Notre objectif est de vous fournir un environnement propre et magnifique pour votre visite au Colorado! Très calme mais à seulement 12 minutes des deux portes de l'Air Force Academy. Près de SuperTarget et des commerces avec un accès facile à Denver ou aux aéroports locaux. Le niveau supérieur peut accueillir trois personnes dans deux chambres; le niveau principal peut accueillir 7 personnes dans trois chambres; sous-sol peut accueillir six personnes dans trois chambres. Lits supplémentaires disponibles. Lit bébé sur demande.

Nous aimons cuire et laisserons des friandises maison si vous le souhaitez! Notre désir est que cette maison soit votre maison loin de chez vous!

La semaine de remise des diplômes de l'Air Force Academy nécessite un séjour minimum d'une semaine. Veuillez noter que les tarifs 12 mois et plus à l'avance pour cet événement peuvent ne pas être reflétés sur le calendrier en raison des dates annuelles fluctuantes.

Three Generation Family Vacation

This was a lovely home in a peaceful mountain setting. The house had everything we needed and more. The owners showed us great hospitality and was there to answer any question or need we might have. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who want to make family memories.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location.

We loved our stay at Lisa and Steve's home. The views are gorgeous and it is so peaceful to have nature surrounding the home (even some adorable deer visitors). Our toddler loved the private playground and the toys provided for him. Everyone commented on the beautiful home and enjoyed making memories there. Would definitely stay again the next time we are in Colorado Springs!

Great Accommodations!!

We had great communication with Lisa, the VRBO owner. She welcomed us when we arrived. The home had lots of room, fantastic views, well-equipped kitchen. The children loved playing outside on the large woodsy property and fun play-set. Great accommodations for our family of six adults and six children.

Great House

Perfect house for gathering of friends and family. Awesome view of the mountains and just a few minutes from USAFA and Colorado Springs. Kitchen is VERY well stocked with cooking and serving ware. Lisa and Steve are great with check in/out communication.

Wedding Event

We went to Colorado Springs to attend my nephews wedding at the Wedgewood Black Forest event center. The location of the VBRO was perfect only 5 minutes away. The house was huge and accommodated my extended family with ease. We had 9 adults and 2 children. The property was beautiful, clean, and our host Lisa was great. We made use of the huge dining room, kitchen, outside area and corn hole games. Weather was perfect.

The house is absolutely wonderful. And the view from the top deck is amazing! The house is gorgeous and very open. The property is very well maintained and welcoming. The owners could not have been more accommodating and made sure to ensure that we were taken care of. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Wonderful Peaceful House!

This property was the perfect fit for our family. We held our son's Rehearsal dinner outside on the lawn and it was a beautiful setting. Our entire family stayed at the house and there was plenty of room for everyone. Steve and Lisa were wonderful hosts, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in often. This place was a big help in making our stay for the wedding a total success!

Marriage Anniversary and Family Vacation

Our stay at Lisa's property in Black Forest, Co. was nothing short of phenomenal. The ambiance of the property is exactly like the online photos. Lisa, was a great host. She was always personally available when needed, communication was on point, and readily provided information about the residence and the community. Lisa's property was more than adequate in meeting our needs as family of 16. We really enjoyed ourselves at this property. We were comfortable and safe.

Firstly... The house as you drive up says oh Yeah we made a great choice. Pictures are good but reality is even better. Owner had given us the front door code which worked perfectly. House was amazing rooms and beds for everyone all 14 of us. The kitchen was fully equipped! everything you could want or need. Owner was very responsive with questions and assistance when needed. Not only responsive they were very kind and friendly. I'd do it all again. It was perfect.

Home Away From Home

Our son and fiancé planned their wedding in Colorado Springs. We’re based in Omaha, NE and had family and friends coming from all over: Arizona, Indiana, Florida, and needed a home base. This house was perfect for our group and even served as the rehearsal dinner venue. Lisa & Steve went out of their way to accommodate our needs for our dinner. The grounds are beautiful and the home is definitely a special place. We had 12 adults staying with double that for the dinner. Everyone commented on what a great VRBO we found. Thank you for a very special place for us to remember this weekend!

