Cette suite est entièrement contenue. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est arrivé et en profiter. L'historique Phelps Mansion est plein de caractère historique des armoires de cuisine originales aux planchers de bois franc l'unité. Il y a eu beaucoup de mises à jour par le biais du processus de réadaptation et offre de nombreux équipements modernes. Cette unité est un appartement de deux chambres avec de nouveaux lits et matelas Amish Reine très confortable. Situé dans le salon sont deux canapés. L'une est une reine gigogne lit exceptionnellement confortable, le canapé supplémentaire peut être utilisé pour dormir le 7 invité. La cuisine est équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine; vaisselle, argenterie, assiettes, bols, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles de cuisson, cafetière, grille-pain, micro-ondes. (Service pour 6) grand réfrigérateur et cuisinière à gaz. Une connexion Wi-Fi et câble. Grande télévision à écran plat. Parking disponible.

Historic Home in Great Condition

Charming, historic, neat character, and - importantly - in really nice shape. The owners have put a lot into this place. Accommodated our group of 5 well. Would stay here again.

Weekend stay

We enjoyed our weekend in Suite #2. It was a great fit for the four of us - much roomier than sharing one hotel room. It was clean and comfortable and close to downtown and the Luther campus.

This place checks all the boxes!!!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this property! Great location, incredibly clean, comfortable beds, easy parking, well stocked kitchen, and wonderful decor! We were pleasantly surprised by an excellent shower as well! The property owners were very easy to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. It is always nice to come across such hospitable hosts! We will definitely stay here again!!

Clean, nice, walking distance to downtown area.

My friends and I rented out both suites and loved it! There was 12 of us and it was a perfect amount of space. Both suites were very clean, the location is great, and check in/check out was simple.

Cutest house for a great weekend getaway!

We loved this historic home and all of its charm for our adults only weekend away! It was the perfect amount of space for the 6 of us, and the location was close to everything, but on a quiet street in the adorable town of Decorah! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Property was just as photos showed. Lovely bedding, towels, kitchen ware, etc. Convenient for walking downtown or riding to bike trail.

Fantastic!!!

This VRBO was fabulous! Perfectly located close to Luther college and walking distance to downtown Decorah. The check-in process was easy, and Bruce was excellent & quick with communication. We will definitely stay here again. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen, lots of towels, comfortable beds and a wonderful washer & dryer. Also, it was super clean. It’s a very comfortable place to stay, and I highly recommended it!

Exactly what we needed

The space was enough for the 4 of us to sleep comfortably for our annual golf trip to Decorah. One person slept on an air mattress, another slept on one of the couches and two people slept in the separate beds. We could have utilized the sleeper sofa as well, but it wasn't necessary. It was nice to have off street parking.

Awesome location, cozy and super clean apartment! Loved it!

We stayed at Day Street for two nights this past weekend while in town for a Toppling Goliath event. We could not have asked for a better spot. Close to the main street, so we could walk to all the events we had tickets to, and far enough to be quiet and cozy. The apartment was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the place was spotless, and it was just the right amount of space for our group. Plus, I loved the old charm of the place - you could tell someone lovingly renovated it to be more modern, but keeping the old design elements. It was really great. We would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough to win another TG lottery!

Girls trip

Had a wonderful stay here! Smelled like pumpkin spice as we walked to the front door. There was enough room for 4 adult women and all our things for a long weekend. The kitchen was stocked and had a lot of stuff to cook with as far as appliances go. The only downfalls were that there was a lot of little bugs at the front of the property, but seemed to be a thing around town too. Another thing is the manager asked for a drivers license to be sent via text to their personal number and wouldn’t allow it to be sent through the app because they said it wouldn’t go through. So be aware of that if you want to book this place. Super cute town and super responsive to questions. Thanks for a great weekend!

We have spent a great deal of time renovating this wonderful mansion. We have completed the two suites available on the main floor for our nightly rentals. We are extremely excited to finally be able to offer the suites to our guests to enjoy. We both grew up in Decorah and have chose to stay in the area to raise our own family. Decorah is an amazing town and is full of fun and exciting things to do all the time. Decorah residents are very proud of our little town in northeast Iowa, and we really enjoy inviting guests to our little slice of paradise. We are certain you will enjoy your stay.
