Beautiful, peaceful view.

Very nice property with beautiful view and warm pool. Only 2 things that could be improved; more seating in the main living area with the view( only had seating for 3 people) and a hand rail to get in and out of the pool for folks with bad knees. Sarah was a great host, very accommodating. Would come bavk.

Host was wonderful

Beautiful property and yard. Heated pool was great for the kids, even on cooler days. We felt safe in the community and nearby. We had lots more south of where we stayed and location was a little inconvenient for that purpose. All was lovely otherwise. Sarah was wonderful in preparing for us and providing suggestions. Only complaint would be the noise from the main road or freeway near the front of the home. It was bothersome at night. Small issue with ants we were able to resolve on our own. Otherwise our stay was perfect!

We loved it

We are locals. We had a house leak that forced us to flee with 4 pets. We were treated with such kindness and flexibility by this place. I can’t begin to express the gratitude we feel. The view is magnificent and the heated pool was just what our hearts needed. We would still be there if it wasn’t already taken. If there were 100 stars to give we would.

Lovely spacious home with a pool

We had a nice stay and would recommend this property to other families. Besides the pool and pretty lake, another big plus is that it is zoned for excellent schools so if you're looking for temporary housing you can get your kids a space in great schools and use FL school choice to keep their spot and have more flexibility with where you purchase. Another thing to note is that the house is well furnished with all appliances, linens, cleaning products, hand soaps, etc that you might need. It's not like some vacation rentals where you need to pack your first roll of paper towels.

Swan lake

Imagine sitting beside a pool drinking your early morning coffee watching a few swans float by. This place is amazing. The house was perfect for our family and the heated pool beside a lake was amazing. We had so much fun. Thank you 😊

Paradise in the Everglades!

This property was beyond what we expected! We have been to Florida many times and always spent time on the beach. While that is wonderful, it was nothing like staying at this gorgeous lake house, which is right next door to the Everglades. The bird life in our backyard was such an unexpected treat. We would spend each day with our binoculars looking at great blue herons, swans, egrets, and so many other amazing birds we don't typically see where we are from. One day, a giant wood stork flew over to me while I was reading a book outside and just hung out about 3 feet away! The Chapel Trail Nature Preserve was a few minutes down the road and we went there at least 3 times. There's also loads of good restaurants, lots of parks, alligator boat tours, and Flamingo Gardens and Butterfly World close by. We also took several day trips to the beaches. There's so much to do, and it was wonderful being able to do it all having this lake house, with a pool, as our home base. The area has everything you could possibly need! We had our two children with us and the house was the perfect size for us all. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We LOVED the heated pool, and my kids even learned to finally swim while here! Sarah was such a fabulous host and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. You will be taken care of if you book this property, that's for sure! I already miss it! Thank you, Sarah!!!

Perfect home

Our family loves staying here. It's clean and comfortable with lots of space for a family to spread out. The neighborhood is great for morning walks, and cooling off in the pool afterwards is such a treat. Thank you for another wonderful stay! Will definitely book again.

Perfect vacation

Sarah was wonderful. She met us at the house and took us on a personal tour to make sure we felt most comfortable there. The house was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed our stay there very much. My family would highly recommend this wonderful house to anyone for a vacation rental. The neighborhood was very pretty and quiet. If we vacation in this area again we will definitely stay here again.

Overall, a great trip. The pool and view are wonderful. Sarah, the next door neighbor and on site contact for the home was extremely helpful. We had the cable box fail. She had a new one on site the next day and we were up and running again. The property was extremely clean.

I enjoyed the house, backyard and neighborhood very much!

Sarah is super host! We communicate through our whole stay. She’s very helpful and quick to respond. This house is in a perfect location, it’s so convenient, 15 minutes from flamingo garden and park, I have never seen so many peacocks in my life, took some beautiful pictures. Excellent Property

Our family totally enjoyed the property and its location. Sarah was an excellent host answering all our questions and made us feel very welcome. The pool was a great addition to our holiday visit. Loved our stay!!!

After having to cancel a 2020 booking at this property due to Covid, we were thrilled to finally visit and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our family of 4! I enjoyed walks around the neighborhood each morning, and the kiddos loved the pool! Very clean home, and the welcome drinks and chocolates were a lovely and generous treat. Sarah was always available for questions and a pleasure to work with. Lovely home and hosts! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing Relaxing Getaway!!

I don't know where to start! We loved the gorgeous view, spacious house, quiet gated neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. After a year of not being able to travel we were a little nervous about going to Florida but it was amazing. Sarah was the perfect host- she left us wine, food, floats and goodies when we arrived and checked in to make sure everything was going well. We spent alot of time in the nice warm pool and hanging out with the duck friends who would venture up to the yard sometimes. The guards were super friendly and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We decided to come here instead of a place closer to the beach because the view is just gorgeous and it lived up to our expectations! I didn't mind doing dishes while looking out the big windows at the lake! It was also nice to be able to spread out so the kids had their own bedrooms and we could have a break from each other when we wanted to. Highly recommend! We didn't want to leave.

Spring Break family vacation

Sarah was wonderful! Allowed us to check in early and went over the property. The house was spacious and clean, heated pool and nice gated neighborhood. Centrally located between beaches and Everglades. Can’t say enough about how helpful Sarah was. Will definitely go back in the future!
