Si vous cherchez à vous éloigner de l'agitation de la ville, à vous étendre et à vous détendre dans le magnifique paysage et l'air frais de la montagne, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut! Avec un superbe cadre en bord de rivière sur la puissante rivière Toccoa, River Dreams est sûr de vous transporter dans un tout autre monde de détente et de plaisir. Vérifiez vos soucis et vos soucis à la porte: vous avez trouvé le paradis!

Le chalet River Dreams comprend 7 chambres spacieuses et un coin mezzanine et peut accueillir jusqu'à 30 personnes. Avec un grand salon avec des plafonds mansardés, une magnifique cheminée en pierre empilée, une cuisine complète et une salle à manger ouverte, et une salle de jeux avec table de billard, et quelques autres jeux, vous aurez tout le confort de la maison et bien plus encore!

Sortez sur nos porches enveloppants avec de nombreuses places assises à l'extérieur, allumez le gril à gaz, jouez à un jeu de catch sur notre cour à niveau ouvert, ou mosey sur le foyer au bord de la rivière et régalez vos yeux et vos oreilles des ondulations apaisantes de la Rivière Toccoa. Assurez-vous d'apporter vos cannes à pêche, car la rivière Toccoa est la maison légendaire de certaines des meilleures pêches à la truite de GA! Le foyer extérieur et le belvédère font partie de la zone communautaire du quartier. Remarque: Si vous avez moins de 16 invités, la suite avec lits superposés sera verrouillée.

Perfect for our family reunion with ten adults and 14 kids ranging from 2 to 16! Rooms were clean and comfortable, kitchen and dining area well suited to prepping and feeding the troop, and the property was amazing! Kids played in the water for hours!

Kids loved playing in the creek and plenty of room for them to run around inside & out. Having a second refrigerator in the laindry room was a benefit for our large group. House needs a few minor updates but nothing that impeded our visit. Only issue was one of the upstairs bedroom was missing a bed listed. We were able to make a pullout couch in the loft work. Enjoyed our stay. We'd return.

Beautiful and perfect family stay!

We truly enjoyed our time in this home and it worked perfectly for our family get together. There were 20 of us and we all fit all throughout the home with no issues. Our only complaint was that the lighting in the main living area was very dark since there is wood on walls. So the kitchen, living room, and loft area had poor lighting at night. Everything else was great. The kids loved the creek and game room. Adults loved the big table and hot tub!

We have stayed here about 4 years in a row. We love it for many reasons:My entire family can stay with us,so it was perfect for Fathers Day Weekend.It is ON THE RIVER with Laurel Creek to play in.Fishing , cooking. Tubing, campfire, S’mores, catching lightning bugs , Hot tub ,It only needs some comfortable chairs for Grandparents

This property was perfect for our big family. The kids and adults fished all day, played sports and relaxed in one of the many rooms. You might want to take a firstick because a few of the TV's wouldn't connect to network. We will be returning to this property next year, it is a perfect place for our family vacation

Stunning property!

We had an amazing stay at River Dream. It was clean, spacious, had a beautiful property and very good communication! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfy, and the fire pit and hot tub were just perfect. We had a large group staying and had my wedding here and it was just magical. The sound of the stream, the views... It was such a pleasant surprise, thank you so much for accommodating our family.

Highschool Friends weekend

The property is fantastic for our annual get together. We have been there for 2 years and a couple of years and common issues are stair planks being loose and a hazard. Bottom floor is cold.

Came Back for Second Stay!

What a hidden gem. My friends and I stayed at Dream Big last year for a reunion, and the property had everything we could want. The location to the river is perfect for floating and fishing. The property had huge grills and a black stone so we were never hungry! Athens property owner is very attentive and I cannot wait to come back next year!!!

Great Getaway

This is a great property for families who may be traveling together with children. Three stories and plenty of bathrooms and beds to accommodate what I would think would be most of any mix of groups. The property is a great size plenty of room for kids to be outside and play as well as enjoy the creek. The kitchen is well supplied with pots and pans, and the host has allowed items to be left from previous visitors, such as seasonings, and things that you would either have to bring with you and use just a little bit of or go by the store, which is an hour away. We found the outside grills to be in working condition and did most of our cooking on the Blackstone, which is fantastic when cooking for large groups.The only negative thing and it's not that big of a deal to me is the property does need some maintenance on the exterior and interior but none of that was detrimental to our stay in any way. To some degree it should be expected from a property that is primarily used as a short term rental hosting families with children.

Wonderful and Beautiful

This cabin is beautiful inside and out! We had 16 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone with extra beds left over! The outside is perfect for relaxing or fishing in the river. Our family loved it here and will definitely be back! Andy was great to work with and he was excellent on communicating!

Such a wonderful location. Our group was there for a corporate retreat. We had plenty of space and beautiful views. The kitchen was ample and stocked with plenty of utensils and amenities. We had a little trouble with the fireplace but the host was incredibly responsive Our only regret was not having more time there.

A beautiful property but there’s no picnic table like in the photos, the pool table was pretty much unusable, the pool sticks were bent, WiFi didn’t work, the fridge in the main kitchen is more like a cooler since it doesn’t actually keep the food cold. Had food spoil on that end /: the rooms are not set up as listed in the photos but there ended up being plenty of room to sleep. I probably wouldn’t book this place again but the outside and land are beautiful

Beautiful family getaway

The house and the property were beautiful. The house was clean and inviting. The property was a fun place for the adults and the kids. The little stream was a great place for the kiddos to play. There was plenty of space for the kids to run around outside as well. All in all it was one of our favorite places that we have stayed at in the Blue Ridge, GA area.

About the Owner: Hi, I'm Colby the owner, Andy is my Rental Agent and will be happy to assist you in your vacation needs! I moved to Blue Ridge years ago, after traveling around the world for over a decade as a flying trapeze artists (true story!) Having grown up just down the road in Atlanta, Blue Ridge and the North GA mountains always held a special place in my heart, so I was beyond thrilled to "run away from the circus" and have the chance to make this heaven on earth my home!

I love being able to share the majesty of Blue Ridge with guests from all over the world, and hear their stories of epic family gatherings and laughter-filled groups of friends coming together for good times and adventure. We also are proud to offer the only flying trapeze school for several hundred miles, so if you're feeling a daring streak, come try a class with us!

Having seen hundreds of cabins both on and off the river during my years in Blue Ridge, I knew the first time I saw this property that it had something magical about it. Very few properties offer both river and creek frontage, and with the rustic barn and wide open level yard space (another rarity up here in the mountains), my heart was swept away. I knew that this would be a vacation heaven for countless groups for many years to come, and couldn't wait to share it with the world! The Toccoa River is the lifeblood of Blue Ridge, and once you spend a few hours here you'll feel its powerful energy coursing through you as surely as I do.
