DESERT RETREAT 4Bd, piscine, spa et intimité à La Quinta avec vue sur la montagne est une escapade épurée, élégante et discrète avec 4 chambres et 2 salles de bains [maison unifamiliale] près de tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter dans le désert. Piscine privée chauffée et spa, montagne adjacente avec de superbes vues et de nombreux endroits pour se détendre.

Notre maison est située au centre et est une grande propriété avec beaucoup d'intimité et une vue imprenable. Chacune de nos chambres a une porte-fenêtre donnant sur les terrasses extérieures. Chaque chambre a un lit Queen. De plus, nous sommes à distance de marche d'une quinzaine de restaurants différents, d'une toute nouvelle salle de cinéma de luxe et de trois marchés locaux.

Il y a de superbes sentiers de randonnée à proximité et des pistes cyclables et de nombreuses activités de plein air (golf, tennis, etc.). Nous avons même des vélos (croiseurs de plage faciles à conduire) pour votre usage pour faire des courses ou faire des promenades tranquilles dans la région.

Comfortable desert home

Kitchen was extremely well stocked, knives were probably the best we have ever had, toaster was very mediocre, overall interior of house was fine. Outdoor space was great, fantastic pool. No outdoor dining table was a negative. Communication with property manager was outstanding as we had some issues with pool and spa controls.

This place is spectacular!

As soon as I saw this listing, I knew it would be the perfect place for my daughter and her friends to stay and celebrate her 18th birthday for the weekend in the Palm Desert area. The house is beautiful and has everything you will need. It is close to everything but feels quiet and secluded. Communication and responses from the property manager were prompt and very helpful. 10/10 - this will be our first choice the next time we want to stay in the area.

Great Stay in La Quinta

This is a great location with close access to many services and a 5 minute drive to Old Town La Quinta. Kitchen was well stocked and outside area is very nice and expansive. Could use a bit more storage options and night lamps in bedrooms. But we loved our time here and will likely be back.

6-week stay in La Quinta

My wife and I and our 7guests (2-4 at a time) thoroughly enjoyed the house. The online description and pictures are fully accurate (although the house has 4 bedrooms while the write-up says 3 in some places). All of the bedrooms are comfortable with excellent large beds. Storage in the bedrooms is adequate (closets or dressers, but not both). The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans and utensils. Appliances appear quite new. The bathrooms are small but clean, well-lit and the showers great. Plenty of hot water.Perhaps the best feature of the property is the large yard. It has multiple seating areas, a pool and hot tub and a large barbecue. The nearby rock cliff (about 100 feet away to the west) provides a dramatic and very attractive background. That rock wall does block the sun starting in the mid-afternoon (around 2:30 PM in February), which is probably a blessing given the warm temperatures. The owners provide twice-weekly pool and spa cleaning and yard maintenance.The location is outstanding. The house is close to Hwy 111 and to Washington Street, both of which provide an abundance of stores and restaurants, but far enough away that guests hear no traffic noise. The neighborhood safe, quiet and attractive. We would definitely rent this house again.

Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed in this fantastic desert retreat for 5 weeks. The house is beautiful and so accommodating for family gatherings. The grocery stores are an easy walk away. The large yard and pool were amazing. We loved the view of the mountains! Skip was always accessible if we had any questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Great Place To Stay

Property immaculate and spacious. Manager responsive to issues. Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Pets welcome and area is safe for pet walking. Plenty of things to do on property…and close to restaurants, shopping, theater, golf , gyms, and spas.

Great HOT stay

New grand born in LA so came to desert to get away and all be under 1 roof! It was hot but pool was cool and house was great to relax and enjoy. Skip was great with communication when needed. Great visit with family and meeting the new grand! Did I mention it was HOT!

La Quinta Family Vacation

The house was amazing! We were in the pool all day and then when it cooled down we played the horseshoes and bocci game in the yard! Would definitely go back again and the owner Skip was available for anything. Great trip with family and friends!

The place was beautifully decorated. Pool was big and clean. Kitchen was awesome. Stayed here with family of 5 and our French Bulldog. Very Comfortable.Great communication with owner!!

Guys golf getaway

Skip was a wonderful host. He was great with communication and the home was just as described, beautiful! Perfect get away for a group of guys to celebrate my husbands birthday. They enjoyed the home and location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Our stay was incredible i traveled with my parents and sister and her husband the house was more than big for us. Everything was really clean and well furnished. The house is beautiful and close by to a few shopping centers. We definitely plan on returning in the future. The host was more than helpful. Thank you for a great experience.

Amazing house!

We had such a fabulous trip and loved staying at this property. The house is beautiful, the yard and pool were amazing. We loved hanging out day and night at the pool and using the hot tub. The beds were all so comfortable. The location is great too! Great food and things to do all in close proximity. When we come back to Palm Springs we can’t wait to stay here again!

Great vacation house.

My family and I enjoyed our 2 week stay. The backyard is amazing with the pool, hot tub and barbecue grill. We used the large dining table for dinners and plenty of card games. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Place!

Awesome family vacation at this property with our 5-year old, 2-year old and dog. Backyard area is large and great. Pool and hot tub are both fantastic and easy to use. Kitchen is great, has everything that you need. Overall and outstanding place.

Amazing Thanksgiving Stay

We had such a wonderful time staying here and celebrating Thanksgiving and my moms 80th birthday. . There was plenty of space for our family of 6. The outdoor area is amazing with plenty for all of us to do. Lovely sitting areas, fire pit, pool, bocce ball etc. Skip was always accessible if we had questions and made our stay vey easy. We definitely hope to stay here again. It was perfect!

So Much Awesomeness

I can’t say enough good things about the host, Skip, or the house. In times of Covid, our bubble took a “staycation” in a house that was not our own, and it was awesome. This house was plenty big for 5 of us, with the outside being our main hang location. Skip was a pleasure to deal with from day 1. We are hoping to make this an annual vaca spot.

Family Celebration

Great place for a family gathering! Everyone enjoyed the house and all the outdoor amenities. Great pool! Having the pool inflatables was wonderful as hard to bring those with you when traveling. Located close to restaurants and retail.

Perfect House for a Group

This home was amazing! Our group was 10 adults and we fit comfortably in the house (2 on air mattresses). The home is fresh and clean, and the outdoor area is to die for. Mountain views, hot tub, pool, bocce ball, horseshoes, fire pit - it was all incredible. The info booklet provided by the owner made using all the equipment in the house a breeze. We had the wrong door code when we arrived, but Skip was immediately responsive and helped us get in right away. He was extremely easy to communicate with and understanding of our changing travel plans. The location was close to tons of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Skip!

YOU CAN WALK TO FIFTEEN LOCAL RESTAURANTS, THREE MARKETS (INCLUDING TRADER JOES and ALDI) AND A LUXURY MOVIE THEATER. Close to everything you think you want to do. Or, you can do nothing and just lay around by the pool and spa, which is fine, too.
