Parfait pour des vacances multi-familiales! Spacieuse mais confortable, cette très grande cabine dispose de trois chambres, chacune avec une vue spectaculaire sur la rivière. L'étage principal comprend un grand salon, salle à manger et coin cuisine. Le porche grillagé surplombant la rivière est un endroit parfait pour se détendre sur une balançoire, griller ou simplement s'asseoir et écouter la rivière. Pour les loisirs, la tanière en bas a une table de billard, un baby-foot et de nombreux jeux de société. Riverside Cabin offre une atmosphère qui ne sera pas bientôt oubliée avec un grand salon, un bar, une cuisine et une véranda grillagés surplombant plus de 100 pieds de bord de l'eau.

This was a very enjoyable vacation. Big open rooms for enjoying meals together and games/cards at night. The amenities were amazing ! The teenagers enjoyed pool tournaments and making s’mores around the bonfire We enjoyed all three rivers and the view from anywhere n house was so relaxing ! We wantTo come Back SOON ! Beautiful Riverfront Property

We had 6 adults, 2 kids and a couple of dogs staying at River Run for a week and there was plenty of room. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with pretty much all the necessities. The location of the property is convenient to town and has easy access to a variety of outdoor activities. The Toccoa River is beautiful and you can tube or fish right from the back yard. The owner, Tara, is very considerate and readily accessible to answer any questions. We had a great time and highly recommend this property!

Summer River Trip

We have stayed in Blue Ridge many times and this was our second time at this cabin! We loved it the first time even before they made renovations and now it’s absolutely stunning. You can’t find a better location. Very close to everything, but being steps from the river is what makes it so fabulous. The owners have always been so easy and accommodating. This rental is a gem!

Great Family Trip!

The property was clean and up to date. The main floor - recently renovated and kitchen were wonderful. The porch for morning coffee and evening conversations was great; especially with the sound of the river. Games and pool table on the lower level with the hot tub were a hit with the teens and young adults. Quiet location at the end of a single lane road. The hosts were very attentive and quick to respond.

A Perfect Family Getaway — Truly Thoughtful and MemorableWe hadn’t had a vacation together since our now adult kids were little, so this trip was incredibly special. Being able to enjoy time with our children, their spouses, and even two generations of dogs made it unforgettable — and this cabin was the perfect place for it all.I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, but this was hands-down the easiest one for me to navigate, mobility-wise. The layout is thoughtfully designed, making it a breeze to get around. You can tell the hosts are true professionals — they’ve thought of absolutely everything. If there’s a gadget, utensil, or random item you might need, it’s already there. We genuinely wanted for nothing.What truly stood out was the care and intention behind every detail. It allowed us to focus entirely on what matters most: time together as a family.And the property? Simply stunning. Like something out of a screensaver — peaceful, beautiful, and full of its own little adventures. Christmas getaway

We had a wonderful stay! It was my husband and I and are four college age children. There was more than enough room for all of us! The house was fantastic. It had everything we could have possibly wanted and that made it easy to cook meals. The river out front was wonderful and it was an easy 15 minute drive into downtown Blue Ridge. I would highly recommend this rental and look forward to going back at some point in the future!

A Remarkable Gem

The owner is the most amazing person! All of the little details made such a difference. The remodel updates made us feel like family. The house is plenty big and lends for fabulous family time. There are books and games and plenty of room at the river right in front of the house. It is only a short ride to town for any needs you may have. Tara is always helpful and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Next Thanksgiving will be our 3rd one there! We wouldn't change a thing!

Perfect family gathering!

It was so relaxing! I didn't want to leave. My whole family wanted to just move in. We were celebrating my mother's 80th birthday with immediate family from 5 different states. It was so nice to have all of the equipment, supplies, games, and extras we needed. All we had to do was bring the groceries. Loved it!

Great getaway home with perfect location!

Don't hesitate to plan your vacation at this property! The house was exceptionally clean and stocked to the gills with everything you could possibly need or want. There's ample room for a large group or a smaller family (There were five in our party. My husband and I, my in-laws and a relative each had our own floor with room and bed spaces to spare!). This section of the river is beautiful. The river itself is easily accessible for wading or floating or just chilling on the bank and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the water from the main level bedroom as well as the porch where we spent most of our time. The access road makes for a perfect walking trail and the amenities and recreational opportunities are such that you really don't have to leave for entertainment! The owner is a great communicator and very responsive. The family that owns this rental spends time there as well and they obviously place high priority on comfort, cleanliness and convenience. This is a pet friendly home but you would never know there have been any staying there! The location itself provides a relatively short trip into Blue Ridge. They have done a lot of renovations and I understand there are more to come. We slept great and woke up refreshed and relaxed every day during our trip. Definitely a home away from home!

Not much to say except the listing is exactly as presented online. Beautiful home, beautiful location. Perfect communication. Excellent “extras” including dog beds for my huge fur babies. Only wonderful memories from this stay. I LOVE the mountains and this house just made them even more perfect!

We have been busy updating the cabin to this century and bringing the comforts of our home to the Blue Ridge North Toccoa River area. The river sounds in dolby enhance your experience in every room of the home and especially on the porch, hot tub or front yard! We love to entertain and our last record big celebration was Thanksgiving with over 48 friends and family attending our celebration. We are a Marine-Navy family and are proud to show our Patriotic Pride. We are looking forward to moving our large extended family to enjoy Nature's Entertainment here for some friends and family events.

We've been visiting Blue Ridge and the Aska area for 14 years, finally deciding to buy a home there in this secluded "River Village." A nice 1.5 mile walk around the neighborhood, along and overlooking the river with family, and friends We chose the river location because of the private and quiet river setting. You'll love hearing the sound of the North Toccoa River flowing into Lake Blue Ridge! The fishing, kayaking, tubing and hiking is an added benefit for kids and the adults who want to be a kid again! Also, just 15 minutes to Downtown Blue Ridge with only a 1/2 mile or 5 minute drive on a private, county maintained, one lane gravel road with a gentle 400 yard decline along the river to the cabin. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Our cabin sits right on the river, on a gradual sloped flat lot, and is in the best location for everything Blue Ridge has to offer including downtown shopping, Lake Blue Ridge, boat rentals, horseback riding, waterfalls, hiking, tube rentals, golf, hiking, and white water rafting. We also love spending time with our friends and family and it's the perfect spot for having parties or cookouts! Just park up the river at Sandy Bottoms and tube/float right back to the cabin, fish all day right outside the front of the cabin or sit on the swing to enjoy nature at its finest surroundings.
