The holiday home is located on the seafront and a few meters from the sandy beach.



It has a large terrace with a dining area and a beautiful saltwater swimming poo. The ground floor consists of an en suite bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, with a large window opening onto the terrace and saltwater swimming pool, which offers beautiful views of the sea. Upstairs we find a beautiful bedroom with fabulous views and an en suite bathroom. The perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea and the whole island.

The impressive coastal town of Son Serra de Marina is part of the municipality of Santa Margalida. Although it is one of the most popular areas of the island for wave lovers, this small resort is little known and attracts lovers of surfing and adventure sports. It's a small fishing town with few tourists and locals in a family atmosphere. You will find basic services such as some restaurants, shops, a pharmacy and a municipal library. The nearby beach, about 400 meters long, offers coarse-grained sand, rocks and shallow crystalline waters. A short distance away you will find other natural beaches such as “Son Real” beach and in the opposite direction “Sa Canova”. Son Serra de Marina is the ideal place for nature lovers and those looking to relax.
