The house is located on a cul-de-sac with a view to lake. This is a safe and quiet neighborhood. This home is protected by surveillance camera at the entrance of the home.

What a Gem!

Quick getaway to the area, my son was attending a camp nearby. You can tell the property has been meticulously maintained and furnished/amenities with great thought. You wouldn’t need to venture to beach with the pool and lake views. We will definitely be back and recommend this property in the future to others.

Pre-Cruise Stay

Perfect place to rest a few days and soak up the warmth of Florida with a private pool before heading out on our cruise. Big screen tv perfect for family movie night as well as pool table and other games for family fun!We would definitely book again!

The place was spotless and the location was great. My son interviewed at Nova Southeastern University which was only 3 miles away. Waking up to the lake every morning was an added bonus. Beatriz was very nice and even met us when we checked in even though we arrived very late. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Can’t wait to go back

Our host was amazing, this house has everything you need for your beach vacation or just a normal vacation stay. A week is not long enough to enjoy the area and also all that the house alone has to offer. We looked at many properties when booking our vacation house and im so pleased that we chose this house. The neighborhood is nice and we felt safe with our kids there. We went to 4 beaches when we stayed and all were in fairly close driving proximity to the house. I hope to visit again soon! Thank you for some great memories!

Great Spring Break with Family

My wife and I (grand parents) got our daughter's family to stay in Beatrice's rental house in Davie where my son's family resides. The house was perfect and had very nice living space overlooking a beautiful lake. Perfect accommodations for 6 people. Fully stocked will anything you would need and more!!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to grocery, shopping and restaurants. My grand daughters loved the pool and games available for them to use. Everything was perfect , no issues. Will stay there again in the future

Great charming house and amazing host

Our family had a great time. The house was very clean. Its very charming and actually even better than pictures would suggest. good privacy, Beatriz was amazing with everything. She is so detailed oriented. you can see it in the house where you can find pretty much anything you need for pool, beach, kitchen, bathrooms etc etc. The kids had a lot of fun around the lake learning about nature. The neighborhood is very quiet with great/kind neighbors. We will definitely come back again.

We have stayed in this wonderful house for a week in order to rest. It is 15 minutes away from every places. Host has been there for us when needed. What you see on the pictures is what you get. Pure Class on the Lake

If you are coming to the Fort Lauderdale area and want a tranquil gem, centrally located to everything - look no further; your host Beatriz has you covered with her wonderful home on the lake! My adult friends and I came to the area to play in a lacrosse tournament in Weston. Nothing could be finer than relaxing in the pool in a blissful setting after a hard fought battle on the field. The pool table and equipment is perfectly maintained and the home comes stocked with all necessities you need in a home away from home. The artwork and architecture are impressive and add to what will surely be a wonderful experience for you. Beatriz is amazingly communicative and does everything she can to ensure an incredible stay. Don’t pass this up. We will be back!

The house is more than we expected! The house is even better than the professional photos. The house is extremely clean and well maintained. It is well stocked with extra amenities so you can participate in several activities ( visiting the beach, fishing, games, or just going relaxation). The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The pool area is very relaxing and serene. Our favorite part of the trip was drinking our morning coffee by the pool and enjoying the wildlife living on the lake. Beatriz Molina, Property Owner, is extremely responsive and is there to assist with all of your needs. She even provided restaurant recommendations. This property is ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Excellent property!

Our stay at Beatriz’s home was wonderful!!! She let us check in early and was there to meet us when we got there. She checked in with us throughout the stay and solved any issues we had. We loved everything about this property. The pool was beautiful, the lake was awesome. Watching the ducks everyday was so relaxing. There were even babies the day we left. The pool table was a lot of fun. There was everything you needed to cook meals, including spices and lots of extras. There were tons of beach towels and coolers to take to the beach. The washer and dryer worked very well and was quick cycles. The only thing I can think of that would be a downfall, but really wasn’t to us was that the pool was too cold for us to swim in in January, but if you had young kids I’m sure they wouldn’t think it was too cold at all. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed and hope to go back to it again next year!! Thank you Beatriz for everything, you are a great host!

Beware!!!!!! Everything that glitters ain’t gold!!!!!!

The property itself is way smaller than it looks on the pictures. The owner also appeared to be considerate and caring but that turned out NOT to be the case. Prior to booking I asked if she would allow motorcycles and she said yes, mind you she didn’t say there was a set number on motorcycles, all she asked was that we cut them off at the top of the street and roll them in so we didn’t disturb the neighbors and we did. The day of check in we arrived a lil earlier than expected so we pulled up to the house just to check the parking arrangements and where we would leave the bikes. Well that was a problem and she made a big deal about that. The next day she has neighbors spying on the house that live across the water. Apparently the neighbor told her we were bringing a bike out of her kitchen and that wasn’t the case, it was just parked at the back sliding door by the kitchen. She pulls up all worked up and speaking loudly and impolitely to me asking me why would we do that. Once we explained that the bike wasn’t in her kitchen she left. That same night my friend got killed on the motorcycle while we were on vacation, I messaged her and told her what happened and that we would be checking out the next day. She offered fake condolences because the next day there was another issue. She came back complaining about a car too close to the neighbors mailbox. There were also ants all in the kitchen that got into our food. I wouldn’t recommend booking with this lady.
