Lorsque vous entrez dans cette charmante cabane, vous vous sentirez transporté dans la pinède. L'intérieur rustique en bois est chaleureux, accueillant et joliment décoré partout. Les deux ponts donnent sur un parcours de golf de jardin, avec un étang et une vue à longue portée sur les montagnes au-delà. Détendez-vous dans le luxueux bain à remous tout en profitant de la vue. Allumez le gril et savourez un repas sur le pont supérieur spacieux. Admirez le coucher du soleil dans votre fauteuil à bascule et laissez le stress fondre dans cette retraite de montagne parfaite.

Cette cabine est idéale pour une famille qui s'évade ou deux familles à partager; il y a deux chambres à l'étage et deux chambres avec une salle familiale en bas. Il y a une chambre King aux deux étages. À l'étage, il y a une suite parentale avec une salle de bain privée, et à travers le couloir est une chambre Queen avec salle de bains attenante qui s'ouvre également sur le couloir. Avec deux lits king size, une reine, deux lits jumeaux et une télévision dans chaque chambre, vous serez à l'aise au moment de prendre votre retraite pour la nuit. Apportez vos DVD préférés - chaque chambre peut les lire. Il y a un Blu-ray sur le grand écran en bas.

La cuisine a des appareils en acier inoxydable et est entièrement équipée avec des articles de cuisine et de service. Profitez de la vue pendant que vous préparez vos repas.

Very nice home and location

This house was the perfect setup for our family of 7. The house was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fire table and the great spaces indoors.Would definitely stay at this home again! The property managers were responsive to our needs and requests.

Went to visit Boone and Sugar Mountain for my kids to see snow for the first time. The location was tucked away between both making it convenient and relaxing. Well maintained and a beautiful location. Would stay again.

Happy With Happy Roost

A great place to stay!! The property was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of room for all 7 of us to stay. It is easy to access, even though on a steep driveway and centrally located. We will definitely be back!!!

Our family vacation

Everything was wondering the only exception was the comfort of the beds all beds were hard I wish they had an extra outside garbage can. Overall was very pleasant and satisfying we definitely would recommend it to our friends and family.

Four Happy Roosters

Four of us went to the Boone area to play golf for 5 days and A Happy Roost was central to all the places we played at. The place was well kept and furnished. Hot tub was great to have after a round of golf. Unfortunately the weather didn't fully cooperate, but we found the card table and the Breweries around the area. We really had a great time there,.

Ski Trip to Beech Mountain

Location was GREAT. We were only 30 mins from Sugar and Beech Mountain and about 15 minutes from Boone. The house was perfect size for 4 adults and 3 teens and plenty of room to spread out. The house was clean, furniture was well kept and also came with a hot tub that was perfect after a long day on the slopes. The rental company was great of accommodating our request to move up our vacation due to weather. I think we found our yearly rental for our ski trips!!

My Experience

The experience was great. I got to enjoy some time with my family. The home was beautiful and had lots of space. The only downside of the experience was that the hot tub was cloudy and had dirt on the bottom so we didn't get to enjoy as we hoped. I wished something was left so we could clean the hot tub.

LOVE this home!!

We were lucky enough to be able to rent A Happy Roost for our youngest son’s graduation from Appalachian on December 16. What a wonderful home! It’s actually even more charming and lovely than it looks in the photos! We had more than enough room for me, my husband and our two older children, and we were able to bring our little Pug with us too since it’s pet friendly (he loved the house too!). Location to App State campus was great - a quick 7-8 minute drive to the Convocation Center for the ceremony, and the house is on a very quiet street that’s tucked away in a lovely neighborhood. House was immaculately clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was THE BEST!! Such an added bonus and such a treat! We enjoyed the hot tub both nights of our stay, and it was so fun to be toasty warm and relaxed in the tub, even though it was freezing and windy outside! The house was cozy and spacious and we just loved it. A Happy Roost indeed! Would definitely love to stay here again!

Graet property but the worst customer service ever

The house was just wonderful. It was very well equipped and comfortable. The rooms were perfect and the beds were great. The kitchen had a lot of things. We spent Christmas Eve at the house and it was great. We had the opportunity of seeing snow on Christmas Eve day. Unfortunately, because of the snow and the ice the car got stuck for 2 days and a half and even though we call the Administrators Blue Ridge Rentals more than 6 times in those days, they kept saying that they were going to send someone to help us and remove the ice on the hill ... but that never happened. Long story short ... we had to pay ubers to go around the city and to go to ski ... and even to go to the supermarket. We left the house today in the morning and still they didn’t send anyone or call us to follow up. This is what I called the worst service ever. We regret we stayed with Blue Ridge Rentals.

Nice accommodations, not great location for hiking

The house was fine, plenty of room for two couples. The kitchen had all the basic necessities, it's a bit small with the table in the middle of it but there isn't anywhere else to put the table. We called it a "One Butt" kitchen. The hot tub was awesome and used almost daily. There was a man working on the house one day which caught me by surprise when I opened the front door. Alerting me ahead of time would have been appreciated. The pictures show some of a golf course which lead me to believe there was a yard to this course. There is NO yard which was unfortunate since I had a dog with me. This caused many trips up the steep gravel road to a neighboring townhome development for their relief. The house is not by much so you are driving 20-30 minutes to Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and Banner Elk. We frequented these places almost daily for our hikes. It is about 5 minutes from Valle Crucis, a cute town with an old General Store and great family/dog park.
