This was an amazing house to stay in. The kitchen had everything you might need, The furnishings were comfortable- not trying to be over the top like the Inn at Little Washington. Instead, it was a place you can immediately feel at home in and relax.

Marvelous Stay at the Colonial Cottage! So much charm coupled with comfort and convenience. Historic, charming Cottage with lots of attention to detail. Fantastic hosts! Comfy beds, quiet street. Loved the bonus of extra kitchen spaces and spacious full baths. Enchanting town and perfect place to stay to enjoy Little Washington, the Inn, and area. Highly recommend! We already plan to return!

We loved this accomodation! In a great little town and near the skyline drive. It was so peaceful and comfortable - only wish we had stayed longer!

The property was very spacious and comfortable and exactly as described. The host was very helpful in answering any questions we had before we arrived and then when we arrived. She showed us where to walk to see more of the town. The property is within easy walking distance to the Inn at Little Washington.

Wonderful trip! The host/home owner was so nice and so helpful. She gave detailed instructions on everything before we got there which made the entire stay go smoothly. The cottage was roomy, clean and more than we even expected. Oxana saw us outside and when she saw we had 2 toddlers, she showed us toys she had available for them to play with. She really goes above and beyond for guests. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay

The house is wonderfully located, a short walk to the Inn at Little Washington, and a reasonably short drive to Shenandoah National Park. It is extremely well-equipped, and while it has some of the quirks of old houses, we had a good, comfortable stay.

This is a great option for a place to stay if you're going to dinner at the Inn. Very convenient location, and the house itself is charming!

A great stay!

What a great place to stay in Little Washington! Wonderful location right downtown within easy walking distance of everything. Very comfortable accommodations for six adults. I would highly recommend this property!
