3 chambres deux salles de bain à pied de Long Beach et Good Harbor Beach

Acheté en octobre 2016, veuillez profiter de notre maison rénovée de 3 chambres, deux salles de bain, il peut accueillir confortablement 7 personnes, avec 2) chambres queen size et une chambre avec lits superposés et un lit gigogne. Il y a de la place pour une personne supplémentaire sur notre canapé. Les deux salles de bain complètes ont été rénovées, l'une dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et l'autre d'un combo baignoire / douche. Il y a aussi une douche extérieure pour votre usage après le retour de la plage.
Notre maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert pour la cuisine et le salon, avec puits de lumière. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse avec votre café du matin ou votre dîner et des boissons. Il y a aussi une buanderie hors de la cuisine avec une laveuse et une sécheuse pour votre commodité.

Les équipements supplémentaires incluent deux téléviseurs intelligents de 55 pouces, un dans la chambre et un dans le salon (l'utilisation doit utiliser votre compte Netflix), une Xbox 1 (veuillez apporter vos propres jeux), le WIFI, la télévision par câble, un grill extérieur et des meubles de patio . Tous les draps et serviettes sont inclus.

Il est à quelques pas de Long Beach de notre maison (moins de 5 minutes) et à seulement 10 minutes à pied de Good Harbor Beach si vous cherchez un changement de décor.
La maison offre également de nombreuses places de parking.

Le célèbre Bear Skin Neck de Rockport, avec toutes les galeries d'art, la nourriture et les magasins dont vous pouvez profiter, est une balade à vélo ou un voyage rapide en voiture au centre-ville (à moins de 5 km).

Pendant les mois d'été, nous louons du samedi au samedi, avec un minimum de 7 nuits.

Weekend getaway

The place was wonderful, with a perfect location between Rockport and Gloucester and close to the beach. My family enjoyed our stay there immensely. There are many windows in the house, which was great as there is no air conditioning, but a good few of the screens had holes. Anne was a great host and very communicative.

Family Beach Vacation

Perfect family beach vacation home. Walkable to our favorite beach (Good Harbor). Lots of space and fresh air. We were fortunate to enjoy perfect weather. However, if hot and humid, without a/c the home may have been uncomfortable. Short walk to beach but no side walks on the main road was a bit concerning. We managed with shuttling and to and from beach with driver parking on site and walking back to beach. We had a fabulous time.

Great family stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very communicative prior to our arrival, and answered questions quickly along the way. The house was within walking distance of the beach which my kids loved very much! It was clean, plenty of great light and amazing windows to capture the breeze each day. We would not hesitate to return!

beach time fun with family

This property is an ideal location for Long Beach, good harbor beach and Rockport. The outside shower was great for wash off after the beach. Cool shaded and breezy backyard patio area. Nice living space and perfect for a getaway. Loved our time there. Everything was nearby

Good house and location close to beach as advertised. House was clean and private. Suggest window treatments in living room windows. Overall, good stay on a short notice. We had a great time in Rockport/Gloucester.

Wonderful home

This is a perfect home for a family. The house is spacious and clean. The yard is beautiful and easy parking. The walk to the closest beach is 5 minutes. Ice cream and great pizza right at the corner. Downtown Rockport is minutes away. Downtown Gloucester is about 10 minutes away. Perfect location. Can't wait to stay again

Great for a family

The setup of the house worked very well for our family with the master bedroom and full bath on one end and a bunk room, queen bedroom, and full bath on the other end. The open living room, dining, and kitchen area made entertaining easy. The house had plenty of linens, towels, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The best part was that it was a short walk to the beautiful Lond Beach. We has great weather and lots of fun in the sun and ocean.

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful stay at this property. It was everything we needed. Location was great. Near quite a few attractions and grocery store just down the road. The owner was very prompt with communication and self check-in was great! Only issue and really wasnt that big was the place was tidy...but could've used a little additional care. The throw pillows on the couch are stained up and need to be replaced. Also the bathtub in one of the bathrooms drains very slow. But honestly these issues didn't put a damper on our stay.

