Ce condo impeccable de 2 chambres et loft est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans les Montagnes Blanches, a une vue sur la montagne et un loft avec un 2Ăšme salon et plus d'espace pour dormir. La location comprend l'accĂšs au Club at Christmas Mountain (jusqu'Ă  6 personnes sans frais supplĂ©mentaires) qui comprend les piscines intĂ©rieure et extĂ©rieure, spa et sauna, pickleball, aire de jeux, racquetball, bibliothĂšque et salon. Le niveau principal du condo comprend une cuisine complĂšte, un coin repas, un salon avec tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, poĂȘle Ă  bois et accĂšs Ă  la terrasse, une salle de bain complĂšte, laveuse et sĂ©cheuse et 2 chambres - la chambre principale a un lit king, une tĂ©lĂ©vision et salle de bain, 2Ăšme chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et une tĂ©lĂ©vision. Great place to stay for last minute trip to NH

This extremely spacious townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 (with 2 under 6). The location and townhouse features were perfect for us going to Storyland. Extremely close to variety of restaurants and shops. kept us away from all the North Conway traffic. The one slight negative would be - the amenities for the townhouse (like pickleball court, pool - not in service, bocce court - no balls available). All of these could use some TLC. But it's a slight knock. We'd stay at this property again in a heartbeat and look forward to going back soon.

Heart of the Whites

This is a good location for exploring much of the White Mountains. Stop at a National Forest visitors center or office for maps and information. (Ask the ranger.) We loved swimming along the Kancamagus, short hiking from the top of Mt. Washington, Boulder Loop trail. Take things you know you'll need to the condo: mixer, favorite sharp knives, etc. It's comfortable and roomy.

We truly enjoyed our stay in the White Mountains! The condo was great with everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The owners are great and very responsive. We hope to come back in the future for another stay. Highly recommend!!!!

Spacious, spotless, close to everything

Despite Covid precautions having a huge impact everywhere (long lines, reservations required everywhere, limited dining options), we were able to enjoy a lovely few days at Christmas Mountain. Sadly, the pools and clubhouse were closed for the duration of our stay due to the pandemic, which was disappointing for the kids. (We did not know this would be the case when we booked back in the spring, but not homeowner's fault.) Future guests should be aware this could be the case for a while. We were, however, given plenty of great suggestions on local lakes/waterfalls. The condo itself is clean and well-supplied, and the new A/C system was a godsend. Really great to have both upper and lower levels independently controlled. Linens were provided, but we brought our own bath towels to supplement. Wish we had had a grill to use....there was one outside the bottom unit, but we weren't sure whose it was. I also would have liked to have a teapot, but that's just me :) Overall, a memorable stay in a great location!

Beautiful getaway in the mountains

House is spacious with beautiful views of the area from the big living room windows. Great location- easy access to many waterfalls and hikes plus Storyland. Well-stocked kitchen, nice amenities (outdoor pool within walking distance). Window fans did help cool down the bedrooms at night (well most of the nights- we were there during a heat wave and it took awhile for the house to cool down on the hottest day with temps pushing 100). Overall we enjoyed ourselves and would definitely recommend this spot to others!

This is the second time we have rented the Property It is very close to the clubhouse it is easier with children as you can just walk down to the pool. and the owners are very responsive with any questions

Excellent in every way

This was our tenth visit to the white Mountains, from the UK,, out of the past twelve years so I guess you could say we love it ! As the kids have aged from their original 3 and 4 in 2006 to their 14 and 17 now the activities have changed from Story Land to Hiking and kayaking, and everything else in between. We have stayed on Christmas Mountain in 5 different properties and all have been excellent, and the clubhouse, pool etc. are great for a bit of relaxation. No doubt we will be back.

Nice open space and very quiet

Rooms were surprisingly soundproof. There were 3 young children staying in the unit below us and we never heard a peep from them. We had two crazy kids and the people said they couldn’t hear us either. Minutes from Storyland which was why we chose it. The only negatives I can say are the indoor pool was freezing which was a disappointment on our rainy day there and the ground keeper for the property was weed whacking outside our bedroom window at 7am one morning. Helen was very responsive when I had a question about the missing tv in the master. Loft area would be cool for older kids (mine are 2 & 5 so we didn’t let them play up there). Would definitely consider coming back in the winter months. Might be a bit too hot in the middle of the summer with no AC but the nights were cool enough that the fans were perfect.

Wonderful, well decorated, clean condo

We have rented many condo in the area and this condo is our favorite. The kitchen has all new appliances. The condo is nicely decorated and very clean. Loved being on second floor without anyone above us. Beds were very comfortable - new mattresses. The kids loved watching TV and playing board games in the loft. Very close to many restaurants and all the Mtn Washington attractions. Definitely we will rent condo again. Helen emailed information on how to access the condo which was very clear and helpful.

Helen was very helpful and responsive even with a last minute request to extend our stay, Their unit was very clean and set up for us just as they had described it to be. It was very nice to be able to come back to the condo and just take a short walk down to the pool with our granddaughter.

We stay at Christmas Mountain every year for a trip with 4 families who all rent a place. This is the first year in this unit and we found it our favorite. It has a big loft with two beds couches a tv and board games for the kids to hang when we all have dinner together. The master bed has its own bath and everything is modern and well decorated. A small deck and electric grill worked out great. We went in the summer but this is an ideal ski rental and we hope to return again in the winter!

Everything that expected and more

Very nice, well kept condo with homey feeling and plenty of room. View from windows are all you can wish for, especially when you visiting mountain region. Conveniently close to dining and attractions. Another words - amazing.

Great Weekend!!

We loved staying there, the house was very clean, plenty of room, instructions how to open and close were very easy to follow. The club house was fun! Everything we needed was available such as pots and pans, utensils and towels, etc!! Close to all of our plans! The owners were easily accessible.

Great Shelter in the time of Storm

We arrived at night, just as the wind blasts of the worst of the storm was starting So our first impression, as we unloaded the car to take everything into the condo was - just get me out of this frigid weather! By the time we were inside, we were frozen, and weren't too impressed with anything. Somehow we had missed the fact that the condo is on the second floor with outdoor stairs so when we arrived, with the wind blasts and darkness, it was quite a job to get all our stuff inside. But as we warmed up, we were most thankful that the building was strong enough and warm enough to keep out the cold even though the building shook as the wind kept slamming against it. As we looked around, we were impressed with the loveliness and spaciousness of this great place. What a big living area and nice kitchen; the large master bedroom, the loft with the sofas and 2 beds. We really enjoyed the wood burning stove and the view out the front windows. We had 2 grandsons with us and they really enjoyed the heated indoor pool in the club house. Yes, this was a great experience, and we enjoyed our time very much. Thank you.
