Harbour View est un appartement moderne et élégant de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains, avec un intérieur bien équipé et élégant. Il a une vue imprenable sur la mer et la côte des deux portes françaises et du balcon. Il dispose d'un espace de stationnement dédié immédiatement en face de l'immeuble. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied avec les magasins et restaurants du centre-ville de St Ives à seulement quelques minutes.

Primrose Court est une belle propriété édouardienne construite à l'origine pour répondre à la nouvelle demande touristique qui a commencé avec l'introduction du chemin de fer. C'est dans la délicieuse vallée de Primrose qui descend le flanc de la colline St Ives, se terminant à la plage de Porthminster.

La plage primée de Porthminster, avec son célèbre café de plage «gastro», est une promenade très courte de peut-être 250m. Les courts de tennis en face de la maison sont ouverts au public du lundi au vendredi.

La petite gare de St Ives est à quelques minutes à pied ce qui en fait l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas apporter leur voiture. Mais pour ceux qui le font, l'appartement dispose d'un espace de stationnement dédié - essentiel à St Ives - juste à l'extérieur.

La station de bus est également à quelques pas et offre une gamme d'attractions locales et plus loin, y compris Lands End, le projet Eden, etc.

Le Guide Good Beach de la Marine Conservation Society, «Recommended 2014», a noté «l'excellente qualité de l'eau» de Porthminster.

«Ce croissant de sable doré, encadré par une baie scintillante, offre une vue magnifique sur le phare de Godrevy, une inspiration pour le célèbre roman de Virginia Woolf« To the Lighthouse ». Avec l'avantage du climat le plus doux au Royaume-Uni avec des palmiers ondulants et des eaux translucides, il y a une atmosphère tropicale à cet endroit.

Fabulous holiday!

We had a fab holiday at the Harbour View apartment. Property was perfect with the most stunning views across the bay. The apartment is bright, clean, spacious and has all you need. We were very lucky to have a beautiful week of sunny weather so enjoyed the beach most days. St Ives is the perfect location for a family holiday (we have two under 5yrs) as everywhere is within walking distance and we didn’t use the car once. The beach is a 2 minute stroll down the hill which is very handy for those tired little legs after a day on the beach!

A perfect little apartment

We have stayed here before under previous owners. The location is fantastic with Porthminster Beach a stones throw away. The main town is a short walk away from the apartment. The parking space is invaluable in St Ives a lot of rentals don’t come with any parking at all. The new owners have made some small improvements to the apartment a new tv as well as some new furniture on the balcony. An enjoyable stay in a loevely well equipped apartment

Lovely Apartment

We stayed as a family of 4 (kids are 9 and 6) and had a great time. The apartment was nice and modern feeling with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice sized balcony. The access road is very narrow and I was nervous using it as I have a fairly large car (BMW 5 Series) but managed to use the road without the sensors pinging at me. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and is situated just a 5 minute walk from Porthminster beach and a 15 minute walk from the shops and restaurants in central St Ives. As this is a 2nd floor apartment there are approx 32 steps to ascend which is a challenge with suitcases, however I’m a 15 stone, 46 year old man and i managed without too much difficulty. Elderly people may struggle however. The showers were great, good water pressure and it’s so handy to have a washing machine and dishwasher. I would absolutely return to this apartment in the future and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Beautiful apartment....beautiful views

Myself, my husband, 2 teenage daughters and 2 shih tzu dogs enjoyed this Easter at Harbour View apartment. The directions provided took us straight to the apartment which was beautiful, spacious and had spectacular views from the patio doors and balcony. It was located at the top of a steep hill and then up quite a few steps to the front door but thats what you expect in St Ives and you can park the car straight outside the property. Great location - at the bottom of the hill is Porthminster Beach and cafe. Dogs are not allowed on this beach at this time of year (Easter to end September) but they are allowed in part of the cafe - which serves great food. The walk from the bottom of the hill into st Ives is flat and has lovely views along the way. A couple of dog beaches in st Ives which our 2 loved and they’re allowed on the others before 8am and after 7pm. St Ives is one of our favourite places to holiday. Lovely beaches, nice little shops and great places to eat. We love St Ives and this apartment was great we would not hesitate to visit again.

Great location!

