Belle copropriété avec vue sur les montagnes Catalina dans la vallée d'Oro. Situé dans une communauté fermée et paisible avec des voisins accueillants. Deux grandes chambres en font une option très appropriée pour deux couples ou une famille. Parfait pour une maison de vacances, une location de groupe ou des amateurs de golf. Le golf de classe mondiale est juste au coin de la rue, y compris le club de golf de Vistoso, Hilton El Conquistador, le club de golf View et le club de golf Stone Canyon. Idéalement situé à proximité d'épiceries, d'un centre commercial, de restaurants et d'une salle de cinéma. Il y a un sentier pédestre pavé près de la propriété et l'accès aux parcs et pistes cyclables de Rancho Vistoso. Grande grande pièce et cuisine pour les soirées passées à l'intérieur, ainsi qu'une table de salle à manger et un bar. Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse et un garage attenant pour 2 voitures. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec vaisselle et appareils électroménagers, TV et lecteur DVD dans le salon, télévision par câble et Internet sans fil. Great property and location

This is a nicely decorated and spacious duplex, clean and comfortable. Close to parks, walking paths and hiking trails. Very nice local community with a clubhouse and amenities. We would be happy to rent here again.

Cathedral ceiling with nice furniture and reasonably equipped except no toaster and hair dryer. Nice pool and clubhouse with friendly people. No real view and all homes the same. Good communications with Susan.

Thank you so much for your kind words. We are so glad you enjoyed the property and our neighbors in the community! This property offers views of the Santa Catalina Mountains from the second bedroom, it is a very peaceful view watching the sun or the moon come up over the mountain tops. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need to prepare tasty meals, including a toaster oven. There are many things to explore in Oro Valley and the surrounding areas.

I am only 5’3” so had difficulty getting on the bed and it was uncomfortable. Items in the kitchen were too high so had to borrow a ladder to move items lower. There was no comfortable seating on the patio so purchased 2 outdoor chairs for my stay.

STAYED TWO MONTHS UNTIL HOME PURCHASE FINALIZED

This unit is in a convenient location. Several issues we noticed were taken care of while here, however, various things could be improved. The master King bed is extremely Ultra Firm which isn't good for seniors and sits very high. We suggest a foam topper would improve the comfort of the bed. The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs which are very low slung making getting up almost impossible unless you're a short person. Also, the sofa is in need of new cushions due to shredding of fabric fibers. The older air conditioning unit right outside the wall of the living room is extremely loud making it very difficult to hear the TV. During the extreme heat this past 2 months, it ran very often making it annoying to sit outside on the patio. We do think if improvements are done, it would be a very nice unit. The owners are very helpful and nearby.

Thanks for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay and that we were able to accommodate your request to extend your stay several times. We take pride in making our guests comfortable, in recent guests reviews we have not heard any complaints about the king bed, it was labeled a medium firmness mattress, I believe it is a matter of preference in the softness or firmness of the mattress. The sofa chairs are normal height chairs, but being that one in your family happen to be over 6 feet, most chairs will be low. I’m so glad we were able to bring over a chair on the same day you requested it, that sits a little taller. We do love our monsoon rains in the summer, every summer in the desert we do get rain, and it does get hot so the a/c will be running quite a bit, thank goodness for a/c! We have had a replacement sofa on order for some time, but with Covid everything is taking longer. Thanks so much for your stay and we really enjoyed meeting you both, good luck with your new home.

Wonderful Rental and Neighborhood

We loved our stay in this unit. Very well furnished and location is great for getting to Oro Valley restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood and surrounding area was great for running, hiking and walking. The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place if you have dog.

Everyone in this gated community loves dogs. I have a elderly dog who was not used to walking on all the rocks. He cut his pad badly only 2 townhouses down but a lady stopped and insisted she give us a ride. Few things could of been fixed. Not all shades worked and light bulbs were burnt out when we got there. Bed pillows needed replacing. Over all it was a wonderful place to stay.

Vistoso Village stay

Nice stay in this twin home in gated area. Entire friendly community consists of twin homes. Good view to Catalina Mtns from front. Easy walking and birdwatching in small wash starting at end of the street. Longer biking and walking path around former golf course 5 mins away. Homeowners were very responsive to a couple of minor issues during our stay.

Great Place to Hang Your Hat

We needed a temporary home while our new house was being finished. Luckily we found this condo to stay in for the month we were relatively "homeless". Comfortable, clean and everything needed for daily living. Good communication with the landlords.

Home away from home.

We’ve been renting from Amado & Suzanne for 4 years now and have always been very happy with them. Suzanne is very responsive to any/all issues we may have, is quick to respond and follows up to insure all is well. The properties are always very well maintained, the kitchen stocked with any utensil needed for a 4 or so month stay and appliances as well. Amado & Suzanne are accommodating, flexible and gracious. The location is close for golfing, hiking, and shopping. Vistoso Village residents are inviting and inclusive. We’ve made many good friends during our stays. Thank you Suzanne & Amado Henry & Barbara

Great One story Condo/Duplex

Very convenient location. Condo is well maintained, clean and stocked . The plus with this condo is that it is a one story Duplex with an attached garage. We stayed just short of two months waiting for our new house to be completed. The owner Suzanne is extremely attentive to any requests or questions. Would highly recommend staying in this property.

Had an enjoyable and peaceful month at this clean and bright side by side duplex unit. Vistoso Villiage is a very quiet gated community. Neighbors are friendly (the “Villiage wave” occurs with every vehicle passing). Village amenities include a modern, well-equipped workout room and a very nice pool deck with views of the Pusch Ridge. Immediately down the street and outside the gate are a couple of immaculate small parks and walking trails. The Honeybee Park. trail is about a mile away making it an easy hike or jog destination. Tucson is noted for its spectacular hiking trails and this city park trail is a nice slice of the desert hiking within easy reach. The unit itself was clean and seems to be of newer construction. Both bedrooms are bright and spacious and the guest bedroom has a nice view of the tops of the Pusch ridge over the houses and trees across the street. The kitchen opens nicely into the dining and living area. The vaulted ceilings and modern ceiling lighting are a nice feature. We had issues with a couple of the kitchen appliances and the owners did respond promptly to our communications. There is a mostly walled in patio area in the back that has a table with 4 comfortable chairs, a very good gas grill and a usable chiminea. We really enjoyed several crackling desert fires in the evenings. (Juniper pine is the sweetest smelling wood you will ever burn). One night the coyotes started up in very surprising volume given the close residential design of the surrounding neighborhood. Having full access to the attached garage was a big plus for coming and going, loading and unloading. It is nice to get into a car not cooking in the desert sun at mid-day. The new washer and dryer in the breezeway were also very handy and pleasant to use. At the end of our stay we left behind a Kindle and Suzanne located it right away and graciously mailed it right back to us. Thanks again Suzanne! All in all, this was an excellent spot to base a hiking and golfing month in Tucson/Oro Valley. If the property were available we would stay again in a return trip. John and Karen

Spacious comfy retreat

This is a wonderful getaway in an excellent location with easy access to golf, hiking, shopping, and many other amenities. Guest room / office has a nice view of the Catalina Mts. Owners are VERY quick with responses and assistance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Not too far from Tucson and many activities. Golf at Vistoso just 6 blocks away. Hosts were wonderful and keep property in very good condition. Our time flew by and looking forward to next season. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental very much. It was very clean, well-equipped, and well cared for. The owners were quick to help us with our questions.
