We had a wonderful time in this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. It was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, and so relaxing listening to the sea. (And the sea was v warm for an October swim!) Definitely recommend.

Clean, tidy, comfortable apartment with Sea views, perfect location. Highly recommended.

The apartment was easy to find and located on the first floor with 2 other apartments on the landing. It had a lovely sunny Sea facing balcony with cushions for the sun loungers. The apartment had everything we wanted with the owners kindly leaving us supplies of tea, coffee, milk, butter, bread, cookies and which was very thoughtful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept really well as the bedroom felt light and airy and had a 2nd balcony facing towards the road. The bathroom was decorated very tastefully and had a wonderful shower which worked well and good lighting provided in the bathroom mirror. The kitchen was a good design and had everything we needed, although we did eat out every night and a dishwasher was also provided. There is a Co-op just 5 mins down the road and a Piano bar and pizza wagon which visited on Friday right by the apartment. Very many places of interest to visit and worth joining the National Trust and English Heritage to take advantage of the favourable membership terms., (We have been members for years). Highly recommended for a comfortable stay for 2. We would love to come back as it felt like a home from home. Thank you very much Karen and Robbie, highly recommended apartment.

We have been visiting the Isle Of Wight for many years but this was our first time staying in Freshwater Bay. Wow, what a find this apartment was, it was everything and more than we had hoped for. Waking up every morning to the sound of the sea and being able to enjoy breakfast on the balcony was absolutely wonderful, we loved it so much we are already planning on a return visit next year. Karen was a wonderful host, excellent communication and some thoughtful welcome gifts upon our arrival. We cannot wait to come back!

Lovely apartment in beautiful location

This lovely apartment was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. It enjoys spectacular views of Freshwater Bay. Early morning cup of tea on the balcony watching swimmers and paddle boarders was a real pleasure. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage space in the bedroom. Karen the owner was very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat. She responded quickly to all of my questions and queries. This was a super place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

October stay

We adored this property - location is absoutely breathtaking and so easy to sit and eat or rest on the balcony overlooking the sea. The flat contains everything needed and to a very high standard indeed. An additional plus is that the owners keep a close eye and are approachable and kind when help is needed. What's not to love? We really hope to go back one day in the Spring/Summer for longer swimming than we could manage on 10th October!