Perfect location for us. Short walk to the beach and into St. Ives. The apartment has everything you need to be comfortable, full kitchen, washing machine, comfortable beds and a balcony you can relax on and watching the ocean, . The hosts were very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Property on a hill

Lovely apartment. Everything there we needed (a few more teaspoons would have been good). We didn’t appreciate quite how much of a climb it would be, both up the hill and then 35 steps to the flat. We struggled a bit with our cases. Good when you got there though.

St Ives Summer Break

Apartment is clean, bright and spacious, fitted with modern furnishings. From the balcony you can enjoy an excellent view of St Ives and Porthminster Beach. When the sun is shining it’s a great bonus to sit and chill. Location good for us, away from the crowds but close enough to get to the beaches, shops and cafes when we wanted. Host easy to contact and responded quickly. Would recommend staying here:

Lovely apartment in a great location

This is a fantastic property in a lovely, convenient location. It is literally 2 mins walk from the beach and 10 mins walk from town. The only downside is the very steep hill and the steps up to the apartment. For these reasons I wouldn’t recommend this property for nervous drivers or any people with mobility issues. However, aside from that we thought it was great and loved being able to leave the car and walk everywhere.

Excellent location close to Porthminster Beach with terrific views. Steep, narrow road entrance/exit to property but take your time and it’s worth it as the parking space is gold dust in St Ives.

BEAUTIFUL GETAWAY

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need apart from steak knives. Big hill to get to it and 4 flights of stairs but easily done if no injuries or disability. The beds were soooooo comfortable, I didn't want to get up The whole apartment and hosts were perfect would give 12/10

Fantastic apartment with an amazing view!

What a gem this property was. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped for our stay. The check in using the key lock was really straight forward. Location was perfect for us, literally a 2 minute walk on to the beach, 5-8 minutes into the main town. The views are amazing from the balcony and waking up to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach was amazing. The car park and apartment is on a steep hill and there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment front door so if you have issues with mobility this is not the place for you but if you like burning off the beach burger and beer whilst walking back to the apartment then this place is perfect!

Great apartment, perfectly located in St Ives!

We have just returned from a great, end of summer week in St Ives. The apartment was perfect for our party of two adults and two teenagers, with a lovely master ensuite and separate bathroom for the teenagers to get ready! The facilities were very comfortable, modern, bright and clean. There was plenty of hot water to go around after many days at the stunning Porthminster beach, just a stones throw away and gorgeous to see every morning from the apartment balcony. Yes, the parking isn't for the faint hearted, but remember its a luxury in St Ives to park outside your accommodation. The steps up to the apartment will keep you fit and the view from up there is worth it. We have been visiting St Ives for many years, staying in various locations including Carbis Bay. We have to say this apartment has been the best location so far, so central with lovely places to eat close by - thanks so much to Mary & Martin for great communication from beginning to end.

Excellent apartment with great views of St.Ives and the Beach

We had a fantastic week in this apartment, very clean and smart, with large flat screen TV and entertainment. Only a short walk to the beach and to the town so no need to use the car all week. Note that parking is on a very steep gradient and also worth noting that it is a steep walk up the hill and then 4 flights of stairs to the apartment. We had an enjoyable week in this lovely apartment and would recommend

Another Great Holiday

Thank you for making our holiday so special. The apartment was spotless as always and the Cream Tea and Cornish Tea/Coffee was a lovely welcoming treat. The new ensuite is very glamorous and the shower is lovely. We all enjoyed the large screen TV and Netflix. It's nice to have the towels and bed linens changed after the first week. We will be coming back next year!!

It's perfectly positioned for a great beach holiday. Within minutes you'll be applying the sun cream! The large balcony provides a great space to watch the fishing boats plying in and out of the harbour and to watch activity on the beach. And what better place to enjoy a glass of wine or Cornish beer than a sunny balcony! It's great out of season too as the St Ives micro climate can offer unexpectedly good weather. And the cosy pubs and restaurants are great on a dark winters evening.

It's a bright and spacious flat, very well equipped with everything you need for the perfect beach holiday. Newly fitted 55' wall-mounted Samsung HDR Ultra smart TV and Bluetooth soundbar with Netflix movies. So great nights in too! En-suite bathroom renovated in 2019 to luxurious standard. Our dedicated car park space - a MUST for any holiday in St Ives - is right outside the building.
