Bienvenue à Pink Flamingo, votre nouvelle maison de plage préférée! Profitez du quartier calme et haut de gamme de Seacrest Beach, idéalement niché entre Alys Beach et Rosemary Beach, le long de la Scenic 30A, avec d'innombrables options de restauration, de shopping et de divertissement à quelques minutes de votre porte.

En entrant dans Pink Flamingo, vous apprécierez le salon ouvert avec une télévision à écran plat pour regarder vos émissions préférées, une salle à manger spacieuse avec un porche latéral pour un barbecue pratique et une grande cuisine bien équipée avec de nombreux comptoirs en granit et tout le confort de la maison. Au même niveau au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une chambre lit queen avec entrée privée, un dressing et une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Si vous vous rendez assez longtemps pour faire la lessive, il y a aussi une grande buanderie séparée à ce niveau pour votre usage.

Le 2e niveau de la maison comprend 1 maître roi et 1 maître reine, tous deux avec salle de bain privée, un avec douche à l'italienne et l'autre avec douche et baignoire de jardin séparées. La chambre queen dispose également d'un balcon privé pour profiter de la brise du soir.

Le 3ème niveau est idéal pour les enfants avec 2 lits jumeaux superposés et un lit gigogne, salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne, un autre balcon privé et un wet-bar pour les collations et les boissons.

Enfin, vous aurez accès à la piscine lagon la plus impressionnante, et au bord de la piscine se trouve le Seacrest Beach Café. Si vous préférez une journée au bord de la piscine, vous pourrez vous détendre à votre guise, tout en profitant du soleil et en profitant de la commodité du café. Ou après une journée à la plage, profitez d'un happy hour pendant que les enfants se ravitaillent et les adultes profitent d'une boisson rafraîchissante «Happy Hour»!

Faites une promenade tranquille de 10 minutes à la plage de sable de sucre ou si vous préférez, prenez la navette gratuite qui fonctionne en saison. Great spot for family

Loved the location, great rooms. Very spacious and everyone had their own bathroom. Only a few things need update if you have teens, the WiFi was slow and cut out. The TVs didn’t work all the time. It was cold & rainy while we were here so we were in the house a lot. Just needs tiny updates. But we’ll definitely go back. Very clean!!! Cleanest house I’ve stayed in. Would recommend

Reviewer Comments: Great home, but could use some magic eraser work around all the doors... it seemed clean until you actually looked. Smelt funny when we walked in too. Pillows were all used and flat but beds were great and sheets and blankets well appointed. We basically had no WiFi the entire time and tvs did not work. Great location, adorable neighborhood and nothing was disgusting but cleaning crew needs a refresher course and router needs to be updated badly.

Convenient location to amenities

The house itself was great. The beach space allocated to guests at Seacrest is so restrictive and minimal we unfortunately won’t be returning to the beach unless the rules change. It seems the umbrella vendor (s) own the beach, along with private beach owners on either side of the seacrest beach allocated space. This is not the home owner’s or property managers fault but it zaps the beach vacation experience terribly, especially given the prices to stay in the area.

Overall clean, however, surface of 1st floor needs mopping. Soles of our bare feet were black from walking around on the flooring when we arrived… all that dirt is getting tracked onto all carpets and flooring, stairs, sheets throughout the house. Also, after showering in 2nd floor back bedroom (lime green bed), odor in bathroom was petty bad immediately-May need drain cleaner. Otherwise, happy with our stay.

Comfortable House in Rosemary/Seacrest Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I vacationed at this property in June 2023. As we love staying in this area (the nightly live music, family-friendly atmosphere, and nearby shopping and restaurants - quickly accessible by foot or bike - make this an ideal location), we found Pink Flamingo to be a perfect choice. It has three floors and four bedrooms for multiple families to have plenty of room. The third floor has a bunk bed for children and commands a spectacular view of the area. The house was beautifully decorated and very relaxing to stay in after a day at the beach. The beach itself is only about a 10 minute walk, but the tram service is efficient and staffed by friendly drivers. The beds were all extremely comfortable. The only issue was that the floors were a bit dirty, leaving your bare feet a little dirty, but this was likely an issue with the maintenance staff. I would certainly recommend Pink Flamingo to my family or friends, and we have very fond memories of our vacation!

Great area, bad communication

Overall we enjoyed our stay due to the area and weather. The house was OK on cleanliness except for the floors. They were filthy! The internet was down when we arrived. We did the troubleshooting ourselves while waiting to hear from the property manager. That is the part that we are most disappointed with...communication. We had to constantly ask for updates on fixing the internet. We checked in Saturday and due to the weekend we understood when they said it would be Monday before someone could come out. Monday came and went and no word from the property management. We called again Tuesday, no response. We called Wednesday and they said they would get back to us. At this point we had to change our phone plans to get enough data to use for some work and school things that needed to be done. Once we contacted them again on Thursday, they then told us that the internet provider could not come out until the next week. What we are frustrated with is the lack of communication. We understand that they can not control the cable company. Overall disappointed in our experience.

Good stay, but some things worth noting

Overall we had a great time, and the property worked well for our group of 6. When you check in, make sure you call security to get wristbands and parking passes. To me, Managment should just put these in the property so guests don’t have an extra hoop to jump through to get their vacation going. Just a thought. The tram is a nice perk, but there’s just not enough drivers. The beach was beautiful, but the umbrella companies and property owners force the majority of people to pack in like sardines. The house was so fun, but just anticipate little things like inconsistent toilet flushing in the master bathroom, robe hooks coming off the wall, and chairs duct taped together instead of being replaced. These issues were not major, but I think the property owner needs to address them. Overall we had a good time.

Horrible experience!

100% WOULD NOT recommend this house! From the moldy smell upstairs, to the hot water heater going out, nearly falling thru the wooden platform near the outside shower, early morning construction, less that adequate supplies (towels, soap, etc), door handle falling off, power kept going out and less than clean when we arrived. So disappointed for the price we paid!! Never again!

Pink Flamimgo stay

We enjoyed our stay . Good value vacation. Great assortment of games available. We have been renting in Rosemary for 15 years. Tram service was unreliable and often would not be running. (ie it is raining- seems like best time to be running) House is not well equipped with some basic supplies (soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, TP) Some basic maintenance is needed, (only 1/2 of grill works, toilet runs). Deep cleaning needed.
