Ce fabuleux condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain offre une vue spectaculaire sur la rivière Comal et Schlitterbahn. Lits pour 4 personnes, mais si vous souhaitez amener 2 personnes supplémentaires qui ne craignent pas de dormir sur un matelas pneumatique, le condo peut accueillir 6 personnes max. La chambre principale a un lit King et une salle de bain privée, ainsi qu'une télévision. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits jumeaux. Oubliez ces canapés-lits inconfortables, ce condo offre plutôt un matelas pneumatique rehaussé de qualité supérieure qui peut être posé là où cela vous convient le mieux! Il y a un deuxième bain situé dans le couloir. Cuisine fraîchement refaite avec de nouveaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et de nouveaux comptoirs en granit coulent dans le salon ouvert. Cette zone commune accueillante offre une vue magnifique sur la rivière Comal! Toutes les chambres et salles de bains sont équipées de draps de haute qualité.

Ce condo a un accès direct à la rivière. Sautez dans votre tube et profitez de la journée. Vous n'êtes autorisé à avoir que deux véhicules dans cet établissement. Marchez jusqu'au Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn et au centre-ville. La pourvoirie de métro la plus proche de ce condo est Comal River Toobs qui est à 0,2 km. Ce condo est au deuxième étage et ne possède pas d'ascenseur. Les clients doivent être âgés de 25 ans ou plus pour effectuer une réservation et doivent séjourner dans l'établissement. Les clients auront droit à 2 véhicules sur place avec laissez-passer de stationnement et 6 bracelets (montant maximum autorisé). Ce condo a une occupation maximale de 6 personnes. Cette occupation maximale ne doit être dépassée à aucun moment. Aucun invité pendant la journée n'est autorisé. Nous gérons également l'unité 303 juste à côté si vous avez 12 invités ces 2 condos sont parfaits pour votre groupe!

Le HOA du complexe avait établi des politiques pour s'assurer que tout le monde séjournant dans le complexe puisse passer un merveilleux moment. En raison de son emplacement fabuleux, nous pouvons avoir des problèmes avec les intrus. Les agents de sécurité sur place sont là pour s'assurer que seuls les locataires utilisent le terrain et que les clients se garent dans les bonnes places de stationnement. Veuillez ne pas être offensé par les politiques concernant les bracelets et les laissez-passer de stationnement, ils sont vraiment là pour vous assurer un moment fabuleux!

Great place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming for many years and while floating the river in previous years we have always admired these condos. They lived up to the admiration! Perfect location with great accommodations. Will be staying here again. My college daughter and her friend floated the tube shoot, got out had a snack and then finished the float. No need to pack a bunch of stuff to the river. Security at night was nice too.

Great River Escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to this group of condos many times though it was our first time in this particular condo. We ALWAYS have a great time here. The views are amazing, there’s great green space to hang out, shallow spots and stairs great for kids and just hanging in the river plus you can do a short float from one end of the property to the next which again, is great for the kiddos. This condo was very nice, clean and comfortable!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, however....Residents can be obnoxious in regards to security. We all had wristbands but still felt harassed by their micromanagement of the property. Perhaps they need their own vacation away from the area on Summer weekends when condos are rented by guestd.

Good location for short float

Jump in and float slowly for about an hour and 20 minutes then a 15 minute walk back. Clean property. A few issues like broken chair, slow draining water and no patio chairs, struggled with getting living room TV to work, but made owner aware of some of these. Nice to have barbecue pits to use with picnic tables. Overall, a good stay.

Perfect for my family of 6

The location is perfect. Just a bit down from tube shoot. We went all the way down the river and walked back. It was an easy walk even carrying tubes. The condo was extremely well kept. Plenty of room and I like that the master bedroom is tucked away a bit in the back of the condo. It was my husband and I and 4 kids (all teenagers). They could watch TV &/or play board games at night while my husband and I got some much needed rest. The outside was just as nice, very well kept grounds with picnic tables, grills, and steps into the river. We went with another family that also rented a separate condo at same place. We all plan on booking next year. Also, the manager of the condo was always in-touch and updating us on info.

Perfect location on the Comal

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was beautiful with comfy furniture and mattresses. The location on the Comal was perfect. We floated two days and would stop off at the condo for lunch and then continued floating the river. There are spots on the river where you can just stand and enjoy the water. The water is very low right now but still very enjoyable. The condo needs a better can opener. LOL! The little one there is pretty hard to use. But the kitchen had everything else we needed. The dishwasher doesn't seem to be working. I did a load of dishes and they didn't get very clean so I don't know what it needs. There are plenty of restaurants near by and grocery stores and we were able to walk to a tube rental business. I will definitely be staying here again!