Perfect space and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again. The space was perfect for our family. My husband & I and our three adult daughters & their partners found the bedrooms very comfortable. The open concept kitchen/living room/dining room was perfect for visiting and relaxing together. We were able to walk to both Long Beach and Good Harbor. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and eating outside. The house and the yard were even nicer than the in the pictures. Thank you for a wonderful place to have our vacation!

Great Home

We booked the home for 2 adult couples and this was a great choice! The home looked amazing and was very cozy with the divided floor plan. The host made us feel at home with quick communications back and forth with questions we had. The cleaning crew will need to do some work because there was dust and cob webs throughout the home but still very presentable. Overall I would definitely recommend booking this home and would do it again for our family in a heartbeat.

We went to Boston to visit our daughter and her husband. We really enjoyed our visit. Next time we go up we will stay here again. Too cold for the water and the beach thou! But that was ok we had nice family quality time. Family game nights and dinners. The host went over and beyond by sending new pots and pans to the house for us to use. Very much appreciated!

The house was lovely and in a nice locale. The only thing we found difficult to manage were all the steps up and down from the bedrooms. One person in the group has vision issues. But the hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

Great space inside and out

The house has great space, the main living has the kitchen open to the family room with vaulted ceilings and sky lights, a really nice area. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bedrooms are separated nicely too, the main bed and bath are on one side and two other bedrooms on the other. The yard is great, we had a extended family pizza party and everyone sat at the tables out back, the kids used the big side yard to play football and cornhole. The owner was super friendly and very responsive to any questions we had. The location is really great, very close to Surfside (pizza/ice cream/lobster rolls) and Good Harbor and Long Beaches. The only downfall, to no fault of the rental, is the busy street with no sidewalks that has to be navigated to get anywhere. Overall we had a great week at this house!

Great location

This is a great house in a really great location. Only a few minutes walk to Long Beach, a great sandwich/pizza/ice cream shop, and only a few more minutes to Good Harbor. The house was great but small for our group of 7. The 3rd bedroom that has 3 beds is really small, if you pull out the lower bed there is no room for bags or to walk, one of my kids ended up sleeping on the couch. There is no air conditioning, which most places don't have, but since there are no blinds on the windows in the main room it got really hot during the day. Overall this was a great house but I would say no more than 6 people.

Location Good But…

A good location for getting either to Gloucester or Rockport. But walking to the beach is hazardous No sidewalks no shoulder. It is however an easy and short ride. Beautiful Beach. The house sleeps 8 but only if two people sleep on the curved leather sofa. Enough room for six Would be a better description. The third shower is an outside shower not enclosed and cold only! The house was very HOT no air the fans provided were very dirty as was the house. Some windows didn’t open well and the living room has no blinds or privacy.I would recommend a new house cleaning service.

Family Reunion and Beach Get-a-way

We had a short vacation here last week. Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal, we had only one beach day! The property location is ideal for the beach, grocery shopping, and ice cream dessert after dinner. We purchased lobsters directly off the boat in Gloucester, and prepared them ourselves for a seafood feast with steamed clams from Turner's Seafood. The kitchen/great room configuration is seamless for conversation and dining. The light that streams into the house from the windows and skylights is delightful on a sunny day. The kitchen is chock full of essentials, but is very disorganized, with plates and silverware located in cupboards and drawers which are not adjacent to each other. We ate some of our meals outside on the patio, facing the immense rock formation above. This was also a peaceful place for daily yoga practice. The washer and dryer were a most welcome amenity. We found the house very accommodating for 5 adults, all over 65.

Our house, set back from the road, is secluded from surrounding properties in the back by a large rock wall, and a privacy hedge in front. My children love climbing here, and it offers privacy while you are using the yard. I love tho, that the house is so centrally located that you can just walk to the beach, or drive to the shops.
