Pour une visite vidéo, allez sur YouTube et recherchez «Wayberry Cottage». Un emplacement idéal dans le nord du Michigan, près de Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Glen Arbour, Crystal Lake, Frankfort.
Le Wayberry Cottage, construit en 2006, est une retraite tranquille sur 15 acres boisés entourés de milliers d'acres de forêt. Situé à seulement 5 km du village de Lake Ann et à 24 km à l'ouest de Traverse City, le Cottage offre une intimité et une tranquillité dans le nord avec les commodités de la ville à proximité.

À environ 16 km à l'ouest du Cottage se trouve le lac Michigan, où vous pourrez explorer toutes les plages, les activités nautiques, les dunes de sable et les phares du comté de Benzie. D'autres lacs de la région sont également à quelques minutes de votre plaisir.

Le Wayberry Cottage est magnifiquement inspiré des chalets du nord du Michigan du début des années 1900, tout en offrant tout le confort et les avantages de la vie moderne. Que vous passiez vos journées à faire du tourisme ou à jouer au golf à Mistwood, un parcours de 27 trous à seulement 3 minutes, revenez profiter du bain à remous ou détendez-vous simplement sur le porche grillagé tout en lisant un bon livre. Beautiful cabin

The cabin was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable. We stayed with a few soccer families for the weekend for a soccer tournament. We really enjoyed our stay and had plenty to do with the kids. They enjoyed the hot tub and playing cards and board games. We truly wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the quiet and peaceful area of the cabin.

Centrally located

We all had a great stay and were very happy with the property. We played horseshoes, made s'mores one night, sat in the hot tub due to participating in the M22 challenge, and we all played a game or two of pool. Very nicely decorated with plenty of seating for many people. We only had 8 with us total, but 12 could easily be done as well.

Quiet place in the woods

Great base camp for all the area has to offer. Short drive to sleeping bear dunes. Town of lake Ann has some great spots for coffee, drinks and pizza.

House in the Woods

Our family enjoyed the quiet and privacy at Wayberry Cottage. The week passed by so quickly as the house is situated between Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and Traverse City. The house is the perfect get away!

Family Christmas gift getaway

Booked this cute cabin for our family Christmas getaway trip. Great location away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to explore. Loved the amenities of the hot tub and pool table. Would recommend!

Wonderful family getaway

Wayberry cottage was an absolute beautiful place to stay! The weather during our stay wasn’t quite what we hoped but being in this beautiful home that offered so much entertainment on site was a definite plus! The owners were very quick to respond and the house had everything we needed and more to make our stay perfect! Close to many different outdoor adventures and offering an adventure of its own I would recommend this house to anyone.

***Great Girl’s Weekend

A group of us stayed at Wayberry for a girls weekend. This is the best VRBO I’ve rented. The cottage was adorable, very clean and had every thing we needed. It’s very close to Traverse City and the cute little town of Lake Anne. We all agreed we would definitely come back!

Close to Everything!

Jennie and Matt were awesome and the privacy of this home is special. You are really away from it all yet 15 mins in the car you can be to any hotspot Empire and Lake Ann have to offer. Really cool, check it out!

Beautiful Clean Perfect House

This is the perfect place to stay if you want to get away and to visit Traverse City. Close to all Traverse City’s attractions. The house is immaculate and comfortable; beautifully decorated well-maintained, and extremely accommodating for everybody’s needs. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were professional and friendly, great communicators. No complaints whatsoever!

The best time at the cutest place!

The Wayberry Cottage was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The house was immaculately cleaned, stocked with everything we needed ++more, and perfectly settled within driving distance of Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes, etc. The design of the house settled among beautiful pine trees looked like a Thomas Kinkade painting. Thanks Jennie and Matt for a wonderful NYE vacation!

Wine Weekend With Friends

It is a beautiful and charming cabin in the woods. The house is very nice and the accommodations where great. We enjoyed the pool table and foosball along with the hot tub. Outside there was horse shoe pits, ladder ball and a bonfire pit. The bedrooms are nice and spacious and the place had everything that we needed. Truly a great place to stay and we plan on coming back.

Family Vacation

This place is absolutely beautiful. Peaceful & relaxing, yet close to the dunes & Traverse City. It has everything you would need for a fantastic stay. Deer came to visit. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch swing in the morning. Roasting marshmallows around the campfire in the evenings. Very happy with this cottage and would definitely book again.

Family Wedding

Had a wonderful time at the Wayberry Cottage, the cottage had everything we needed to have a very comfortable stay. The property was very clean and organized. As a family we traveled to the TC area for a family wedding but plan on returning next fall and will definitely seek out the Wayberry Cottage again. The host Jennie and Matt were very responsive to all questions. We were sad to leave, but will be back.

Wonderful girls weekend away!

We traveled to Wayberry Cottage for a girls weekend to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday. The cottage is immaculately clean and exactly as pictured. I arrived at night and it reminded me of Mel’s cabin in the tv show, “Virgin River”. It’s the cutest place! The cottage had everything we needed; multiple gathering spaces to talk and play games (both indoor and outdoor), a well stocked kitchen, plenty of beds & linens, laundry, and lots of information about the area tucked in the kitchen. It’s a short drive into Lake Ann as well as easy, beautiful drives to Empire, Glen Harbor, and the Traverse City areas. Thank you for being wonderful hosts!
