Parfait pour une escapade en famille. Confortable et confortable, ce bel appartement au premier étage (plafonds bas 6. 5 ') à quelques pâtés de maisons de l'avenue St Charles est bien situé pour explorer toute la Nouvelle-Orléans. The Right Place at the right time

The place was exactly as described in the listing. Plenty of room for our family of 4. I highly recommend this place and will look to stay here again for our next trip to NOLA.

Family friendly

We really loved our stay here. Being able to walk to breakfast or a playground was great. Having a high chair to use as well as toys was helpful too. And the overall cleanliness made us feel really comfortable and welcome.

Great location

This rental was comfy and cozy. Katrina was very responsive and had the place well stocked. There is a great neighborhood bar just a few blocks away called QiQi. Also just a few blocks from the street car.

Great hidden gem

The rental is in a great location. Its kinda a hidden gem. It's in a very residential place that is away from the noise and commotion of St. Charles, however it's really only blocks away. I have been to New Orleans many times but have never explored the Irish Channel. The location and St. Patrick's Day allowed for a lovely time. I love NOLA but not in the summer, spring was the perfect time to visit. The only thing I will say is that the beds could have been softer. My husband also hit his head multiple times entering and exiting the condo. He is 6 foot and the ceilings are low so a sign or two to remember to watch your head would have helped.. maybe. Overall I enjoyed the stay and would absolutely stay again.

Perfect little get away

I was hesitant to stay so close to the main area of New Orleans with my children. This place is PERFECT for families! They have a secured locked gate and safe street parking. The Owner checked in multiple times to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. The place was immaculate and cozy. We would definitely stay here again during our next trip to NOLA. Don't miss out on this gem.

Cozy Classy Convenient

Our stay in this Garden District gem was nothing short of amazing! The location was ideal—close enough to all the action but tucked away in a charming, quiet neighborhood with beautiful historic homes. It was incredibly convenient, with easy access to streetcars, restaurants, and local shops.The house itself was cozy yet spacious, offering plenty of room for our whole crew to relax and unwind. Every detail was thoughtfully designed for comfort, from the well-appointed bedrooms to the inviting living spaces. It truly felt like a home away from home.If you’re looking for a place that combines space, charm, and convenience in New Orleans, this is it. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Snowy 60th Birthday Retreat!

The Right Place should be called The Perfect Place! 5 of us sisters got together to celebrate a 60th birthday, New Orleans style. Katrina was extremely accommodating for us with quick responses, and even loaned us some chicken bouillon when we needed it. She took care of every need we had. All beds were comfortable. Our trip began with a simple checkin process. Katrina left a welcome basket! Nice! One of the best things about this place is no stairs to maneuver! (Being a bottom floor apartment, the ceilings are low but, thankfully, we knew to expect that and all but one of us is under 5’2”!) You do hear footsteps above when they are home, as would be expected. Katrina kindly left earplugs in each bedroom, but they were not needed at night. We wanted Chinese food and Katrina recommended Ms Shirley’s, which was above and beyond any expectation we had! It was Saturday evening so we had a one hour wait, but it is TOTALLY worth it! We window shopped Magazine Street and ate dessert first at Sucre, wonderful sweet shop! The next day we went to dinner at Commander’s Palace, which we highly recommend. On Monday we took the Natchez Riverboat Jazz brunch. (A few things to note…we were sorry we missed going down to see the engine and make SURE to shop their gift shop for the most reasonable gift prices in all of New Orleans!) Then,a few down days due to an historic snowstorm and a concert at Preservation Hall. The Right Place was the Perfect Place for us! Hot tub! ;)

Spacious But Cozy

Our host, who lived above, was really helpful. The three bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable bedding. The small, galley kitchen is well equipped and there is a large dining table. The home is passcode gated.We would stay here again.

Fantastic!

I came for a convention and this location was perfect! About a 15 minute uber for around 10-15. It seemed like a very safe area and there were restaurants within walking distance! The apartment was both cozy and spacious, with games and recommendations for places to go/things to do from the hosts. They checked with us to make sure we had what we needed and were truly a quick message away, which was great! The back yard was super cute and the hot tub was a fun bonus! I would absolutely stay again!

Such a nice space & plenty of room for us 5 women! The hot tub was absolutely perfect, large enough for all & temperature was perfect. Beautiful wak to St Charles to catch the trolley. Our host was amazing with communication and making sure we were comfortable in her care. Will stay here again.

New Orleans Weekend

Comfortable space in a great neighborhood. Easy access to various parts of the city via street car or Uber. Host was flexible and answers all questions quickly; check in and check out were seamless. Overall a great place to return after the day and connect as a family.

American Legion Convention getaway

We were in town for the American legion convention and we wanted to experience an NO community. The location was uptown and only a quick Uber ride to the convention center and other areas of interest. Quiet neighbor with lots of amenities. The home was very clean, comfortable and the owner was very responsive to inquiries. Great place to stay!

Weekend Getaway

Friend and I rented this property for a short weekend getaway from our home in FL. It was very clean and absolutely perfect for the 5 of us. The place came with everything you could need. The correspondence with the property manager was very good. Quick responses and easy check-in details. Location was perfect for the place we went. Ceilings are low as stated in the description, so just keep that in mind when booking if you have a tall person. However, we were all under 5'8 so it worked for us, and wasn't an issue.

Excellent stay. Very, very clean and comfortable. Clear and helpful communication from Katrina, the owner. Perfect location for quick access to everything in the city. A fine old house in a good neighborhood, with ample on-street parking close to the house. Grateful for our time there and would welcome the chance to stay again. Our teenagers thought it was great.

Home away from home

Like a home away from home. This property was just what we needed after sight seeing in NOLA. The AC works great! Thank goodness, lol! Very comfortable home. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the game room was a big bonus!! Plus, Katrina was fantastic to work with! Totally recommend staying here!
