Fabulous house. Lots of space and very clean. Pool was amazing. Spent many hours swimming and relaxing. Kitchen space was large and bright. Host quickly responded to any questions. Would 100% recommend and would book again if we came back with a group.

The property was perfect. We were a group of 10 meeting to celebrate a birthday. Everyone in the geoup loved the house, garden and pool. The property managers and everyone we encountered (including the gardener) was pleasant and helpful! Would highly recommend this property for group/family vacations! 10/10

Villa was wonderful had everything we needed great location plenty of fantastic restaurants nearby the host was very accommodating we had an early flight and got straight into the villa,Nice walk down to the beach very steep back but lots of Ubers aboutPool was fantastic we spent the whole week in it, We had a fantastic time.

We had a wonderful holiday with our family of 12Everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. Everyone enjoyed the pool. Lovely and deep at the deep end .plenty of floats for the children. The only thing for me is I wished the pillows on the bed were more comfortable and needed at least 4 per bed ..however it did not spoil our holiday. Thank you very much for the use of your property.

Pool was lovely, beds comfortable, air conditioning was great. Kids loves the swing.All kitchen equipment and barbecue was helpful and even the small drawer with bits and bobs came in handy to. The staff were very accommodating also. Portugal is a beautiful country, no doubt will be visiting again .

Just returned from a wonderful family holiday staying at this excellent Villa.The owner, cleaning staff and property manager were all extremely friendly and professional.We were a group of 7 adults and 4 small children and the Villa was perfect for our needs.We were extremely grateful to have a fence round the pool.The children played for hours in the shallow end.Everything we needed was provided in the Villa. My husband and I ( grandparents) loved being able to escape to the Cottage in the evening! All in all we highly recommend the Villa and beautiful Carvoeiro.

Everything was just perfect.The accommodation really well equipped. The bedrooms large with beautiful bathrooms. The beds comfortable. The pool is large but we were glad to pay extra for heating of it.

Lovely place, thoroughly enjoyed our family holiday (13 of us) steep hill down to the beach and town if anyone has mobility issues. We had a hire car so didn't affect us. Close to all amenities, the property had everything we needed. Friendly cleaning team, highly recommend

Wonderful property. Rens, the owner was a delight to deal with, always very responsive, flexible and gracious. Remco the property manager was also excellent. The property is well positioned to the town square by the beach. Could not have hoped for a better place to stay.

Had a fantastic week here! Beds are huge, rooms big .Both Villa and pool were very clean, facilities at the Villa were excellent especially the table tennis table which got lots of use!Hosts very welcoming including being happy to store our luggage as we had arrived earlier than expected. Lovely 10/15 minute walk into carvoeiro but the euro taxi back up the hill was too tempting on many hot occasions!

Beautiful Villa great communication with the owner and managers and cleaners. 10 of us 6 adults 4 children. The villa was perfect. large warm swimming pool with child friendly shallow end, table tennis and pool items for the kids. Plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses etc. 10 minute walk downhill to plenty of bars and restaurants although its steep for coming back, however plenty of cabs around for about 5 euros. All in all a fabulous villa close to all amenities. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Casa do Barao. We went as a family of 8 adults and one year old. All four double bedrooms were en-suite and with air conditioning. We don’t use the out house but it has two more bedrooms, a lounge, a kitchen and bathroom.A large kitchen with island unit and sitting area although we mainly sat outside near the pool. We used the bbq once and sat at the table outside to eat.Great location as only a 10 minute walk downhill to the centre of Carvoeiro and a bit of a steep climb back up.The pool was great with a fence around so safe for our granddaughter and an area to sit in shallow water and a slope to the deeper part of the pool. Lots of pool toys for children to play with.The hosts were really helpful and we communicated via What’s app.Thank you for a fantastic stay at your villa.

What an amazing villa, we visited for a family 50th Birthday celabration with a mix of children and young and older adults. The villa has everything you need. Air con in all the main villa bedrooms, and a great mix of sun and shade seating areas outside were a lovely balance. Rens comunication was exceptional. A great break and would love to come back again in the future.

Fantastic Villa with a wonderful manager

Stayed here with my extended family and everything was just wonderful - the owner and manager were easy to talk to and fixed a minor issue we had very quickly.The villa is set out perfectly with a large covered terrace and lovely warm swimming pool

An excellent family friendly property, we all loved the pool, couldn’t keep the kids out of it. The gardens were also lovely and gave a nice backdrop to the villa. The availability of Uber and local taxis were a great help as the walk back from town, up hill, was too much for some of our party.

This is a beautiful property. The main villa has 4 bedrooms and the annex has 2 bedrooms. This was perfect for our family. The location was brilliant with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.Back at the property, the pool was cleaned regularly and the garden was maintained by a gardener who we also saw regularly. The Owner was a great communicate and so too was the property manager. We had the most enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

Great Stay

Spacious villa with everything we needed. Good location with just a 10 minute walk to the town centre. Steep climb back up but taxi’s are plentiful and a very reasonable cost. Plenty of restaurants and bars to suit all. Overall a great family holiday that we all enjoyed.

The family had a nice relaxing time at the Villa. The shallow part of the pool is ideal for young children whilst the deep part is suitable for swimming.

Great place to stay

The villa stands in a very good location with a 15 minute walk (but coming home its wise to get a taxi as they are cheap and it is quite a steep hill climb going back) to the centre of Carvoeiro. There are plenty of restaurants and Bars to cater for all . The 6 bed villa has everything you need and it is modern and clean.
