Summary:

This popular vacation condo has an excellent view of the ocean, and of the gorgeous resort grounds. The resort has 4 swimming pools, swim up bar, restaurants, beautiful walking paths, beach volleyball, putting greens, and community BBQ grills. The resort is located smack in the middle of the most popular tourist area in the entire town called "Sandy Beach" with many restaurants, nightclubs and shops within walking distance.



The Space:

The balcony is everyones favorite part of the condo for enjoying views, and ocean breezes! This condo has a nice big kitchen and open space to the dining room and living room. Comfortable seating for all the guests, and a nice TV area. The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, sparkling clean and have nice window coverings. The condo has 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room.

This was a very clean and comfortable stay. The condo was beautifully decorated and conveniently comfortable for those travels from far places. I loved all the pools especially the pool in front of the beach. I got a chance to play mini golf so that added activity was nice! Thank you!

Property is beautiful the only take away is that the walk to the beach is difficult for us (elder adults) also the restaurant La Jolla is not open every day, the check in process is ok although I think they can be more flexible for people arriving before 4pm.

Thank you for your positive feedback on the property’s beauty—we truly appreciate it. We apologize for any difficulty with the 5-minute walk to the beach. It features paved walkways for most of the way, though the final stretch to the ocean’s edge is over sand. The resort is exploring services to improve accessibility. Please note that La Jolla restaurant is managed by a separate company, beyond our control—our apologies for any inconvenience. Check-in is at 4pm to give our cleaning team time to prepare the condo meticulously after prior guests depart at 11am that day. We look forward to welcoming you back soon!

We spent a few days down in Puerto Penasco last week and really enjoyed our time at the condo. The property team was great to work with and check-in and communication was top tier. Condo was spotless and the views and resort were fantastic as well.Thanks for a great stay.
