Nicely equipped condo

The condo is nice and we had a great stay. Just needed a coffee for our second day. -Had to call for the correct door code, but mgmt provided that quickly and we got in. Our group of 6 felt comfortable and location is great.

Winter Park 2023

Everything was very nice and as described. The location was perfect with very easy access to the village on the slopes. It was very convenient to have parking literally steps away from the door. Communication was great and we would stay here again for sure!

Great space close to the base

We really enjoyed our stay at base loft 104. The space was just right, and having two floors makes it feel much more spacious than just a 3BR all on one floor. The garage made it easy to unload, bring in groceries, etc. The kitchen could use some new non-stick pots and pans, as they have been used heavily, but the WP Lodging staff promptly brought us a new blender when we notified them it was broken upon arrival. Great communication with the team. All in all, we loved our stay here.

Great Location & Management

Fantastic location in the middle of the village. The detached single car garage was a great amenity. 2-story unit was very comfortable and the fireplace was a great touch when lounging in the living room / kitchen. Communication with management company was excellent. Only 'negative' comment is the unit is located immediately adjacent to the stairs of the parking garage so you do hear skiers coming up and down the stairs in ski boots pretty easily...we did use sound machines when sleeping (or sleeping in) and this worked well to drown out any outside noises.

Spacious 3BR/3BATH 5 mins walk to lift

Overall a great location for skiers and boarders with nicely appointed furnishings, bedding and flush towels. Our family of 14 made this space home for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier with the location. Pro: - good sized 3 bedrooms with bedding as described - a quick 5 min walk from condo to gondola, with A crepe store right downstairs - nice, absorbent towels - convenient full size washer and dryer - generous supply of paper towels, toilet papers that lasted our entire stay Con (very minor): - minimal cookware and pots available, not ideal for the gourmet chef - you have to walk 3 flights of stairs to get to the lift. Normally not a big deal but after a day of skiiing, it requires some effort I’d like to take a moment to recognize David from the management company. I called earlier to secure a large pot for our family of 14 and he was able to deliver. Thanks so much David, to help make our stay wonderful!

Relaxing escape

From the moment we entered the loft, we were relaxed! After a long day of travel having the essentials that you need already available is a nice touch! The beds were comfortable! The fireplace was relaxing after a long day on the slopes! The location could not have been better! We didn't leave the resort all week and never felt like we needed too! Awesome stay!

We had a great time. The only downside was that, in late spring, there were fewer dining options around the mountain after skiing than we would have liked. But that is about the resort more than the property. The place was actually great - and it is bigger than it looks like on the pics.

More than fine

My unit was in tip top shape. The kitchen could have a few more large cooking utensils. Its always a bummer when at high end rentals, the toilet paper is the same kind found in truck stops :-) For skiers or bikers its a primo location and very well appointed.

We loved the location at the base, the convenient garage space, and the beautiful interior of the condo. The property manager was very helpful and the condo looked just like the pictures and was very clean. We had a wonderful stay.

Above Average

We had a very quick 2 night stay but our loft was more than accommodating. Very spacious, clean and right on the mountain. The only drawback was the hot tubs were shut down but we understood because of the safety risks. Thanks again and we will be back!

Great Location, Very Comfortable

This 3 bedroom loft was the perfect size for our 7 guests that included 3 children. This loft is well located right in the heart of the shops of the base village. The garage is just steps away from the front door and is very well secured. Everything is accessible with codes so there is no need to keep track of keys! The walk to the Gondola is approximately 80 yards away. The loft contained enough supplies for cooking meals if needed. The 3 full bathrooms are excellent for multiple people getting ready at the same time. There was minimal times that foot traffic noise could be heard outside the master as the exterior steps to the parking garage are just below this window. There is really no drawback to this unit and we would stay there again! MANAGER COMMENTS: Excellent! We are so pleased the Loft worked well for your stay. We would love to host you again when your travels bring you back this way.

Very nice convenient stay

The ccustomer service was excellent. The staff called upon arrival and departure to make sure we had everything we needed. The location was fantastic right at the base and the place was clean and spacious. My only complaint is the water pressure in the showers but that is minor. Great stay overall! Would recommend.

