Hi Andrew Thank you for sharing. We are disappointed that you felt the supplied sundries were lacking. Rest assure an immediate inventory was initiated by our Quality Control teams and areas found lacking were taken care of. In regards to the hot tub, when you reported it we did not blame the "wind" for the hot tub cover being off but offered an explanation as to why it was off. We did in fact have storms blow through the area just before your arrival. We did experience wind issues in several of our homes ( this is not uncommon in the high country) ranging from shingles blown off, to tub covers blown off to trash cans and deck furniture scattered. I can assure you we inspect every home prior to arrival, many of those inspections are done the day prior to arrival. It was our understanding that the water level was down at or below the jets and in an effort to expedite we simply asked if you could fill the amount blown out, using the water hose located very close to the tub, or wait until our tech arrived to fill it. Our goal was to make that amenity available as quick as possible. Again thank you for sharing and we value all input and use it to provide the very best in a vacation rental experience
