place to stay. So the next time we come, we'll bring an extra package of TP and some extra trash bags from home. But besides that tiny complaint... our stay was perfect!

Spacious condo

The condo was large and spacious which was what drew us to the unit. The location to the pool, tram and restaurants was great. The queen bed had sand in between the sheets so before going to bed after a day of travel my guest had to strip the bed and wash/dry the sheets. Very inconvenient. The dryer does not work very well. It took forever to dry. One of the smoke detectors started to beep late in the evening. I called for service but was told there was no one to assist. I was told to stand on a chair and remove the smoke detector completely from the ceiling. Maintenance came the next day but by then there were two smoke detectors beeping. The maintenance person did not bring fresh batteries but brought used batteries which did not stop the beeping. They said they would come back in the afternoon but that would not work as there was a child that wound be napping. I told them we were checking out the next day that they could replace them at that time. I was uneasy about having two of the smoke detectors out at the same time. I did have specific questions about trash removal but the answers I received were generic and did not completely pertain to my questions. The furniture upholstery was worn and needed cleaning.

Nice Condo-Could be Cleaner

The condo was very nice, and the location was ideal to everything we do while in Rosemary/Seacrest each summer. With that being said, we felt that the condo should have been very clean considering the price charged for cleaning. When we arrived, we had to vacuum the food off the sofas and under the cushions (don’t think it had ever been done). The refrigerator handles had dried food on them which we had to clean before I would let kids touch. Corners were not cleaned at all. The outdoor furniture and rug were covered in sand. We could only get internet sparingly. Could not get Netflix a single night. Also, the bicycles are in bad condition such as rusted chains and seats unable to be adjusted along with bent baskets. It took us until the second day to get correct bike codes to unlock them (Cranky’s had inadvertently set incorrect code). We drove around over an hour trying to find Cranky’s to find out there was no bike shop for this company. Several things that just sort of put a damper on our stay. The condo was nice, but we felt it was a shame that things weren’t kept up any better. Next summer we will try for a cleaner place in which we don’t feel the need to clean it before we use it. Owners should be on top of this.

Thanksgiving break

The property was clean and had everything we needed. The condo above us was a little noisy but I guess that is part of staying in a property with multiple floors. The porch was so nice for having my morning coffee. We loved the location- we were able to walk or ride bikes to almost everything. It was very nice to have 4 bikes with our rental! The beach is such a short walk, we didn’t even use the shuttle. It is very helpful to rent chairs because the beach gets really crowded and you might be on the second or third row if you don’t get there early. We would definitely come back!

30A stay

The property was dirty upon arrival. The porch was not cleaned at all. There was sand all over the patio, all the chairs were pushed up against the railing. The table was dirty filled with something sticky. In the kitchen, the counter tops were dirty and full of crumbs, the cabinet knobs had sticky stuff all over them. Like jelly... The sofa cushions were wet and turned up on the sofa, like they were drying. Unfortunately when I called the front office to ask if the unit was finished being cleaned, she suggested it was but didn't have any cleaning assistance until Monday. That was unfortunate, since this was just a few minutes after we checked in, Friday afternoon. I asked if I could use the vacuum to clean the and off the porch. I didn't want to use it without permission, especially since there was so much sand. We cleaned the porch, the living room, and kitchen. In addition the WIFI tower was broke, the outside fan on the patio was broke and hanging off the ceiling (dangerous), and the oven door was broke. The first shower taken in the back bathroom was clogged and black stuff came up in the tub. We called and shared these requests and problems with management BUT only the tub was fixed. Overall the property was a nice place but with all the items listed above, it was overwhelming trying to clean before even unpacking. I am not sure if these cleaning services were rendered by 30 A or by the owner, but I would definitely consider researching another cleaning service. It was a huge turn off to us, even with the property and location being so nice. Thanks!

We loved everything about the property. The location was great, as well as the pool and condition of the condo. Our only issue was the black mold in the master bath shower floor. Other than that everything was perfect!!

Terrific property and location

Property was exceptionally clean and perfectly located within walking and bike riding distance to both the beach and the charming Rosemary Beach community. Superb restaurants, grocery stores and other beach communities along 30A (or Panama City Beach) are under a 1/2 hours drive. The only issue we had upon check in was that our access code did not work but this was quickly resolved. Bikes included was a great ammenity! Condo itself was very nice and the kitchen well-stocked for cooking/dining in. Highly recommend.
