Beautiful condo

Condo was spacious with beautiful beach and bay view. They have everything you need including washer and dryer which is very convenient. Pool was great and beach is not too far of a walk. Would definitely stay there again. Our host Shawna was in communication and available when we needed her.

Amazing Family Trip

Condo is beautiful. The views are amazing. My family enjoyed the property and the closeness to many restaurants and stores. Wonderful communication with homeowner. We definitely will keep this on our list to return.

We really enjoyed our stay and would rebook this condo. Great location. Hot water needs to be checked. It was lukewarm at best. But overall a very nice stay.

This condo is bigger than it appears to be online! Lots of Windows with great views and a large patio balcony. It was very clean, well stocked with the exception of paper goods and overall very comfy. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Enjoyed our stay!

Great condo with wonderful front on beach views. Floor to ceiling windows that wrap around the unit gave you the best views from all angles. Unit was clean and Monica was very prompt in communication! If you are looking for close proximity to beach with a view and generous size balcony, this is your place!

Labor Day getaway

The pics don’t do justice to the condo. It’s very spacious and very nicely decorated. The overall location of the complex is right in the heart of all the action and it’s on the beach. Couldn’t ask for anything more. We had a fantastic time and have already recommended it to our friends. We found a great spot in SPI for our next trip!

A Home Away From Home

The pictures included on Vrbo do not do the place justice. The condo is more spacious than we thought it would be and the view and the entire property are excellent! The condo has everything you need to feel at home, full kitchen, washer and dryer, 2.5 bath, 3 beds, and 3 TVs! The building is super clean and well maintained property. Private beach access and on the main strip, Padre Blvd, walking distance to just about everything. Shopping, dinning, and Padre Fair where the kids enjoyed lots of fun. We already talking about our second visit soon!

Family Vacay 2023

Excellent choice! This condo will not disappoint you. It was very clean and beautiful. The first night was a little hot, but nothing a fan couln't fix. The location provides amazingly stunning views all around. My entire family was very pleased. We had a minor issue upon arrival checking-in, however after contacting the host it was quickly resolved. She was extremely helpful. If you plan on visiting SPI with a group of six or less consider this condo. It's definitely worth it!

We would stay here again

We don’t believe this is a 9 out of 10 property. It’s nice, just not that highly rated from our experience renting beach condos. Check in was a little rough, we were given the wrong code and sweated for 30 minutes awaiting help from the host. A caution, steps to the 2nd floor are short. One sunscreen did not work in the living room (room warmed up in late evening). The hall and laundry room switches are connected in some weird wiring which means we could not turn both off. No street to cross getting to the beach, pool was nice. Great location on South Padre. Have Fun!

Exceeded expectations, Awesome Views !

The location of the condo is the top selling point ! On the back you have views of the bay, in the front you have the Gulf. Its a corner unit so you have a panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico. Also, very close to all activities, we went to Schlitterbahn and it was a 3 minute drive. There is direct beach access which is about a 5 minute walk. The condo itself was also very comfortable. I've come across some rentals that are " put together " but this one has many extras to it. Marble counters / tables, nice restrooms with walk in showers, comfortable beds and linens provided. The only negative is getting to the condo as it sits behind a subset condo. Overall I would love to come back and make it an annual vacation and would recommend to friends/ family!

Great condo view but had minor cons

We had originally asked if we could check in an hour or 2 early since original check in wasn’t until 4, which is late in my opinion. By the time we got to the property, I wasn’t given detailed instructions on where the room was or how to get to our room. I had to call the lady, Monica, for all that information at 4:00 the day of. I would imagine we should’ve been given all that information prior (day before) to check in. Overall, the condo had a great view from the beach and bayside.

Worst management!!!

The condo was overall beautiful. But when there is an issue with the place she doesn’t care. The elevator gave out on the 5th floor she didn’t care and says go ahead and call security. Then we had to sleep downstairs because it wouldn’t get cold upstairs. She says that 74 is perfect for indoors. Yeah okay if you live in South Texas like we do 74 is NOT okay. First day we were there was 78 inside. Then the coldest it got upstairs was 74. The way they got the dryer hose hook up is making the upstairs hot. We had to put a sheet on the doorway of the washroom so the heat wouldn’t escape. We’ve stayed in many condos on the beach and each manager goes out of there way to make the stay the best. This lady doesn’t so beware. I have text to show how much she doesn’t care.

Another great stay!

This was our 2nd time booking the same room and had another great experience. The room is nicely decorated and very clean. The full size kitchen and living from is perfect for a family and the view of the beach from the wrap around balcony was picturesque! Loved it so much we already booked for next year!!

My wife, son, and I stayed 3 nights in this condo. It was awesome. Very clean and everything was as described, no surprises. The location is excellent, within walking distance to everything and very close to the beach. We were very happy with this nice place to stay.

Property is located in a great spot, and was a perfect size for my family of 4 to sleep comfortably. We had all of the basics we would need for our stay. Owner was very responsive with questions and would check in to make sure everything is okay.

Second time at this property

The best part about this property is the location. It is steps from the beach, which means we can go down to the water for a few hours and then come back up to the condo for lunch before heading back to the beach for the afternoon. The convenience is great. The condo itself is fine. There was more than enough room for my family of 5. The main bed and the couch aren't super comfortable, but again, you're paying for the location and view, not five-star accommodations. The kitchen had a lot of stuff available for cooking, eating, and drinking, including a blender for beach drinks. Bring your own paper towels and hand soap. Also, bath soap because all that is available are little hotel-sized bars. Our only issue was the water in the condo was tepid. We could never get it to be hot, which created an issue for showers and washing dishes. Not really something that's a deal-breaker for us. Overall, a nice stay and we'll likely come back next year.
