L'appartement est situé dans le centre historique de Trapani et est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'un séjour exclusif. Il possède un grand balcon panoramique depuis lequel vous pourrez être enchanté par la vue sur les levers et les couchers de soleil sur la mer. L'appartement est idéal pour les familles, les couples et les amis et peut satisfaire les besoins des voyageurs les plus exigeants. L'appartement est sur un étage et se compose de trois chambres à coucher, un salon, une salle de bain, une cuisine équipée et un grand balcon panoramique. La maison est parfaitement utilisable même par les personnes voyageant avec des enfants: elle offre en effet la possibilité d'ajouter un lit bébé ou un lit bébé.
Nous avons pris en compte non seulement l'aspect fonctionnel, mais également l'aspect sicilien, la tradition et le souci du détail.

The apartment is of high spek. Cleanliness and facilities. The hosts are absolutely wonderful people. There is a balcony to sit on and enjoy. Facilities are nearby such as shops and restaurants. Parking is not on site however I would recommend parking free in piazza Vincenzo and next to the large police station parking on white lines. Be careful to look for white lines and not restricted zones..You are right in front of a lovely beach and close to many amenities. We have been to this apartment twice and have thoroughly enjoyed our stays. Thank you very much. You will have a wonderful stay

This beautiful apartment on the sea is beyond anything that can be captured in photos. It’s truly a palace and a gem. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The family is the most gracious host. It felt like staying with family. They have thought of every need, and are super great at ensuring you have the best time. We would happily return and can’t recommend this place enough. The patio is the best! Making dinner and enjoying the sunset = 10/10. Do not hesitate to book! Grazie!!!!

Exceptional stay! Great location, beautiful sunset views from the private balcony, and nicely updated apartment that maintains its 18th century charm. Property owner (Vincenzo) treated us like old friends. It is clear that he loves showcasing the Trapani area. Easy walk to the ferry terminal for a day trip to Favignana and a 10 min drive to Erice lift terminal. Do not hesitate on this one.

Our stay at the apartment was absolutely beautiful with the view of the ocean with coffee each morning. Our host were super friendly and very helpful and provided us with helpful tips to visit the city throughout our stay. I highly recommend this place to stay and enjoy the city.

If there was a family that should teach a course in hospitality, it is these hosts! From the time you are greeted by the hosts, you are no just guests but "family". The apartment is large and the views from the balcony are fabulous! As a matter of fact our only regret was that we were not there longer. The location is perfect, but it is the hosts that make the stay exceptional. They stock the kitchen with supplies to get you started and even give you samples of the olive oil the family produces when you leave. I can not say enough of how wonderful this stay was. Book it! Yo will not regret it!!!

Hosts were very welcoming and generous. The house is like a villa by the sea. Beautiful sea view. The place is very spacious and clean. It is beautifully decorated with marble and tiles. The family is amazing and very friendly. They had coffee, tea, water, juice, milk (plant based also), bread, etc. There are many great eateries nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Vincenzo was the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. He welcomed us and told us all about the apartment and Trapani. Where to go what to see. Such a lovely guy. What can I say about the apartment. The photos hardly do it justice. From the moment you turn the key in Via Garibaldi and enter the sanctuary of the inner courtyard - it is an oasis of calm and quiet amidst the hustle and bustle outside. The courtyard has a Moroccan feel with old stairs leading up to the apartment. The apartment itself is very grand. A long open sided corridor leads down past the three large bedrooms and one bathroom to the opulent living room. On into the old entrance and the kitchen past another larger bathroom. The well equipped and spacious kitchen lets onto a large balcony with breathtaking views that sweep the whole length of the bay. Stunning.Vincenzo and his lovely family live downstairs and his cleaner Maria keeps the apartment spotless. The beds are big and comfortable, the bathrooms generously furnished with towels and gels. Vincenzo left a welcome hamper with his own olive oil, salt from the nearby salt pans, fruit, bread and a fridge full of milk, juices and more. So generous!We spent two weeks in this apartment and it was a huge wrench to leave. A fabulous apartment at a very reasonable price.Trapani was a fabulous base from which to explore Palermo, Erice, the Islands, the salt pans at Nubia and the archaeological splendours of Segesta. The property was beautiful and everything we hoped it would be. The water is sparkling clear. Our hosts were very helpful and provided a lot of information. Great View,Huge Apartment, Gracious Host

The apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and was very comfortable. Parking was a little bit of a problem but host made it easy. Take a trip to Erice and you will truly be in a medieval village. It is worth the 30 min drive from Tripani.

The beautiful apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The view of the sea from the balcony is great as is the apartment’s location in the heart of Trapani with beach, restaurants, bars and shops all close by. Our host Vincenzo was superb, supplying us with information on anything and everthing. Nothing was too much trouble. If you want a classy apartment in Trapani, book this one!

Beautiful Authentic Heritage Stay

Trapani was one of our favorite spots in Sicily specifically because of this gorgeous apartment, the location and also our host Vincenzo. He was so helpful and thoughtful with providing many special 'gifts' and extras in the kitchen. The photos do not even do this place justice as it was very large and an absolutely beautiful completely refurbished old palace. A very special place indeed.

Excellent accommodation

Central accommodation in the town close to beach. Parking has to be in free zone not close to apartment. However once you get use to where to leave the car it's easy. Look for white lines and no lines and it's free. The apartment is fantastic it has two bathrooms not one and it is high speck. Fantastic location and very clean. Lovely lovely

Unparalleled hospitality

Vincenzo and his family are by far the kindest and most generous hosts whose home we’ve stayed in. He offered us everything we could need to get settled, as well as oil, pasta, and wine that his family produces. The apartment is beautifully restored and centrally located. From my first correspondence with Vincenzo to the last, we just knew we were in EXCELLENT hands and would be well taken care of. Talk about an above and beyond host! Vincenzo and his family thought of everything and MORE. The level of thoughtfulness is something I have never experienced before. Talk about warm, kind, caring and hospitable people.