Best Retreat in the Springs!

This beautiful home is a sanctuary surrounded by pine trees, yet plenty of natural light floods into the home and it's just a 12 minute drive to shopping and an excellent hospital. If you're not familiar with Colorado Springs, it's important to know that Black Forest is one of the most sought after areas because of it's beauty, tranquility and proximity to all city comforts. The home is huge and if you're a patriot, this is DEFINITELY the place for you. My son loves to read and this house was full of some of the best reading you can find. You're going to love this home! If we're ever back in the Springs, Lisa's place would be my first choice for accommodations.

Great Mountain Rest

What do you look for when booking a Colorado getaway? Beauty? Check - great views of Likes Peak. Comfort? Check. This whole house was comfortable and very well appointed. Size? Check. There were 14 of us and one bed wasn't even used! Closeness to Colorado Springs? Check. We got most places in 15 minutes. Space to spread around? Check. With 20 people at multiple meals, they have three separate places to eat! As nice a stay as we could hope for.

Thanksgiving Getaway!

My family and I stayed at this lovely property during our thanksgiving vacation since CO is a central location for us all. We had a total of 14 guests and there was more than enough room for everyone. The host Lisa was so helpful and friendly and even made sure we had high chairs, a crib, and toys for the small children and baby. The location was fantastic. Close to everything while feeling like you were out of the city completely, we even saw deer running through the property a few times. The view of the mountains from the primary bedroom and main floor balcony was so beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, pots, pans, dishes, everything you might need to cook and/or entertain. We sincerely enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to everyone. If I’m being picky the only things I could say that would make it better is if they had one more queen bed instead of a double but that’s just really nitpicking the little things. Thank you so much Lisa for being so kind and allowing us to use your home as our home during the holiday!

Amazing experience!!

This place is a gorgeous haven tucked into the foothills of the Rockies. The hosts were an absolute gem! They are kind, quick to answer questions and help, and truly have a giving heart. There are so many places to gather and enjoy the views. Our favorite was the front porch! We will absolutely stay here again if we are ever in the area!

This property is beautiful. Lots of room for multiple families - outdoor areas - eating together. Totally prepared the downstairs garage for us to prepare flowers for our wedding. Got us everything we needed and went above and beyond. You feel secluded and yet close to cute coffee shop- pizza place and only 10-15 minutes to a Super Target. We highly recommend this home!!!

Beyond expectations!

We had a wonderful get away with our adult children and grandchildren. We felt very welcome by our host family! The house is beautiful, in a gorgeous setting. Our grandkids enjoyed the play area, and the big yard! We all enjoyed the big deck where we watched the hummingbirds get up close and personal. Our family enjoys cooking together, and found it a delight to use the huge kitchen, equipped with everything we needed, plus a huge selection of beautiful dishes use. The house was very clean, and Lisa even made sure the little ones had a bin full of animals, and blocks to play with. We enjoyed hiking in the area as well has just hanging out as a family. This suited our family of 16 very easily.

Beautiful and peaceful home

Stayed here with my girlfriend and 14 other friends. The rooms were very spacious and nice. The home was cozy and our favorite part was the balcony! The views and hummingbirds were incredible. Would definitely recommend to everyone and would love to come visit and stay again. Thank you Lisa!

Our stay in Black Forest

We would highly recommend the Brandt’s home. It is gorgeous, spacious and very well stocked. The property and setting is beautiful with a mountain view. We had a great balance of sight seeing along with hanging out at the house having fun in the yard, the back deck and the front porch. Lisa is a wonderful “hostess” making sure your stay is a positive experience. Their price is also very reasonable. We loved every minute of our stay!
