3 maisons au large de la plage de la 14e rue, cette maison dispose d'une salle familiale géante, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée et d'une terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur l'océan! Il peut accueillir 12 personnes confortablement dans ses 5 chambres fraîchement peintes et 3. 5 salles de bains (dont 2 ont été entièrement rénovées). Détendez-vous et détendez-vous avec une cour arrière clôturée, deux porches supplémentaires avec vue sur la plage et à distance de marche de nombreux restaurants et magasins. Étiquettes grill et plage fournies. (Toutes les locations de groupe doivent être âgées de 25 ans ou plus)

Great house perfect location

We had a great time visiting this property. The house has more room than you think with two great living room areas and nice sized bedrooms. Perfect location to walk to the beach and nice sized porch and roof deck. Perfect beach house vibe you are ready to relax the moment you arrive!

Best stay yet!

We are frequent renters on Brigantine and this was by far the best stay yet! Location cannot be beat and home was spacious enough for our large family! Pictures do not do justice. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be looking to repeat our stay next year!

Best family vacation to date.

The house was roomier than it seemed in the pictures with a great layout. The location is great. Close to The Laguna grill which we love. Disappointed that Rita’s Italian Ice had closed. With 4 young children, the outside shower was fantastic. The front porch is much larger than it appeared in the pictures. The kitchen has everything you need and the kitchen table comfortably fit all 11 of us. Christa and Stephen were quick to respond to a few questions we had. We did have a little difficulty opening the lock box with the key but that was minor.

Great House. Plenty of space.

This property is bigger than it looks in the pictures. There are two living areas both with TV’s. We had three families of four at this property and never felt cramped or on top of each other. The locations is fantastic with the beach being less than a minute away. It is a straight walk from the front porch to the beach access less than half a block down the street. You can see the ocean from the rooftop deck.

Family Vacation

We stayed here for our annual family vacation. I was happy to see that the house was a lot bigger than pictures on site show. Plenty of room for 11 of us. Fenced yard was plus as we had our 18 month old grandson. Location is perfect close to beach and walking distance to stores, restaurants. The only negative comment would be dryer did not work. But the owner tried to get it fixed as soon as possible. We will be renting this place again next year. :)

PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE! I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this is by far the best I have ever been. The house was bigger than I expected, immaculate, and super cute! All of the bathrooms were newly renovated and so nice! The two decks are quite a bonus and you couldn't ask for more with the location. The owner was so responsive and was great about our concerns around COVID. It was great for our 2 year old too. The master bedroom is big. We put the pack and play up and still had so much room. There is a backyard so we put up our daughter's pool and splash pad. The outdoor show is great after the beach. The location was perfect for her too. We went in the morning, back home for lunch and nap, and then we could go back after if she was up to it. We were so sad when our time was over. Can't wait for next year!

Great house, great location.

The house was perfect, plenty of space and rooms. Great location near center of the island (stores, bar/restaurants). Super close to the beach. Christa was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in brigantine. Had a great time.

Wonderfully convenient!

We rented this home for our daughter’s wedding weekend. The house was very accommodating and my family fit in there comfortably. Couldn’t beat the location for our celebrations. From the views from the decks to the wonderful family room, we couldn’t have asked for a better home in Brigantine to house all of us, young and old, during such a special time in our lives.

Had a great vacation with family

We had a little family reunion and we all loved staying at this home. There was a lot more space then we originally thought and the kitchen accommodated all of us for a big Birthday celebration. The only negative I had was some of the mattresses were not that comfortable. We would definitely rent again.

Great week with my family

This home was just perfect for our annual family vacation. It is ideally located and well furnished. There was plenty of room for our family to relax and enjoy our time together. We enjoyed our time at Christa and Stephen's home so much we already booked the same week next year. I highly recommend this lovely home to anyone looking for a house in a great location with lots of room.

Great house!

A group of us had a weekend rental for a wedding at Laguna at the end of the block. The house was roomy and clean. The location was great for everything we needed. We would love to come back again!

Great family vacation.

We could not have asked for a better location. Great parking available. Kids walked to beach and Rita's by themselves. Lots of room and 4 bathrooms is a major bonus.

Great spot for extended family vacation

Brigantine and this house was perfect for the 10 of us to be together but to have our own space. Access to beach and local restaurants/shops was very convenient. Even my elderly dad had fun since he had his own bedroom on the main floor and didn't have to contend with many stairs. Highly recommend!

Great location, Great layout, Great vacation

We had a great week at Christa's house in Brigantine! Our extended family of 11 fit very comfortably in this 5 bedroom house. The layout is great and allows for privacy when needed and the main living area is huge-much bigger than it appears in the picture. The bathrooms have been redone recently and have nice new showers and tiling. With pulled up chairs we also all fit around the table for group dinners. The top deck is huge and great for a drink at sunset. There are tons of unmentioned ammenities in this house like an additional comfy cot in the bunk room, a very well stocked kitchen (with spices and any kitchen utensil you might need), a blow up bed and beach toys. We have never been to Brigantine but the location of this house is just perfect. Most of Brigantine is very residential but this house is an easy walk across the street to a soft sand beach and a stone's throw to everything else you need--Rita's ice, Andre's pizza (which also carries GF pizza!), a corner market, an AWESOME seafood market (some of the best tuna we have ever had), a beach shop with boogie boards and beach necessities, a bagel shop, a beachside restaurant Laguna bar and grill, etc. Christa and her husband were so helpful and responsive-got back to us immediately at the beginning of our stay with a small issue that was remedied quickly. We had amazing weather and consider ourselves lucky to have found this house in Brigantine. Definitely will be back some day!!!

We just returned from a two week stay in this house and we already want to return! The house was perfect! It was clean and well maintained! We loved the two living areas as our kids could be watching something while we were watching in the other room. The kids loved having the bunk beds and the master suite is beautiful. It has a private remodeled bath that is awesome! We loved being able to sit on the deck after a long day at the beach! It is literally steps from the beach and the beach bar! It is also an ideal location if you have kids. Our daughters loved having the independence to walk to the Smile Factory and Rita's! Honestly, once we pulled in the driveway we never moved the car! We will absolutely be renting here again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful home! We can't wait to return next year!!