4th of July on the Comal

My family enjoyed the 4th of july weekend at this property. The view of the comal is great and we enjoyed watching the deer. We could also walk to the nearest tube outfitter who dropped us up the river for a float. There is a back entrance to schliterbaun directly across the river, but you would have to already have your passes to get in. The river out front of the condo was deep for the smaller kids, but they enjoyed jumping in and swimming back to shore. It would be helpful to have a way to tie up your tube if you wanted to just float at the condo. Overall the condo was as described. We did utilize the air mattress which was nice, but took up a lot of the living room. The sofa needs to be replaced as the pillows dont quite sit right and the pull out couch is broken. We also had a major issue with the freezer. Somehow the settings were such that the ice maker froze over and we needed to bring our own ice. The 3rd day we were there, the freezer switched off and everything defrosted including ice melting all over the floor. The back rooms were a little warm, but a fan was provided. We would stay at this property again, but with a smaller group to better enjoy the space. We had 6 people at the condo, probably best to have 4. The location of the property was extremely convenient and we were able to walk to the 4th of July parade route!

Good location, nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself is nice - updated and clean. Well stocked kitchen, great shower, frig with ice/water in door, good AC. You can see the river from the condo and there are steps that lead directly to it, but there is not a private balcony. The balcony is just the landing at the top of the stairs by the front door and is shared with the neighbor. The back bedroom is really dark, which I loved for sleeping! Beds are not bad - not the best, but not bad. Directions for TV remote in bedroom are NOT accurate but we figured it out. Living room TV turned on but remote didn’t control channels so we never watched tv in there. The TV is just cable channels - no Smart TV (Netflix, prime...) access. There are Alexa echos in the condo, which was nice. Walkable to 444 Tubes and to town and to the chute at the city park. My biggest complaint would be the noise from Schlitterbahn. It is RIGHT across the river so we heard leaf blowing every morning for at least 30 minutes and then loud music all day, so enjoying coffee or drinks outside/on the balcony was not ideal. Besides that, good experience. Good communication with rental company and clear directions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at the Comal River condominiums in unit number 307. We loved the location of the condominiums as they were right on the river, the picnic tables and two grills were also nice. All of the deer that roamed the area were pretty special as well. There are a few things I will say about the condominium that needs attention, I am not a carpet person and I would have much preferred the bedrooms not having old carpet in them, the carpet was old and dated with stains. The rug runner in the hallway also was downright nasty and covered in stains. The master bedroom Bed mattress needs replaced as it was not very comfortable and my hips hurt by the time I woke up in the morning, the white comforter on the bed also had stains on it and that is very unacceptable seeing that it is such an easy fix to replace the bed comforter and the rug in the hallway. Even though the condominium location was nice being on the river it is also literally across the river from Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort Headquarters it was a daily routine very early in the morning that Schlitterbahn prepares for their day with very loud machinery and leaf blowers all over the property making it a total piece killer if you are one to enjoy your mornings and you can forget about serenity if you’d like to drink your coffee by the river in the morning before 9 AM. this was such a problem that my sister who is staying in unit number 305 would not want to return, but overall we enjoyed our new Braunfels vacation.

Our BEST family vacay yet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Last year, we rented a unit in this complex from NB Escapes and had such a wonderful experience... that we did it again! This year, the previous rental was no longer available, but the unit next door (307) was, so we decided to book it. It exceeded our expectations greatly. Beautiful, updated appliances and bathrooms. We had six adults (and two ended up sleeping in the living room), but all agreed that there was plenty of space: we never felt like we were tripping over each other. One of the top reasons we chose this location is, well, the LOCATION. We brought our own toobs and put into the Comal River just steps away from the condo. After an amazing 1.5 hour float, we exited and walked back to the condo (about 10–15-minute walk), then did it all over again and again and again. When we weren't toobing, we could walk to the town square to get breakfast, coffee, dinner, drinks, ice cream, shop, etc. We hardly used our vehicle in the five days we stayed. The other reason we chose to book this trip again is that the team at New Braunfels Escapes is professional and attentive. They make is easy for us to enjoy a relaxing vacation, while they take care of the details. We received a few texts from them during our stay to check if we had everything we needed. They made sure door and gate codes were ready and waiting when we got into town. The property has designated covered parking spots close to the units and security officers who were very visible and friendly. AC was running and the unit cooled before we arrived (during a heat wave, so this is very important!). The unit is clean, neat, and comfortably furnished. The property is nicely manicured with picnic tables and grills (we grilled fajitas one night!). It was a fabulous long weekend! We loved everything about our experience. We will be back again, and we have recommended NB Escapes to our friends (and the random toobers who looked jealously at us chillin' on the riverbank as they floated by). This is our happy

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, nice to have a kitchen, living room, and 3 beds. However, A/C was not working, and the bedrooms have no ceiling fans, so sleeping was not good when it got unseasonably warm. Water heater is small, so hard to take consecutive showers. Plates arced in microwave.

Comal river at your front door

If you have a lot of stuff to carry in, just know that the stairs are steep and dangerous for small children. Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed in but not the worst either! Parking a 3rd vehicle is a nightmare!
