1736 Ensenada Cinco est un magnifique paradis tropical de quatre chambres à coucher et trois salles de bains situé devant le golfe. Cette maison immaculée a été conçue pour recevoir! Profitez de cette oasis tropicale luxuriante sur la magnifique plage de Pensacola.

Les fenêtres couvrent la majeure partie de la maison faisant face au golfe et offrent une vue imprenable sur le sable blanc immaculé de la plage de Pensacola. La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont ouverts et idéaux pour se divertir. Il y a un total de trois chambres king dont deux avec salle de bain privée. The garage was full of everything you would need for the beach! Bring ice... the ice makers are very slow. We were able to have groceries delivered from Walmart! You will never want to leave!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation was great, the rental had quite a few quirks. Interior doors that wouldn't latch others that would get stuck and tap the Littles. Also the floor is very unlevel, only one sliding door functions and overall the house is antiquated.....I guess nothing out of the ordinary for the age or was built, just figured they would take care of the smaller easy fixes. On another note location is great, lot size and house size are great as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great beach house as close as you can get to the beach. Lots of space for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. Fantastic views from inside and out. Loved the open plan from kitchen to dining to living area. Extra fridge in the garage and no carpet in the living area were plusses. Enjoyed a rainy day at the Naval Aviation Museum and always a trip to Joe Patti's. First rental we’ve found that we are repeating next year.

Great location. Needs some significant cleaning.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, I wanted to reach out to you guys about the house I rented on Sept 13-18th. We are expected to pay $400 for a cleaning fee. However, the house was very much not clean. There was black thick dust and mold around almost all of the vents, the dishes were not clean, and there were dead bugs on the floor in some of the rooms. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived, and some of the pans we used from under the stove had food on them. I have pictures and videos of all of these things. The location of the property was perfect. The condition not so much.

Amazing Views From a Near-Perfect Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed several times in this wonderful, spacious beach house. The views beat any other rental that we have occupied over the last 35 years vacationing in Pensacola Beach. Our stay this year was marred only by the condition of the bunk bed room. The room stays significantly warmer than the rest of the house, the full-size mattress is warped, and the left bunk is not structurally sound. Our guests ended up sleeping on the floor.

Life is Great on the Lido Deck!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a truly beautiful home sited directly on an absolutely unbeatable stretch of Pensacola Beach. The home has a large deck (we called it The Lido Deck) overlooking the Gulf that became the gathering place for all our guests. Cannot recommend this home enough for large groups seeking to get together on the Emerald Coast.

Another great year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third year in a row to stay. Property location and space once again or grade. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The bottom two bedrooms were very humid and damp and there were signs of water intrusion in certain locations. I think this needs to be investigated to make sure there’s not a mold issue. Also saw some black matter around some of the supply vents.

The house offered phenomenal views of the gulf with ample room to accommodate our family. But because of the limited bathrooms and the way the beds were situated it was a little less favorable for sleeping. Also the windows in the two lower bedrooms leaked causing a damp musty odor. The rental agency was extremely accommodating.

Great location and so close to the beach.

Great location - 20 minutes or less to just about anything you’ll need. I was pleasantly surprised how close the house is to the beach/water - very convenient and made for great views of the ocean with all the amazing windows. The house interior is a bit dated and could use some basic maintenance in a few spots, but the layout is great. There was so much space for people and all their belongings. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The AC and internet both worked well too. Overall our group would stay here again. I would’ve given it a 4.5 overall if VRBO had the option.

Love Being on the Beach

We loved the huge windows with the view of the ocean. The screened in porch was really nice too. It was nice to sit in, out of the wind and also to leave towels, beach toys in. It was a very short walk to the beach.

Great location with some areas for improvement

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 13 stayed here for our annual family vacation. Location:The location is pretty amazing. We were right on the water and located just far enough away from the crowds to make the beach experience calm and comfortable. Any needs were at most a 15 minute drive away. House:The bedrooms were clean when we arrived. The common areas (living, dining, and screened in deck) were dirty but a little cleaning on our end made everything fine. The common area is a large space that was comfortable for everyone to lounge around. The pictures make the living room seem smaller than reality. We had some issues with the electrical early on that was fixed by the next day. Some outlets and switches either don't work or connect to something that we could not figure out.The beds were probably the biggest room for growth in this home. Simply put, they aren't comfortable. The mattresses are springy and the box springs are very noisy when you inevitably shift in bed. By the third day, the majority of us were sleeping on the floor in some fashion. Property management:Paradise Beach Homes were amazing. They were attentive when we needed support and even gave us a little goody bag when we checked in. The people we worked with were very nice and willing to assist us. The only piece of feedback for convenience would either be a later check out time or earlier check-in time. Since check-in is after 5pm and check out is before 10 am, you feel like you've lost at least a day of vacation value.Overall:House is in an amazing location that is big enough to comfortably fit a large family. Some serious consideration should be made towards updating the beds. I don't think I'd recommend this home as others may not be happy with doing some pre-cleaning or the sleeping situation, but I would recommend working with the property management company Paradise Beach Homes.

Pleased with access to beach!

The layout of the house was beautiful. Access to the beach couldn’t get any better with privacy. But I have to mention that for the price we paid I would think the furniture should have been in better condition. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work. The downstairs AC stopped working on two occasions. Repairman came out twice and on the second time he found the sir filters needed changing. That fixed the problem. The downstairs bunk room had trash and food in the drawers. For some reason the second bedroom fan light on top floor kept blinking and the downstairs twin bed room lamp did the same thing. Almost like a short. Unplugged lamp. Was very pleased with the location on the beach.