Summer Fun Base Village Loft 104

We could not have asked for a better location for our family get together! Grandparents, parents and children had a wonderful time. Wow, spectacular town home!

Our family of 4 loved this town home right in the heart of downtown Winter Park. The reservation agent was very helpful and delivered a wonderful place to stay. They were a very helpful with questions along the way, too. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket. The condo/townhome was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The garage parking was wonderful and we enjoyed hot tub access. We would certainly stay here again. It was a perfect weekend because we had a wonderful place to stay. Great communication and frequency checking in with me throughout the trip. Had all info I needed upfront and no need to call. Beautiful condo, good snow, excellent customer service

We (myself, Husband and 4 teenagers) go to Vail for spring break, but this year with Easter so late, we wanted to maximize our odds of good spring skiing. After much research, we hit on Winter Park. First, we worked with WP Lodging Company to find the condo. They were a DREAM to work with: great communication and commitment to a painless vacation. We shipped our ski's out early via Fedex, and they received the 3 HUGE bags, and put them in our condo prior to our arrival. They worked with Grocery Guys to make sure our food was there upon arrival. They answered emails promptly regarding dining options, etc.. Can't say enough good things about them. Second, the condo - Base Village Loft 104 was fantastic. Very airy, right over the crepes place (yum!) and next to Pizza Pedal'r (both HIGHLY recommend). Short walk to lifts in morning, and ski in via the Corridor at end of day when you are dead to walk anymore (remember? I have FOUR teenagers who are all younger and faster than me.) Plenty of towels, supplies like garbage bags, dishwashing detergent, 2 loads of laundry soap. Beds very comfortable. Supplied with humidifiers - well played. My only *slight* criticism is the unit is next to the stairs leading from the parking garage to the lifts, so in the morning you can hear skiers going down those steps. I chose to be the "glass is half full person" and use that as an alarm clock so that I didn't waste half the morning in bed - but that's up to you. Overall, highly recommend, and if we do Winter Park again, I will try to get same unit. Thanks! MANAGER COMMENTS: Wow! So great to hear all of this. The Unit was very nice,

The Unit was very nice, clean, and the management company was great. Excellent location. Only complaint is the unit had no cupboards or a pantry to store food items. Note, garage was a little tight, but could fit a Nissan Armada SUV. MANAGER COMMENTS: We are so pleased you enjoyed Base Village Loft 104 overall. We will get working with the owner to find some more storage areas in the kitchen. It is a pain when things can't get put away. We hope to get to host you again sometime.

Convenient location and good amenities! The smell of onions cooking continually from the restaurant below was kinda of a bummer. Kinda lacked privacy due to no blinds on back patio door. Additional parking spot or discounted parking should be included with the rental. MANAGER COMMENTS: Darn! So sorry it wasn't quite the most appealing aroma for your stay. We will look into some options of "freshening" things up in there. We can also address the lack of blinds on the patio door. The parking will be a bit trickier but we will look into some other options for our guests staying in those larger properties. This place was perfect

This place was perfect for us. We loved the location right above the Village and right on the end at the top of the stairs. An elevator would have made it easier for our older guests and the guests dealing with altitude issues but it was very accessible. We did have a little plumbing issue, but the management took care of it very promptly after being alerted. The rooms are nice size and having three full baths was wonderful! We adored the gas fireplace, which always took the chill out of the air and loved being able to open our windows to breathe your cool clean air! We highly recommend! The staff is beyond helpful in everything! MANAGER'S COMMENTS....You can't beat this location in the village! So happy to hear we were able to take care of the plumbing issue right away. Glad it was a great set up for your group.Come back and see us again soon!

We did have a little plumbing issue but the management took care of it very promptly after being alerted. The rooms are nice size and having three full baths was wonderful! We adored the gas fireplace which always took the chill out of the air and loved being able to open our windows to breathe your cool clean air! We highly recommend! The staff is beyond helpful in everything!

Very Impressed

As an owner of a condo at another resort, I was extremely impressed with every aspect of the property management for this condo. check-in, check-out, cleaning, customer service, everything was handled in a manner I wish I could get from my own property manager.
